and the operation tight stop controller 110 is respectively connected with each operation control module in the concrete pump truck and is used for sending an emergency stop instruction to each operation control module when the voltage detection end detects that the voltage loses the signal.

Specifically, when the concrete pump truck is in construction operation, an operator observes the boom of the concrete pump truck on a construction site, and controls the boom of the concrete pump truck in real time through a handheld remote controller or a control box arranged on a truck body. The environment of a construction site is complex, and the vehicle control unit is difficult to sense an accident and make a corresponding protection action, so that after risk judgment is carried out by an operator on the site according to an unknown accident, all actions of the concrete pump truck are manually stopped, and the safety of equipment is ensured.

The emergency stop safety protection system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a work emergency stop controller 110 and a plurality of emergency stop buttons 120. The emergency stop button 120 is used for opening the normally closed contact and closing the normally open contact when being pressed by an operator. The emergency stop button 120 may select a push button switch with multiple contacts. Contact types include normally open contacts and normally closed contacts. When the emergency stop button 120 is not pressed, the normally open contacts are open and the normally closed contacts are closed, and when the emergency stop button 120 is pressed, the normally open contacts are closed and the normally closed contacts are open.

The time from closing to opening of a normally closed contact is much shorter than the time from the natural state to closing of a normally open contact in terms of operating time. This is particularly important when a dangerous emergency stop is required. Mechanically, the emergency stop button 120, whether it is a normally closed or normally open contact, will rebound without bottoming out, thereby disabling actuation. When the normally open contact is used, the emergency stop does not play any role when the emergency stop button 120 is not pressed in place; the normally closed contacts are different, and the emergency stop functions only through the contact action no matter the emergency stop button 120 is pressed in place.

The first normally closed contacts of the plurality of emergency stop buttons 120 may be connected in series to a voltage detection terminal of the work emergency stop controller 110. The first normally closed contact here is one of the pairs of normally closed contacts of the emergency stop button 120. When any one of the emergency stop buttons 120 is pressed, the circuit formed by the series connection of the first normally closed contacts of the emergency stop buttons 120 is in an off state, accordingly, the voltage detection end of the operation emergency stop controller 110 can detect a voltage loss signal, and at the moment, the operation emergency stop controller 110 directly sends an emergency stop instruction to each operation control module connected with the operation emergency stop controller, so that the concrete pump truck is controlled to stop all actions, and the safety of the concrete pump truck is ensured.

The operation emergency stop controller 110 may be disposed on the spot, is not connected to the vehicle controller, and is independent of the control logic of the vehicle controller, thereby providing protection for the concrete pump vehicle. The internal circuitry of the work close-stop controller 110 may be built directly using hard wiring. For example, a relay can be adopted for construction, the voltage of the voltage detection end is used as a relay input signal to control the on-off of a power supply of an electromagnetic coil in the relay, the contact of the relay is connected into a control loop of each operation control module, when the relay input signal is changed, the power supply of the electromagnetic coil is connected or disconnected, so that the state of the contact of the relay is changed, each operation control module is controlled, and the emergency stop protection function is realized.

Based on the above embodiment, each emergency stop button comprises a second normally closed contact;

Specifically, a first normally closed contact of the screen opening and closing detection device is connected with a first voltage detection end of the screen tight stop controller, and a second normally closed contact of the screen opening and closing detection device is connected with a second voltage detection end of the screen tight stop controller.

When the first voltage detection end and the second voltage detection end simultaneously detect that the voltage loses the signal, the screen tight stop controller can consider that the screen tight stop signal is detected, and the screen tight stop signal is reliable, immediately sends an emergency stop instruction to the stirring control module, the swing cylinder control module and the pumping control module, sends a screen failure alarm signal to the alarm module, and simultaneously realizes emergency protection and emergency alarm.

Based on any one of the above embodiments, the device further comprises a screen reset confirmation button;

the screen mesh resetting confirmation button is arranged on the vehicle tail operation box;

and the screen tight stop controller is connected with the screen reset confirmation button and is used for resetting based on the received screen reset confirmation button working signal.

Specifically, since it is necessary to check the state at the hopper before the recovery action to ensure that the screen is actually closed, the reset confirmation can be performed only on the tail operation box near the hopper, and a screen reset confirmation button may be provided on the tail operation box.

And the screen tight stop controller resets according to the received screen reset confirmation button working signal.

Based on any one of the above embodiments, the operation close stop controller and the screen close stop controller both adopt safety relays.

Specifically, the safety relay is a control part necessary in a safety loop, receives a safety input, and deterministically outputs a switching signal to a control loop of the device by judgment of an internal loop. In short, the safety relays are of a double-channel signal type, and the safety relays can normally work only when the signals of the two channels are normal; in the working process, as long as any one channel signal is disconnected, the safety relay stops outputting until the two channel signals are normal and can not normally work after being reset.

In order to improve the reliability of the emergency stop safety protection system, safety relays can be adopted for both the operation emergency stop controller and the screen emergency stop controller.

Based on any one of the embodiments, the embodiment of the invention provides a concrete pump truck which comprises the emergency stop safety protection system.

Specifically, the concrete pump truck in the embodiment of the invention can be a concrete pump truck driven by a fuel engine, and can also be a concrete pump truck driven by a battery.

Based on any one of the above embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides an emergency stop protection system, including two parts: normal hold-down and screen hold-down.

