Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a building column and a wall without a horizontal construction joint.

Background

The cast-in-place wall body is a cast-in-place wall body, is different from a prefabricated wall body, and is a structural component which needs to be bound with steel bars and poured with concrete on site, on the contrary, a component which is bound with the steel bars and poured with concrete in a prefabrication factory is called a prefabricated wall body component. In the building construction, the cast-in-place concrete wall is a common component, especially some public buildings such as libraries, museums, exhibition centers and the like, the concrete wall and the column are often designed to be thick and tall, the construction quality requirement is high, the cast-in-place concrete wall and the column are difficult to cast and form once in construction, and at the moment, a horizontal construction joint needs to be reserved for two or more times of casting. Therefore, a horizontal construction joint is formed between the first-poured concrete and the second-poured concrete, the construction joint is not a real existing 'joint', and only a joint surface exists between the first-poured concrete and the second-poured concrete after the initial setting time is exceeded, and the joint surface is called a construction joint. The concrete aggregate at the construction joint is concentrated, the concrete is loose, the stubbles of the new concrete and the old concrete are obvious, and water leaks along the joint.

If the horizontal construction joint is not properly treated, the phenomena of expansion, slurry flow, slab staggering and the like can occur when the upper wall body is constructed, and the construction quality of concrete and the normal operation of the subsequent process are influenced. In order to solve the problem, the technical personnel firstly think of the template splicing technology for realizing the non-horizontal construction joint, namely the template splicing non-horizontal construction joint structure of the cast-in-place concrete wall column, wherein the non-horizontal construction joint structure comprises a first cast concrete structure and a second cast concrete structure, the top of the first cast concrete structure is a convex structure, the lower edge of the second cast concrete structure is filled with concrete, and the concrete filling is coated on the periphery of the first cast concrete structure to hide the horizontal construction joint in the concrete. Although horizontal construction joints are effectively hidden in the technology in use, technicians find that a concrete filling structure formed by the second pouring edge has a local or large-area collapse problem after a period of time through research and experiments, and the reason is that a vertical or oblique construction joint is formed between the concrete filling structure formed by the second pouring edge and a first pouring structure, the filled concrete outside the construction joint is not firm, and the collapse can occur due to small impact or vibration in later construction.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
