The moving cylinder 72 drives the moving seat 71 to move along the length direction of the machine body 1, the push-pull cylinder 73 fixed on the moving seat 71 moves synchronously, the control plate 74 fixed at the piston end of the push-pull cylinder 73 also moves synchronously, the positioning rod 75 is fixed on the control plate 74, the positioning plate 76 fixed on the positioning rod 75 moves synchronously with the push-pull cylinder 73, the push-pull cylinder 73 drives the positioning plate 76 to move along the width direction of the machine body 1, and the positioning plate 76 drives the bearing ring to move conveniently.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the positioning plate 76 is fixed on one side of the positioning rod 75 facing the feeding device 2, a positioning groove 761 for positioning the bearing ring is formed in the positioning plate 76, and the positioning groove 761 is arc-shaped and has an arc diameter consistent with the outer diameter of the bearing ring.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the bearing ring enters the positioning groove 761, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring to a position below the adjusting device 3 for processing, the adjusting device 3 includes a surface recognizing assembly 31 and an overturning assembly 32, the bearing ring firstly reaches the position below the surface recognizing assembly 31 for surface recognizing operation, and whether the bearing ring is right-side-up or not is detected. The surface recognizing assembly 31 comprises a plurality of second guide rods 311 fixed on the machine body 1, a positioning seat 312 fixed on the second guide rods 311, an adjusting cylinder 313 fixed on the top surface of the positioning seat 312 and with a downward piston end, a mounting plate 314 fixed on the piston end of the adjusting cylinder 313 and a surface recognizing rod 315 arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate 314, wherein the adjusting cylinder 313 drives the mounting plate 314 to move up and down, the mounting plate 314 is provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the second guide rods 311, and the mounting plate 314 is conveniently sleeved on the second guide rods 311.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the registration bar 315 detects the front and back sides of the bearing ring, and when the front side of the bearing ring is directed upward, the positioning plate 76 directly conveys the bearing ring to the processing position of the pressing device 4, and when the back side of the bearing ring is directed upward, the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the processing position of the inverting assembly 32. When the moving cylinder 72 pushes the moving base 71, the moving base 71 moves along the length direction of the first guide rod 13, so that the moving path of the moving base 71 is determined, and the stability of the moving base 71 in the moving process is improved.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the moving cylinder 72 is activated, the positioning plate 76 is moved, and the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the processing position of the pressing device 4. The pressing device 4 comprises a first mounting seat 41 fixed on the machine body 1, a pressing air cylinder 42 fixed on the first mounting seat 41 and a pressing ring rod 43 fixed at the piston end of the pressing air cylinder 42, wherein the piston end of the pressing air cylinder 42 is arranged downwards, and the pressing air cylinder 42 drives the pressing ring rod 43 to move up and down so as to press the sealing ring in the bearing ring to the bottom of the bearing ring.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, after the bearing ring is pressed by the pressing device 4, the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the needle installing device 5 for needle installing, the needle installing device 5 comprises an oil injection assembly 51 and a needle installing assembly 52, and the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the lower part of the oil injection assembly 51 for oil injection. The oil injection assembly 51 comprises a plurality of guide rods three 511 fixed on the machine body 1, a mounting base two 512 fixed at the top end of the guide rods three 511, a driving cylinder one 513 fixed on the mounting base two 512 with the piston end downward, a guide plate one 514 arranged at the piston end of the driving cylinder one 513 and an oil injection pipe 515 arranged on the guide plate one 514. A plurality of holes for the three 511 of guide bars to pass are formed in the first guide plate 514, a first driving cylinder 513 is convenient to drive the first guide plate 514 to move up and down, the oil filling pipe 515 is communicated with a pressure increasing pipe 5152, the pressure increasing pipe 5152 blows air for pressurization into the oil filling pipe 515, a plurality of oil filling holes 5151 are formed in the bottom end of the oil filling pipe 515, and after pressurization is carried out in the oil filling pipe 515, lubricating oil flows out from the oil filling holes 5151, so that the lubricating oil in the oil filling pipe 515 can enter the bearing ring. In order to improve the stability of the bearing ring in the oil injection process, the limiting block 12 is provided with a pressing plate 24, and the pressing plate 24 is provided with a round hole which is larger than the diameter of the oil injection pipe 515 and smaller than the diameter of the bearing ring, so that the stability of the bearing ring in the oil injection process is improved conveniently.

