The accommodating mechanism designed by the invention can complete the flow of the whole production line from production to collection in the quartz rod processing process, workers only need to install the quartz rods in the pneumatic three-jaw chuck, the back of the accommodating bottom plate is provided with the electromagnet, and when the workers push the empty box, the electromagnet adsorbs the cast iron baffle plate to complete box replacement. When the quartz rods in the storage box are fully piled, workers can easily take out the storage box fully loaded with the quartz rods, and the empty storage box can be easily replaced and placed on the storage bottom plate.

In a word, the invention skillfully utilizes the structural design, realizes the functions of automatic feeding, automatic fine burning, automatic discharging and intelligent collection in the quartz rod processing, changes the fine burning process of the quartz rod from the original core position of operators to the mode of operating equipment, and can realize a one-man multi-machine mode. Greatly lightens the working strength of operators and also improves the precision firing qualification rate and efficiency. Reducing production cost and stabilizing product quality.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1, the device comprises a frame 1, a foot margin supporting part 2, an automatic feeding part 5, an automatic fine burning part 21, an automatic discharging part 42, a receiving mechanism 53, a portal frame 22 and a discharging support frame 60;

the bottom of the frame 1 is provided with a foot margin supporting part 2, and an automatic feeding part 5 is arranged on one side of the frame 1 through a bedplate base 12; the automatic precision firing device comprises a rack 1, a portal frame 22, an unloading support frame 60, an automatic precision firing part 21, an unloading module mounting block 45, an unloading module mounting block 42, an unloading support frame 60, an unloading module mounting block, a loading module mounting block and a loading module mounting block, wherein the portal frame 22 is mounted in the middle of the rack 1, the unloading support frame 60 is mounted on the other side of the rack 1, the unloading module mounting block is mounted on the unloading module mounting block, and the unloading module mounting block is mounted on the unloading module mounting block, and the loading module mounting block, and the unloading module mounting block is mounted on the loading module mounting block, and the unloading module mounting block, and the loading module mounting block, and the unloading module, and the loading module, and the unloading module, and loading module, and the unloading module, and the loading module, and the loading module, and the unloading module, and loading module, and the unloading module, and loading module, and the loading module, and unloading module, and the loading module, and unloading module, and loading module, and the unloading module, and unloading module;

the quartz rod 20 to be processed is placed on the automatic feeding portion 5, is subjected to automatic finish firing by the automatic finish firing portion 21, and is then grabbed by the automatic discharging portion 42 to the storage mechanism 53 for automatic discharging.

As shown in FIG. 10, the quartz rod 20 to be processed is provided with a plurality of concave pits at intervals along the axial direction of the quartz rod, and each concave pit is an inward concave arc-shaped groove.

In the specific implementation, a mounting base plate 41 is arranged on the frame 1, and the unloading support frame 60 and the portal frame 22 are fixed on the base plate 41 through a connecting block 40.

Backing plate 41 processes has 8 screw holes, and backing plate 41 is fixed on frame 1 through the welded form, and connecting block 40 is the 90 forms of bending, and the one side processing has the through-hole, and the one side processing has logical groove, and portal frame 22 passes through connecting block 40 to be installed on backing plate 41, fixes on frame 1 from this.

As shown in figure 2, the main body of the frame 1 is built by a support frame 3, the support frame 3 is built by aluminum profiles with various lengths through profile connectors 4, the periphery of the support frame is coated with a stainless steel shell 67 with a painted surface, the stainless steel shell 67 surrounds the surface of the support frame 35, and the ground of the support frame 3 is provided with a ground foot supporting part 2. An electric control cabinet 63 is arranged in the rack 1, a main control screen 64 is also arranged on the rack 1, the electric control cabinet 63 is electrically connected with the main control screen 64, and the electric control cabinet 63 is respectively connected to the automatic feeding part 5, the automatic fine burning part 21, the automatic discharging part 42 and the motor and cylinder part of the accommodating mechanism 53 to play a role in driving and controlling.

The automatic feeding mechanism 5 can realize automatic feeding and automatic turnover of the quartz rod 22 to be processed and can support the quartz rod 22.