The common emergency stop is arranged at an electric cabinet, a supporting leg operation box, a maintenance operation box, a small operation box (tail operation box) and a remote controller, and when the common emergency stop is triggered, all actions of the arm support, the supporting leg, pumping and the like can be stopped, so that the safety is ensured. After confirming that the risk is relieved, the ordinary emergency stop needs to reset an emergency stop button, and needs to perform secondary confirmation on a remote controller or a small operation box, so that an operator can recover the action before the emergency stop is triggered after confirming that the risk is relieved again.

The screen tight stopping is mainly to judge whether people or other objects enter the hopper (at the moment, the stirring shaft rotates) by detecting whether the screen is opened or not, if the screen is detected to be opened, the stirring and pumping actions are automatically stopped to confirm the safety, but other actions such as the arm support, the supporting legs and the like are not influenced, and other actions which are irrelevant to the pumping can be normally operated.

The reset of the screen tight stop different from the ordinary tight stop is only confirmed on a small operation box close to the hopper (the remote reset cannot be realized on a remote controller), because an operator needs to perform secondary confirmation on the opening state of the screen by the hopper attachment before the reset operation, so that the operation safety is ensured.

Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an arrangement of an emergency stop button provided by the present invention, fig. 3 is a second schematic diagram of an arrangement of an emergency stop button provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, an emergency stop protection system provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes 6 conventional emergency stop buttons and 1 screen opening/closing detection device (trigger screen emergency stop signal), and the 6 emergency stop buttons are arranged at positions easily accessible by an operator when performing related operation operations, so as to ensure that emergency stop can be triggered at the first time when an emergency occurs. 6 conventional emergency stop buttons are respectively arranged on a vehicle tail operation box 1, a left side supporting leg operation box 2, a right side supporting leg operation box 3, an electric control cabinet 4, a maintenance operation box 5 and a remote controller 6. The screen opening/closing detection device 7 is provided in the hopper screen.

The emergency stop safety protection system provided by the embodiment of the invention consists of a common emergency stop part and a screen emergency stop part, wherein signals of the two emergency stop parts do not enter a controller, and two safety relays are directly connected with an actuating mechanism respectively. When the ordinary emergency stop is triggered, all actions of the pump truck stop, when the screen emergency stop is triggered, only actions related to pumping functions such as pumping, stirring and cylinder swinging are stopped, and the arm support and the supporting legs can still normally act without limitation.

The ordinary emergency stop buttons of the emergency stop safety protection system are normally closed contacts and are connected by adopting double loops, wherein one loop is a voltage signal, and the other loop is a frequency signal. Wherein frequency signal return circuit mainly used can carry out real-time supervision to the emergency stop button, can report to the police on the display screen on automatically controlled cabinet when discovering emergency stop button appearance anomaly to the suggestion user overhauls the maintenance to the emergency stop button, ensures the reliability of emergency stop button. The voltage signal loop is used for triggering an actual emergency stop signal, and as all the emergency stop buttons are connected in series, the loop is disconnected when any one emergency stop button is pressed, so that the emergency stop signal is triggered.

The screen tight stop consists of two voltage signal loops and is two groups of normally closed contacts. When the normally closed contact is disconnected due to the fact that the screen switch breaks down, an alarm can be given on the display screen to prompt a user to conduct troubleshooting operation on the screening detection device. When the screen is opened, the normally closed contact of the screen switch is also disconnected, so that a screen tight stop signal is triggered, actions such as stirring, pumping and the like are stopped at the moment, and the energy accumulator performs pressure relief operation.

The emergency stop safety protection system still needs to carry out corresponding reset confirmation after the emergency stop signal is eliminated, and the action before the emergency stop triggering can be recovered, and the common emergency stop can carry out reset confirmation on a small operation box and a remote controller. Screen tight shut-down reset confirmation can only be made on a small operating box near the hopper, since it is necessary to check the condition at the hopper before resuming action to ensure that the screen is actually closed.

Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for using the emergency shutdown security protection system provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:

step one, after a concrete pump truck is started, reading the working state of an emergency stop button, if the emergency stop button is abnormal, not performing any operation at present, displaying and alarming on a display screen of an electric control cabinet, and performing troubleshooting and confirmation by a user; if the emergency stop button is normal, prompting the user that the operation can be normally carried out;

continuously detecting the emergency stop signal in the process of operating by the user, and if the emergency stop signal is not detected, enabling the user to normally operate; if the emergency stop signal is detected, confirming the source of the emergency stop signal;

and step three, if the emergency stop signal is triggered by the screen detection device, stopping pumping, stirring and cylinder swinging, and if the emergency stop signal is not triggered by the screen detection device, stopping all actions of the pump truck.

The emergency safety protection system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

1) the emergency stop signal does not enter the controller, and two safety relays are directly used for realizing the hard-line control of the emergency stop, and the safety level of an emergency stop loop is high;

2) the screen tight stop and the common tight stop are separated, different reset buttons are adopted, the screen tight stop reset button is close to the hopper, so that the condition of the screen can be well known before reset operation is carried out, the screen is confirmed to be put down again, the common tight stop can be operated on a remote controller or a small operation box, and the convenience of operation is improved on the premise of ensuring safety;

3) after the emergency stop switch is reset, the action before the emergency stop trigger can be recovered by operating a reset confirmation button, and a secondary confirmation link is provided.

4) The double-loop emergency stop control loop is adopted, the state of the emergency stop switch can be monitored in real time, the emergency stop switch can be timely alarmed and prompted to maintain when the emergency stop switch breaks down, the emergency stop can be used when the emergency stop switch is required, and the reliability of the system is greatly improved.

The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that each embodiment can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware. With this understanding in mind, the above technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes commands for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