Referring to fig. 6, after lubricating oil is injected into the bearing ring, the lubricating oil reaches the lower part of the needle installing assembly 52, the needle installing assembly 52 comprises a plurality of guide rods four 521 fixed on the machine body 1, a mounting seat three 522 fixed on the top surfaces of the guide rods four 521, a driving cylinder two 523 fixed on the mounting seat three 522, a guide plate two 524 fixed at the piston end of the driving cylinder two 523 and a needle feeding tube 525 arranged on the guide plate two 524, the piston end of the driving cylinder two 523 is arranged downwards, so that the driving cylinder two 523 drives the guide plate two 524 to move up and down, a vibrating disk 15 for transmitting the rolling needles is arranged on the machine body 1, one end of a needle feeding pipe 525 is communicated with a discharge hole of the vibrating disk 15, a needle feeding head 16 is fixed at the other end of the needle feeding pipe 525, a needle outlet 17 for moving the rolling needles out is arranged on the needle feeding head 16, the machine body 1 is further provided with an air blowing pipe 20 communicated with the needle feeding pipe 525 so as to move the needle roller from the needle feeding head 16 into the bearing ring.

A plurality of needle rollers are required to be installed in the bearing ring, so that the bearing ring is required to be installed in a rotating manner, the machine body 1 is provided with a rotating disc 18 for driving the bearing ring to rotate, the conveying seat 6 is provided with a rotating port 62 for rotating the rotating disc 18, and the machine body 1 is fixedly provided with a rotating motor 19 for driving the rotating disc 18 to rotate. After the rolling needles are installed, in order to collect the bearing rings, a material receiving disc 9 is arranged at the discharge end of the conveying seat 6, a material receiving block 91 is fixed in the material receiving disc 9, the top surface of the material receiving block 91 is in a gradually descending slope shape, and the bearing rings can conveniently enter the material receiving disc 9.

The implementation principle of a bearing kingpin rigging equipment of the embodiment of the application is as follows: the centrifugal disc 21 transports the bearing ring with the sealing ring to the conveyor belt 221, the conveyor motor 223 is started to drive the conveyor roller 222 to move, the conveyor belt 221 conveys the bearing ring to the feeding end of the conveying seat 6, the limiting part 82 limits the bearing ring at the feeding end of the conveying seat 6, the movable air cylinder 72 is started to drive the positioning plate 76 to move to the position of the bearing ring, the push-pull air cylinder 73 is started again to push the positioning plate 76, the bearing ring is located in the positioning groove 761, the positioning plate 76 and the limiting block 12 are matched to improve the stability of the bearing ring, and the movable air cylinder 72 is started again to drive the bearing ring to move. The bearing ring moves below the face recognizing rod 315, the adjusting cylinder 313 is started to push the face recognizing rod 315 to detect the bearing ring, and when the front face of the bearing ring faces upwards, the bearing ring directly jumps over the overturning assembly 32 to reach the pressing device 4; if the reverse side of the bearing ring faces upwards, the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring into the clamping plate 322, and the push-pull air cylinder 73 is started to pull the positioning plate 76 away from the clamping plate 322.

The turning motor 321 drives the clamping plate 322 to turn, and the bearing ring is turned to be upward. The turned bearing ring is conveyed to the position right below the ring pressing rod 43 through the positioning plate 76, the ring pressing rod 43 is moved downwards by starting the pressing air cylinder 42, and the sealing ring in the bearing ring is pressed to the bottom of the bearing ring through the ring pressing rod 43. After the sealing ring is pressed, the bearing ring is moved to the position below the oil filling pipe 515 by the positioning plate 76, the first driving cylinder 513 is started, the oil filling pipe 515 is moved downwards, the pressure increasing pipe 5152 is started to blow air into the oil filling pipe 515, and therefore lubricating oil in the oil filling pipe 515 can conveniently enter the inner wall of the bearing ring. After the bearing ring is subjected to oil injection processing, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring below the needle sending head 16, the driving cylinder II 523 is started to enable the needle sending head 16 to extend into the bearing ring, the air blowing pipe 20 is started to blow the roller needles into the bearing ring, after one roller needle is installed, the rotating motor 19 is started to rotate the turntable 18, the position of the bearing ring is adjusted, the rolling balls are installed again, and the rotating step is repeated until the rolling balls in the bearing ring are installed completely.

After the bearing ring is installed with the roller pins, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring into the material receiving tray 9, the material receiving block 91 is in a slope shape, the bearing ring can slide to the bottom of the material receiving tray 9, and the stability of the bearing ring is improved. The whole equipment effectively improves the installation efficiency of the bearing roller pins, reduces manual operation and improves the processing efficiency of the bearing.
