the blocking chamber is positioned in the first outer casing section, a first receiving chamber for receiving the first connecting pipe section is also arranged in the first outer casing section, and the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe section is smaller than the diameter of the first receiving chamber; a limiting convex ring is convexly arranged between the plugging chamber and the first receiving chamber, and the outer diameters of the water inlet plug and the first connecting pipe section are both larger than the inner diameter of the limiting convex ring.

A switching device according to claim 2, wherein: the rotating positioning structure comprises a rotating groove arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector in a surrounding mode, a pin hole arranged on the pipe wall of the third connecting pipe section and aligned with the rotating groove, and a positioning pin inserted into the pin hole; the end part of the positioning pin column extends into the rotating groove.

8. A transfer device according to claim 7, wherein: a second sealing structure is arranged between the rotatable valve rod and the hose connector;

the second sealing structure comprises a second sealing groove annularly arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector, a third sealing groove annularly arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector, a second sealing ring sleeved on the second sealing groove and a third sealing ring sleeved on the third sealing groove; the second sealing groove is located on one side of the rotating groove, and the third sealing groove is located on the other side of the rotating groove.

9. A transition device according to claim 1, wherein: the diameter of the water inlet plug is smaller than that of the plugging chamber; the outer wall of the water inlet plug is annularly provided with a fourth sealing groove, and a fourth sealing ring is sleeved in the fourth sealing groove.

The invention relates to the technical field of valves, in particular to a switching device.

[ background of the invention ]

When a house is decorated, the water inlet pipe is buried in the wall body, and the water outlet is arranged on the wall body, such as the wall of a toilet, a kitchen and other places. When the water supply device is used, an angle valve is mounted at a water outlet for switching in order to control water outlet conveniently, and the angle valve is connected with water outlet components such as a faucet, a water heater and a closestool through a hose and controls whether water is supplied to the water outlet components or not through the angle valve. The existing angle valve is controlled by a valve core arranged in the angle valve, and a ceramic chip is required to be arranged in the valve core to realize sealing, so that the existing angle valve has the problems of more used parts, high cost and inconvenient installation. In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies on the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and have made this invention.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing angle valve has more used parts, high cost and inconvenient installation, and the switching device has fewer used parts, can reduce the cost and is very convenient to install and use.

The invention is realized by the following steps: the adapter comprises a rotatable valve rod, an outer sleeve piece sleeved outside the rotatable valve rod and a hose connector sleeved on the rotatable valve rod;

the rotatable valve rod is provided with a first end part and a second end part, a water inlet hole is formed in the first end part or the position close to the first end part of the rotatable valve rod, a water outlet flow channel communicated with the water inlet hole is formed in the rotatable valve rod from the first end part to the second end part, and the interior of the hose connector is communicated with the water outlet flow channel;

the first end part of the rotatable valve rod is connected with a water inlet plug, and a blocking cavity which is matched with the water inlet plug to block or communicate the water outlet flow passage to discharge water is formed in the outer sleeve piece;

a first internal thread section is formed on the inner wall of the outer sleeve piece, and a first external thread section which is matched with the first internal thread section to drive the water inlet plug to move is formed on the outer wall of the middle part of the rotatable valve rod;

one end of the rotatable valve rod, which is close to the second end portion, is rotatably sleeved on the hose connector, and a rotating positioning structure is arranged between the hose connector and the rotatable valve rod.

Furthermore, the rotatable valve rod comprises a first connecting pipe section, a second connecting pipe section and a third connecting pipe section which are sequentially connected from the first end part to the second end part; the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe section is smaller than that of the second connecting pipe section, and a first limiting step is formed at the connecting part of the first connecting pipe section and the second connecting pipe section; the outer diameter of the second connecting pipe section is smaller than that of the third connecting pipe section, and a second limiting step is formed at the connecting part of the second connecting pipe section and the third connecting pipe section; the water inlet is arranged on the first connecting pipe section, and the first external thread section is arranged on the outer wall of the second connecting pipe section.

Furthermore, the outer sleeve piece comprises a first outer sleeve section sleeved outside the first connecting pipe section and the water inlet plug and a second outer sleeve section sleeved outside the second connecting pipe section; the outer diameter of the first outer casing section is smaller than that of the second outer casing section;

the blocking chamber is positioned in the first outer casing section, a first receiving chamber for receiving the first connecting pipe section is also arranged in the first outer casing section, and the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe section is smaller than the diameter of the first receiving chamber; a limiting convex ring is convexly arranged between the plugging chamber and the first receiving chamber, and the outer diameters of the water inlet plug and the first connecting pipe section are both larger than the inner diameter of the limiting convex ring.