As shown in fig. 3, the automatic feeding mechanism 5 includes a feeding platen 12, a feeding substrate 65, a feeding fixing plate 16, a quartz rod supporting pedestal 18, and a feeding linear screw module 14;

the feeding platen 12 is fixed on the frame 1, the feeding linear guide rail 13 and the feeding linear screw module 14 are respectively installed on two sides of the platen 12 in parallel, one end of the feeding linear screw module 14 is provided with a feeding stepping motor 15, the feeding linear guide rail 13 and the feeding linear screw module 14 adopt the same section as a supporting part, and the same height is equal to the height of the upper end of a sliding block of each feeding linear guide rail 13 and the upper end of a sliding block of each feeding linear screw module 14; an output shaft of the feeding stepping motor 15 is connected and driven with a lead screw of the feeding linear lead screw module 14, a sliding block of the feeding linear lead screw module 14 horizontally moves along the axial direction of the lead screw, and a feeding substrate 65 is fixed on the feeding linear guide rail 13 and the sliding block of the feeding linear lead screw module 14;

the two feeding fixing plates 16 are arranged on two sides of the feeding base plate 65, three identical quartz rod supporting pedestals 18 are arranged on the feeding base plate 65 between the two feeding fixing plates 16 at intervals, and the three identical quartz rod supporting pedestals 18 are respectively and uniformly arranged on the feeding base plate 65; a plurality of quartz rods 20 to be processed are arranged in parallel along the direction perpendicular to the feeding linear guide rail 13 and the feeding linear lead screw module 14, and are supported and arranged between the two feeding fixing plates 16, and the middle parts of the quartz rods 20 to be processed are supported by a quartz rod supporting pedestal 18; one end of a quartz rod 20 to be processed is supported and arranged in a groove of a quartz rod supporting piece 17, and the quartz rod supporting piece 17 is fixed on the feeding fixing plate 16 at one side; the other end of the quartz rod 20 to be processed is sleeved and clamped in the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19, and the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19 is connected with the quartz rod rotating mechanism 6 on the feeding fixing plate 16 at the other side, so that the quartz rod can be automatically circulated; the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19 is driven by the quartz rod rotating mechanism 6 to rotate, and then the quartz rod 20 to be processed which is fixedly clamped is driven to rotate around the central shaft of the quartz rod.

As shown in fig. 4, the quartz rod rotating mechanism 6 includes a rod-rotating stepping motor 7, a driving gear 8, a driven gear 11, and a rack 9; the stepping motor mounting plate 10 is mounted on the feeding fixing plate 16 on the other side, the rod rotating stepping motor 7 is mounted on the stepping motor mounting plate 10, the rod rotating linear guide rail 68 is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the feeding fixing plate 16 on the other side, an output shaft of the rod rotating stepping motor 7 is coaxially connected with the driving gear 8, the driving gear 8 and the lower side of the rack 9 form gear and rack meshing, the rack 9 is slidably embedded on a sliding block of the rod rotating linear guide rail 68, and the guide rail of the rod rotating linear guide rail 68 is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the feeding fixing plate 16 on the other side; each pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19 is coaxially connected to one driven gear 11, and the upper side of the rack 9 and each driven gear 11 form a rack-and-pinion engagement. The rod-rotating stepping motor 7 operates to drive the driving gear 8 to rotate, and further drives the rack 9 to horizontally move along the rod-rotating linear guide rail 68, so as to drive each driven gear 11 to rotate, and further drives the quartz rod 20 to be processed to rotate around a self central shaft through the coaxial pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19.

The stick rotates step motor 7 and provides drive power, drives driving gear 8, and driving gear 8 is with rack 9, driven gear 11 mutually supports, and rack 9 moved right when driving gear 8 turned left, and three driven gear 11 is rotatory left to because driving gear 8, rack 9 driven gear 11's modulus are the same, driving gear 8 is also the same with driven gear 11's number of teeth, and the distance that consequently driving gear 8 rotated is the distance that driven gear 11 rotated promptly.

The automatic finish-firing part 21 can achieve finish firing of any position on the surface of the quartz rod to be processed, and can process a plurality of quartz rods simultaneously.

