1. A team calendar processing method, comprising:

synchronizing team data in the second application into the first application, wherein the team data comprises team member information, schedule data, mail data and session data;

displaying a team calendar in a first interface of the first application in a week view form according to the team member information and with a team member and a date as dimensions respectively, and further displaying team work items in the team calendar according to the team data;

and after the team calendar is subjected to data change, writing back the content of the data change to the second application.

2. The team calendar processing method of claim 1, wherein the team work items are correspondingly displayed at the intersection of the member and the date in the form of a card control, the card control including at least one type according to the team work items.

3. The team calendar processing method of claim 2, further comprising:

Background

In team management, team managers want to have a unified place to view the team's work schedule, the work schedule of each member of the team, especially the interaction with the client and the progress of the project. The team manager can conveniently review the time distribution of the whole team and the working time arrangement of each member, and references are provided for subsequent labor division and cooperation from the dimension of time management. Meanwhile, backlog can be directly established according to the time arrangement condition and the task completion condition, a schedule is created, and staff are pushed to do more operations which are beneficial to follow up the progress of the client and data deposition.

The calendar module of each mainstream application in the current market comprises schedules and to-be-handled display, schedule creation, synchronization of schedules of other applications and systems, display and completion of to-be-handled, and sharing functions. In the prior art, the homogeneity is more serious in function and style, and in function, calendar products mainly have the functions of schedule creation and management, to-be-done display and completion, calendar sharing and the like; but the system is not bound with the entity of the client, and the working time is not intuitively known to be distributed to the client and to which client. The overall architecture and design are basically personal time efficiency tools. On presentation, the software or modules, styles and interactions of the various time efficiency classes are substantially consistent.

Disclosure of Invention

In some embodiments, thumbnail display content of the card control in the first interface is determined according to the team data, clicking the card control triggers popping up of a second interface based on the first interface, and all content of the team work item corresponding to the card control is displayed in the second interface.

In some of these embodiments, the card controls comprise crowd-specific cards; identifying relationship data between the team members and a specific crowd in the team data through NLP and artificial intelligence technology; and determining the content of the specific crowd card according to the relationship data.

In some embodiments, when a first area in the first interface is clicked, all team work items of the team member corresponding to the first area on the corresponding date are queried in a triggering mode, and an event report is generated and displayed on the first interface.

In a fourth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements a team calendar processing method as described in the first aspect above.

By way of example, and not limitation, Bus 60 may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other Graphics Bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) Bus, a Front-Side Bus (FSB), a Hyper Transport (HT) Interconnect, an ISA (ISA) Bus, an InfiniBand (InfiniBand) Interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) Bus, a memory Bus, a microchannel Architecture (MCA) Bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) Bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) Bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) Bus, a Video Electronics Bus (audio Electronics Association), abbreviated VLB) bus or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 60 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