Further, the first internal thread section is arranged in the second outer sleeve section; the second outer casing section is internally provided with a second receiving cavity for receiving the second connecting pipe section, and the outer diameter of the second connecting pipe section except the first outer threaded section is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the second receiving cavity; and a third limiting step which is matched with the first limiting step to realize limiting is formed between the second receiving chamber and the first receiving chamber.

Furthermore, a first connecting rod is fixedly arranged in the middle of the first end of the first connecting pipe section, the center of the water inlet plug is fixedly connected with the first connecting rod through a second connecting rod, and a water passing gap is reserved between the second connecting rod and the limiting convex ring; the water inlet holes are located on two sides of the first connecting rod.

Further, a first sealing structure is arranged between the rotatable valve rod and the outer sleeve piece;

the first sealing structure comprises at least one first sealing groove arranged on the outer wall of the second connecting pipe section in a surrounding mode and a first sealing ring sleeved on the first sealing groove.

Furthermore, the rotating positioning structure comprises a rotating groove arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector in a surrounding manner, a pin hole arranged on the pipe wall of the third connecting pipe section and aligned with the rotating groove, and a positioning pin inserted in the pin hole; the end part of the positioning pin column extends into the rotating groove.

Further, a second sealing structure is arranged between the rotatable valve rod and the hose connector;

the second sealing structure comprises a second sealing groove annularly arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector, a third sealing groove annularly arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector, a second sealing ring sleeved on the second sealing groove and a third sealing ring sleeved on the third sealing groove; the second sealing groove is located on one side of the rotating groove, and the third sealing groove is located on the other side of the rotating groove.

Further, the diameter of the water inlet plug is smaller than that of the plugging chamber; the outer wall of the water inlet plug is annularly provided with a fourth sealing groove, and a fourth sealing ring is sleeved in the fourth sealing groove.

Furthermore, the device also comprises a water inlet pipe; the inner wall of the water outlet of the water inlet pipe is provided with a second internal thread section, and the outer wall of the first outer sleeve section is provided with a second external thread section which is in threaded connection with the second internal thread section.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the rotatable valve rod with the water inlet plug is directly used for replacing a valve core structure of a traditional angle valve to realize the water opening and closing functions, so that the whole switching device does not need to be provided with a valve core and a ceramic piece to realize sealing, and the cost can be greatly reduced.

2. The part of the rotatable valve rod exposed directly replaces a hand wheel of a traditional angle valve to realize rotation operation, so that the whole switching device does not need to be additionally provided with the hand wheel, and the rotary valve has the advantages of convenience in operation, compact structure and contribution to further reducing the cost.

3. The rotary positioning structure is arranged between the hose connector and the rotatable valve rod, so that the rotatable valve rod can only rotate along the specified direction, and the hose connector and the rotatable valve rod can not axially move, so that the use stability can be ensured.

4. The whole adapter device mainly comprises 3 parts, namely a rotatable valve rod, an outer sleeve part and a hose connector, and has the advantages of small number of parts and convenience in assembly; and the integral structure is compact and small, the installation is convenient, the device is suitable for being installed and used in various corners, and the device is not easy to be damaged in the using process.

5. Be provided with first seal structure between rotatable valve rod and outer cover spare, can block up the gap between rotatable valve rod and the outer cover spare, guarantee that rivers can't ooze from the gap between rotatable valve rod and the outer cover spare, reach sealed effect.

6. A second sealing structure is arranged between the rotatable valve rod and the hose connector and comprises a second sealing groove and a third sealing groove which are arranged at two sides of the rotating groove, a second sealing ring is arranged in the second sealing groove, and a third sealing ring is arranged in the third sealing groove, so that a gap between the rotatable valve rod and the hose connector can be blocked, water flow can not seep out from the gap between the rotatable valve rod and the hose connector, and a sealing effect is achieved; meanwhile, the third connecting pipe section and the hose connector can be better combined together under the elastic action of the second sealing ring and the third sealing ring, and the hose connector is guaranteed not to shake or loosen.