As shown in fig. 5, the automatic finish firing part 21 includes a finish firing linear screw module 34, a finish firing stepping motor 39, a finish firing substrate 66, a lifting linear guide rail 37, a lifting linear screw module 38, a lifting stepping motor 35, a finish firing support frame 33, and a multi-nozzle finish firing mechanism 23; the precision firing linear lead screw module 34 is horizontally arranged on the upper part of the gantry support 22 along the direction parallel to the quartz rod 20 to be processed, a precision firing stepping motor 39 is arranged at one end of the precision firing linear lead screw module 34, an output shaft of the precision firing stepping motor 39 is coaxially connected with a lead screw of the precision firing linear lead screw module 34, and a precision firing substrate 66 is fixedly arranged on a sliding block of the precision firing linear lead screw module 34; the precision firing base plate 66 is vertically arranged, the lifting linear guide rail 37 and the lifting linear lead screw module 38 are fixedly mounted on the precision firing base plate 66, the lifting linear guide rail 37 and the lifting linear lead screw module 38 are parallel and vertically arranged, one end of the lifting linear lead screw module 38 is connected with the lifting stepping motor 35, the lifting stepping motor 35 is mounted at the uppermost end of the lifting linear lead screw module 38, and the output shaft of the lifting stepping motor 35 is coaxially connected with one end of a lead screw of the lifting linear lead screw module 38; the lifting linear guide rail 37 and the lifting linear screw module 38 adopt the same profile bracket, so that the protruding parts of the respective sliding blocks are equal in height; the fine burning support frame 33 is fixedly arranged on a lifting linear guide rail 37 and a lifting slide block 36 of a lifting linear lead screw module 38; the burnout stepper motor 39 and the lift stepper motor 35 provide driving force to move the burnout mechanism 23 at any position in the plane.

The fine firing stepping motor 39 operates to drive the sliding block of the fine firing linear lead screw module 34 to horizontally move along the axial direction of the lead screw, and further drives the fine firing substrate 66, the lifting linear guide rail 37 thereon and the lifting linear lead screw module 38 to synchronously and horizontally move; in addition, the lifting stepping motor 35 operates to drive the sliding block of the lifting linear screw module 38 to move up and down along the axial direction of the screw, so as to drive the fine burning support 33 and the multi-nozzle fine burning mechanism 23 thereon to move up and down, and adjust the vertical height distance between the multi-nozzle fine burning mechanism 23 and the pit just above and spaced from the fine burning required by the quartz rod 20 to be processed.

As shown in fig. 6, the multi-nozzle finish firing mechanism 23 is fixed at the lower end of a finish firing support frame 33 through a connecting piece 32, and the multi-nozzle finish firing mechanism 23 includes a beam support frame 31, a rotating shaft 25, a nozzle stepping motor 28 and a flame gun nozzle 26; the cross beam support frame 31 is fixed at the lower end of the fine sintering support frame 33 through a connecting piece 32, the cross beam support frame 31 is horizontally arranged, one end of the cross beam support frame 31 is provided with a bearing cushion block 30 with a seat, the other end of the cross beam support frame 31 is provided with a motor support plate 29, two ends of the rotating shaft 25 are respectively supported and arranged on the bearing cushion block 30 with the seat and the motor support plate 29, the motor support plate 29 is provided with a nozzle stepping motor 28, and the rotating shaft 25 is horizontally arranged perpendicular to the quartz rod 20 to be processed; one end of a rotating shaft 25 is hinged to a bearing cushion block 30 with a seat through a bearing 24 with a seat, the other end of the rotating shaft 25 penetrates through a motor support plate 29 through a coupler 27 and then is coaxially connected with an output shaft of a nozzle stepping motor 28, the right side of the rotating shaft 25 is connected with the nozzle stepping motor 28 through the coupler 27, and the left side of the rotating shaft is connected with the bearing cushion block 30 with a seat; a plurality of flame gun spray heads 26 are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 25 at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 25, the interval between the adjacent flame gun spray heads 26 is the same as the interval between the adjacent quartz rods 20 to be processed, the flame gun spray heads 26 are downward vertically, and each flame gun spray head 26 is positioned right above one quartz rod 20 to be processed.

The operation of the nozzle stepping motor 28 drives the rotating shaft 25 to rotate, and then drives each flame gun nozzle 26 on the rotating shaft 25 to rotate around the central axis of the rotating shaft 25, so as to adjust the angle of the flame gun nozzle 26 spraying flame to the side wall of the surface pit in the quartz rod 20 to be processed, and adjust the precision firing angle.

The rotating shaft 25 can rotate a certain angle by the driving force provided by the nozzle stepping motor 28, so that the flame gun nozzle 26 has a revolving swing towards the quartz rod swinging direction, and the quartz rod can be burnt precisely in any position of the flame gun.

The automatic discharging component 42 can realize automatic discharging of the processed quartz rod.

As shown in fig. 7, the automatic discharging part 42 includes a driving timing belt module 43, a driven timing belt module 44, a transmission shaft 47, a discharging stepping motor 48 and a grabbing mechanism 49, the driving timing belt module 43 and the driven timing belt module 44 are arranged in parallel at intervals, the driving timing belt module 43, driven hold-in range module 44 is along treating processing quartz rod 20 direction ground level arrangement of perpendicular to, initiative hold-in range module 43, driven hold-in range module 44 is all under the support frame 60 crossbeam of unloading through respective module installation piece 45 fixed mounting of unloading, initiative hold-in range module 43, pass through transmission shaft 47 coaxial coupling between the conveyer belt wheel of driven hold-in range module 44 with one side, transmission shaft 47 and the output shaft coaxial coupling of step motor 48 of unloading, initiative hold-in range module 43, all with a module slider 46 fixed connection below the conveyer belt of driven hold-in range module 44, the equal fixed mounting in every module slider 46 bottom surface snatchs mechanism 49.

The unloading stepping motor 48 operates to drive the conveyor belts in the driving synchronous belt module 43 and the driven synchronous belt module 44 to move synchronously, so as to drive the respective module slide blocks 46 and the grabbing mechanisms 49 thereon to move horizontally along the conveyor belts, and adjust the positions of the grabbing mechanisms 49 for lowering the quartz rods 20 to be processed.

As shown in fig. 8, the grabbing mechanism 49 comprises a discharging substrate 50 and a plurality of cylinder assemblies, the discharging substrate 50 is fixed on the bottom surface of the module slider 46, the plurality of cylinder assemblies are fixed on the bottom surface of the discharging substrate 50 at intervals, each cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder 51 and a pneumatic clamp 52, the cylinder 51 is fixed on the bottom surface of the discharging substrate 50, and the cylinder 51 is fixedly connected with the pneumatic clamp 52 with the cylinder rod facing downwards; the pneumatic clamp 52 is used to clamp the quartz rod 20 to be processed. The cylinder rod of the air cylinder 51 moves downwards to control the pneumatic clamp 52 to grab and clamp the quartz rod 20 to be processed.

When the air cylinder 51 is ventilated, the piston of the air cylinder 51 extends out, when the air cylinder 51 is cut off, the piston is retracted, when the air clamp 52 is ventilated, the air clamp 52 is tightened, and when the air is cut off, the air clamp 52 is opened. When the processed quartz rod is conveyed to the discharging area, the air cylinder 51 is firstly ventilated to enable the pneumatic clamp to be close to the quartz rod, the pneumatic clamp is ventilated to clamp the quartz rod after finish burning, the air cylinder 51 is cut off, the processed quartz rod is separated from the automatic feeding part 5, the stepping motor 42 provides driving force, the grabbing mechanism 49 is conveyed to the upper side of the accommodating mechanism 53, the air cylinder 51 is continuously ventilated to convey the quartz rod to the position 1mm above the accommodating mechanism, the pneumatic clamp 52 is cut off, and the quartz rod is conveyed to the accommodating box.

The storage mechanism 53 can easily replace the storage case 57, and has a positioning design of the music score.

As shown in fig. 9, the storage mechanism 53 includes a storage rail 54, a slider 55, and a storage case 57; the containing guide rail 54 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1, the containing guide rail 54 is arranged along the direction parallel to the quartz rod 20 to be processed, the slide block 55 is embedded on the containing guide rail 54 in a sliding mode, the containing box 57 is fixed on the slide block 55, and therefore the containing box 57 can be horizontally movably arranged on the frame 1; a storage box baffle 59 is arranged and installed on the rack 1 at one end of the storage guide rail 54, the storage box baffle 59 is fixed on the rack 1 through threaded connection, and the limiting slide block 55 and the storage box 57 are blocked by the storage box baffle 59 along the moving position of the storage guide rail 54.

An arc-shaped metal plate 58 is arranged on the storage box moving bottom plate 56 of the storage box 57, the middle of the arc-shaped metal plate 58 is higher than the two sides, and the arc-shaped metal plate 58 is used for guiding and rolling the to-be-processed quartz rods 20 falling on the arc-shaped metal plate to the two side edges of the storage box 57.