In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention is explained in detail by the following specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a preferred embodiment of an adapter according to the present invention includes a rotatable valve stem 1, an outer sleeve member 2 sleeved outside the rotatable valve stem 1, and a hose connector 3 sleeved on a lower portion of the rotatable valve stem 2;

the rotatable valve rod 1 has a first end 1a and a second end 1b, the rotatable valve rod 1 is provided with a water inlet hole 11 on the first end 1a or at a position close to the first end 1a, that is, the water inlet hole 11 can be arranged on the first end 1a or on a wall surface mountain close to the first end 1a, as long as water can be introduced into the rotatable valve rod 1; a water outlet flow channel 12 communicated with the water inlet hole 11 is formed in the rotatable valve rod 1 from the first end part 1a to the second end part 1b, the interior of the hose connector 3 is communicated with the water outlet flow channel 12, and when water flows out, water flows enter the rotatable valve rod 1 from the water inlet hole 11 and flows out through the water outlet end of the hose connector 3 after flowing through the water outlet flow channel 12;

When the switching device is used, the outer sleeve piece 2 is fixedly connected with the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 7; when the rotatable valve rod 1 is rotated along a set direction, the rotatable valve rod 1 drives the water inlet plug 13 to move inwards into the blocking cavity 21 under the matching of the first internal thread section 22 and the first external thread section 14, and water flow cannot enter the water inlet hole 11 under the blocking of the water inlet plug 13, so that the blocking of the water outlet flow passage 12 is realized; when the rotatable valve rod 1 is rotated in the direction opposite to the set direction, the rotatable valve rod 1 drives the water inlet plug 13 to move outwards to the outside of the blocking cavity 21 under the matching of the first internal thread section 22 and the first external thread section 14, and water flows into the water inlet hole 11 through the gap between the water inlet plug 13 and the blocking cavity 21 and flows out through the water outlet end of the hose connector 3 through the water outlet channel 12, so that the communication of the water outlet channel 12 is realized.

Compared with the existing angle valve, the switching device of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: 1. the rotatable valve rod 1 with the water inlet plug 13 is directly used for replacing a valve core structure of a traditional angle valve to realize the water opening and closing functions, so that the whole adapter device does not need to be provided with a valve core and a ceramic piece to realize sealing, and the cost can be greatly reduced. 2. The exposed part of the rotatable valve rod 1 directly replaces a hand wheel of a traditional angle valve to realize rotation operation, so that the whole switching device does not need to additionally arrange the hand wheel, and the rotary valve has the advantages of convenience in operation, compact structure and contribution to further reducing the cost. 3. Be provided with between hose nipple 3 and the rotatable valve rod 1 and rotate location structure 4, ensure that rotatable valve rod 1 can only rotate along the assigned direction, be unable axial displacement between hose nipple 3 and the rotatable valve rod 1, can guarantee stability in use. 4. Preferably, the rotatable valve stem 1 comprises a first connecting pipe section 15, a second connecting pipe section 16 and a third connecting pipe section 17 which are connected in sequence from the first end 1a to the second end 1 b; the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe section 15 is smaller than that of the second connecting pipe section 16, and a first limiting step 18 is formed at the joint of the first connecting pipe section 15 and the second connecting pipe section 16, so that the second connecting pipe section 16 can be limited by the first limiting step 18 in the process of rotating the rotatable valve rod 1 to drive the water inlet plug 13 to move; the outer diameter of the second connecting pipe section 16 is smaller than that of the third connecting pipe section 17, and a second limiting step 19 is formed at the joint of the second connecting pipe section 16 and the third connecting pipe section 17, so that the third connecting pipe section 17 can be limited by the second limiting step 19 in the process of rotating the rotatable valve rod 1 to drive the water inlet plug 13 to move; the water inlet hole 11 is arranged on the first connecting pipe section 15, and the first external thread section 14 is arranged on the outer wall of the second connecting pipe section 16.