The concrete implementation also comprises three sets of tank chain components, one tank chain component is arranged beside the automatic feeding part 5, the automatic fine firing part 21 and the automatic discharging part 42, and the cable storage tank chain 61 is used for storing cables for containing electric parts in the automatic feeding part 5, the automatic fine firing part 21 and the automatic discharging part 42.

The tank chain assembly includes a tank chain connection 62 and a cable receiving tank chain 61,

in a tank chain component of the automatic feeding part 5, a cable-receiving tank chain 61 is arranged on the rack 1, and one end of the cable-receiving tank chain 61 is connected with a feeding substrate 65 of the automatic feeding part 5 through a tank chain connecting piece 62;

in the tank chain component of the automatic precision firing part 21, a cable-receiving tank chain 61 is arranged on the portal frame 22, and one end of the cable-receiving tank chain 61 is connected with a precision firing substrate 66 of the automatic precision firing part 21 through a tank chain connecting piece 62;

in the tank chain assembly of the automatic discharge section 42, a cable-receiving tank chain 61 is disposed on the discharge support frame 60, and one end of the cable-receiving tank chain 61 is connected to the discharge substrate 50 of the automatic discharge section 42 via a tank chain connecting member 62.

The receiver moving base plate 56 of the receiver 57 is hollow, and a magnet is provided behind the receiver moving base plate 56 and used for magnetically adsorbing the receiver baffle 59.

When the processed quartz rod is conveyed to the storage box, the arc-shaped metal plate 58 smoothly rolls the processed quartz rod to the outermost edge of the storage box 57 by means of a slight gravity, so that the top end part of the arc-shaped metal plate 58 is left free.

After receiver 57 is piled up with the quartzy stick that processing was accomplished, the workman can pull receiver removal bottom plate 56's handle earlier, remove the complete machine with receiver 57, can take out receiver whole through the handle of receiver 57 both sides again, the fretwork design is adopted to the bottom of receiver 57, reduce the weight of receiver, the workman places receiver removal bottom plate 56 earlier with empty receiver on, remove receiver removal bottom plate 56 with the handle of receiver removal bottom plate 56 front end and push away receiver to the end, receiver removal bottom plate 56 designs behind the back and uses magnet, receiver baffle 59 behind the back of the magnet absorption during the end, accomplish the location, the workman pushes away receiver 57 to receiver removal bottom plate 56 bottom again can.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

firstly, manually placing a quartz rod 22 to be processed on an automatic feeding part 5, wherein one side of the quartz rod is fixed by a pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19, the middle of the quartz rod is supported by a three-seat 18 quartz rod supporting pedestal, the other side of the quartz rod is supported by a 17 quartz rod supporting part, and a feeding stepping motor 15 provides driving force to move the automatic feeding part 5 to an automatic fine firing part 21; the precision firing stepping motors 39 and 35 provide driving force to drive the multi-nozzle precision firing mechanism 23 to move at any point in a plane, the stepping motor 29 provides driving force to enable the rotating shaft 25 to rotate, so that the flame gun 26 is driven to swing in the fixed direction of the quartz rod, meanwhile, the rod rotating stepping motor 7 provides driving force to drive the driving gear 8, so that the rack 9 is driven, the rack 9 drives the three driven gears 11 to enable the three quartz rods to achieve the same turnover, so that precision firing operation of any part of the surface of the quartz rod can be achieved, and further, a precision firing process of the quartz rod is achieved; after the quartz rod is subjected to fine firing operation, the feeding stepping motor 15 continues to provide driving force to convey the automatic feeding part 5 to the automatic discharging part 42 area, the air cylinder 51 is ventilated, the piston rod is close to the quartz rod, the pneumatic three-jaw chuck 19 is cut off, the chuck is opened, the pneumatic clamp 52 is ventilated, the pneumatic clamp clamps the quartz rod, the air cylinder 51 is cut off, the piston rod is retracted, and the quartz rod is taken out of the automatic feeding part 5; the stepping motor 48 provides driving force, the grabbing mechanism 49 is conveyed to the containing mechanism 53, the air cylinder 51 is ventilated, the piston rod works to the position 1mm above the arc-shaped metal plate 58, the pneumatic clamp 52 is disconnected, the quartz rod is conveyed into the containing box 57, and the whole machine operation is completed.

The worker can control the starting and stopping of the machine through the touch screen 64, and meanwhile, the touch screen 64 interface records the number of the processed quartz rods.