Preferably, in order to cooperate with the rotatable valve stem 1 for assembly, the outer sleeve member 2 comprises a first outer sleeve section 23 sleeved outside the first connecting pipe section 15 and the water inlet plug 13 and a second outer sleeve section 24 sleeved outside the second connecting pipe section 16; the outer diameter of the first outer casing section 23 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second outer casing section 24;

the plugging chamber 21 is located in the first outer sleeve section 23, the first outer sleeve section 23 further has a first receiving chamber 25 therein for receiving the first connecting tube section 15, the first connecting tube section 15 has an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the first receiving chamber 25, so as to facilitate the fitting of the first connecting tube section 15 into the first receiving chamber 25 and the movement of the first connecting tube section 15 when rotating; in order to prevent too large a gap between the first connecting pipe section 15 and the inner wall of the first outer sleeve section 23, the outer diameter of the first connecting pipe section 15 is preferably slightly smaller than the diameter of the first receiving chamber 25; a limiting convex ring 28 is convexly arranged between the blocking cavity 21 and the first receiving cavity 25, and the outer diameters of the water inlet plug 13 and the first connecting pipe section 15 are both larger than the inner diameter of the limiting convex ring 28. In this way, the limiting convex ring 28 can limit the water inlet plug 13, and ensure that the water inlet plug 13 cannot enter the first receiving chamber 25 in the moving process; the first connecting pipe section 15 can also be limited, and the first connecting pipe section 15 cannot enter the blocking cavity 21 in the moving process.

Preferably, the first internal thread section 22 is disposed within the second outer casing section 24; the second outer sleeve section 24 has a second receiving chamber 26 therein for receiving the second connecting tube section 16, the second connecting tube section 16 has an outer diameter, other than the first outer threaded section 14, which is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the second receiving chamber 26, so as to facilitate the fitting of the second connecting tube section 16 into the second receiving chamber 26 and the movement of the second connecting tube section 16 during rotation, preferably the outer diameter of the second connecting tube section 16, other than the first outer threaded section 14, is slightly smaller than the diameter of the second receiving chamber 26. A third limiting step 27 which is matched with the first limiting step 18 to realize limiting is formed between the second receiving chamber 26 and the first receiving chamber 25, so that the second connecting pipe section 16 cannot enter the first receiving chamber 25 from the second receiving chamber 26 in the process of rotating the rotatable valve rod 1 to drive the water inlet plug 13 to move. Since the second connecting pipe section 16 will have an outer diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the second receiving chamber 26 at the location of the first externally threaded section 14, the present invention is embodied by extending the first internally threaded section 22 to the lower end of the second externally threaded casing section 24 to facilitate the direct screwing of the first externally threaded section 14 from the lower end of the second externally threaded casing section 24. Meanwhile, the lower end of the second outer sleeve section 24 can be matched with the second limiting step 19 to realize limiting, and the third connecting pipe section 17 cannot enter the second receiving cavity 26 in the rotating and moving process.

Preferably, a first connecting rod 151 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the first end portion 1a of the first connecting pipe section 15, and the center of the water inlet plug 13 is fixedly connected with the first connecting rod 151 through a second connecting rod 152, so that the water inlet plug 13 is fixed, the movement of the water inlet plug 13 is facilitated, and the plugging effect is ensured; a water passing gap 153 is reserved between the second connecting rod 152 and the limiting convex ring 28, so that after entering the plugging chamber 21, water can flow into the first receiving chamber 25 through the water passing gap 153 and then flow into the water outlet flow channel 12 from the water inlet 11; the water inlet holes 11 are located at two sides of the first connecting rod 151, so that water flow can better and more quickly enter the water outlet flow passage 12.

Preferably, the rotatable valve rod 1 is manufactured by integral molding, so that the sealing performance of the whole rotatable valve rod 1 is ensured; in specific implementation, the water inlet plug 13, the first connecting rod 151, the second connecting rod 152 and the rotatable valve rod 1 may be integrally formed; the outer sleeve part 2 is manufactured by integral forming, and the hose connector 3 is manufactured by integral forming. The rotatable valve rod 1, the water inlet plug 13, the first connecting rod 151, the second connecting rod 152, the outer sleeve member 2 and the hose connector 3 may be made of metal (such as copper, aluminum, etc.).

Preferably, a first sealing structure 5 is arranged between the rotatable valve rod 1 and the outer sleeve member 2;

the first sealing structure 5 comprises at least one first sealing groove 51 annularly arranged on the outer wall of the second connecting pipe section 16 and a first sealing ring 52 sleeved on the first sealing groove 51; the first seal ring 52 may be a rubber seal ring. The gap between the rotatable valve rod 1 and the outer sleeve member 2 is blocked by matching the first sealing ring 52 with the first sealing groove 51, so that the water flow cannot seep out from the gap between the rotatable valve rod 1 and the outer sleeve member 2, and the sealing effect is achieved. In order to achieve a better sealing effect, two or more first sealing grooves 51 and first sealing rings 52 are provided.

Preferably, the rotating positioning structure 4 comprises a rotating groove 41 annularly arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector 3, a pin hole 42 opened on the wall of the third connecting pipe section 17 and aligned with the rotating groove 41, and a positioning pin 43 inserted in the pin hole 42; the end of the positioning pin 43 protrudes into the rotation slot 41. When the rotatable valve rod 1 is rotated in the setting direction or the direction opposite to the setting direction, the third connecting pipe section 17 can only rotate around the rotating groove 41 under the matched positioning of the positioning pin 43 and the rotating groove 41, and cannot move axially, so that the use stability can be ensured.

Preferably, in order to make the positioning pin 43 rotate around the rotation groove 41 better, the positioning pin 43 is formed with an arc-shaped convex part 431 at one end corresponding to the rotation groove 41, and the bottom of the rotation groove 41 is formed with an arc-shaped concave part 411 matched with the arc-shaped convex part.

Preferably, a second sealing structure 6 is arranged between the rotatable valve stem 1 and the hose connector 3;

the second sealing structure 6 comprises a second sealing groove 61 arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector 3 in a surrounding manner, a third sealing groove 62 arranged on the outer wall of the hose connector 3 in a surrounding manner, a second sealing ring 63 sleeved on the second sealing groove 61, and a third sealing ring 64 sleeved on the third sealing groove 62; the second seal groove 61 is located at one side of the rotation groove 41, and the third seal groove 62 is located at the other side of the rotation groove 41; the second seal ring 63 and the third seal ring 64 may be both rubber seal rings. By respectively arranging the second sealing groove 61 and the third sealing groove 62 on two sides of the rotating groove 41, arranging the second sealing ring 63 in the second sealing groove 61 and arranging the third sealing ring 64 in the third sealing groove 62, a gap between the rotatable valve rod 1 and the hose connector 3 can be blocked, water flow can not seep out from the gap between the rotatable valve rod 1 and the hose connector 3, and a sealing effect is achieved; meanwhile, the third connecting pipe section 17 and the hose connector 3 can be better combined together under the elastic force action of the second sealing ring 63 and the third sealing ring 64, and the hose connector 3 is ensured not to shake or loosen.

Preferably, the third connecting pipe section 17 is provided with a tightening protrusion 171 extending inward on the inner wall of the second end portion 1b, and after the hose connector 3 is assembled inside the third connecting pipe section 17, the outer wall of the hose connector 3 can be pressed by the tightening protrusion 171, so as to further ensure that the hose connector 3 does not shake or loosen.

Preferably, the diameter of the water inlet plug 13 is smaller than that of the plugging chamber 21 so as to facilitate the movement of the water inlet plug 13, and preferably, the diameter of the water inlet plug 13 is slightly smaller than that of the plugging chamber 21; the outer wall of the water inlet plug 13 is annularly provided with a fourth sealing groove 131, a fourth sealing ring 132 is sleeved in the fourth sealing groove 131, and the fourth sealing ring 132 can be a rubber sealing ring. Through the cooperation of fourth seal groove 131 and fourth sealing washer 132 for when intaking in end cap 13 removes shutoff cavity 21, can effectively block rivers, thereby realize closing the water function.

Preferably, the water inlet pipe 7 is further included, and the water inlet pipe 7 can be a water inlet pipe 7 buried in a wall; the inner wall of the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 7 is provided with a second internal thread section 71, and the outer wall of the first outer casing pipe section 23 is provided with a second external thread section 231 screwed with the second internal thread section 71. Preferably, the hose connector 3 is an elbow for connecting the hose 8 with a water outlet component (such as a faucet, a water heater, a toilet, etc.); preferably, the hose connector 3 is a 90 degree elbow. Preferably, in order to facilitate the connection of the hose connector 3 and the hose 8, the hose connector 3 is formed with a third external thread section 31 at one end of the connection hose 8, the one end of the hose 8 is provided with a butt joint 81, and a third internal thread section (not shown) screwed with the third external thread section 31 is provided in the butt joint 81, so as to connect the hose connector 3 and the hose 8 together by the third internal thread section and the third external thread section 31.
