1. A method for live video, comprising:

receiving a video live broadcast access instruction, wherein the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed;

acquiring access information for performing video live broadcast access according to the ID of the video live broadcast room;

acquiring first analysis information for analyzing and processing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is acquired by analyzing and processing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions;

responding to the video live broadcast access instruction, and transmitting the first analysis information;

and accessing to a corresponding video live broadcast room based on the first analysis information.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining first resolution information for resolution processing of the access information comprises:

if first historical access information which is the same as the access information does not exist in the historical live broadcast watching record, analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions to obtain first analysis information, and storing the first analysis information and the access information in a correlation manner;

and if first historical access information which is the same as the access information exists in the historical live broadcast watching record, taking first analysis information associated with the first historical access information as first analysis information of the access information.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein if there is first historical access information that is the same as the access information, using first resolution information associated with the first historical access information as the first resolution information of the access information comprises:

generating second analysis information of the access information;

and if second historical access information which is the same as the second analysis information exists in the historical live broadcast watching record, taking the first analysis information related to the second historical access information as the first analysis information of the access information.

4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein when the live video access instruction includes a plurality of live video room IDs, the first parsing information includes a result of parsing access information associated with each live video room ID.

5. A video live broadcast apparatus, comprising:

the request unit is used for receiving a video live broadcast access instruction, and the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed;

the processing unit is used for acquiring access information for performing live video access according to the live video room ID and acquiring first analysis information for analyzing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is acquired by analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions;

the transmission unit is used for responding to the video live broadcast access instruction and transmitting the first analysis information;

and the access unit is used for accessing the corresponding video live broadcast room based on the first analysis information.

6. The apparatus as recited in claim 5, said processing unit to further:

if first historical access information which is the same as the access information does not exist in the historical live broadcast watching record, analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions to obtain first analysis information, and storing the first analysis information and the access information in a correlation manner;

7. The apparatus as recited in claim 6, said processing unit to further:

generating second analysis information of the access information;

and if second historical access information which is the same as the second analysis information exists in the historical live broadcast watching record, taking the first analysis information related to the second historical access information as the first analysis information of the access information.

8. The apparatus of any of claims 5 to 7, wherein the processing unit is further configured to:

when the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a plurality of video live broadcast room IDs, the first analysis information comprises results obtained after analysis processing is carried out on the access information associated with each video live broadcast room ID.

9. A computer readable storage medium storing instructions/executable code which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the electronic device to implement the method of any of claims 1-4.

A cloud live broadcast server, characterized in that the cloud live broadcast server comprises a processor, a machine-readable storage medium, and a network interface, the machine-readable storage medium, the network interface, and the processor are connected through a bus system, the network interface is used for being connected with at least one user terminal in a communication manner, the machine-readable storage medium is used for storing programs, instructions, or codes, and the processor is used for executing the programs, instructions, or codes in the machine-readable storage medium to execute the video live broadcast method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.

Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of live video, in particular to a live video method and device and a cloud live broadcast server.

Background

With the development of the internet, live video becomes a new entertainment mode, and when a user selects to watch live video, the user can quickly access live video only by knowing pointing information (live broadcast ID, live broadcast link and the like) of a live broadcast room.

Sometimes, when the anchor starts live broadcasting, it may want to mask other picture information besides its own image. In the prior art, the anchor can set a live broadcast picture before or during broadcasting, so that a viewer can not see pictures related to self privacy. However, the above method requires the user of the anchor to set the operation requirements for the anchor, and does not consider the viewing experience of viewers of different levels, thereby affecting the viewing experience.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome at least the above disadvantages in the prior art, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a video live broadcast method and apparatus, and a cloud live broadcast server.

In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a video live broadcasting method, including:

receiving a video live broadcast access instruction, wherein the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed;

acquiring access information for performing video live broadcast access according to the ID of the video live broadcast room;

acquiring first analysis information for analyzing and processing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is acquired by analyzing and processing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions;

responding to the video live broadcast access instruction, and transmitting the first analysis information;

and accessing to a corresponding video live broadcast room based on the first analysis information.

In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a video live broadcasting device, including:

the request unit is used for receiving a video live broadcast access instruction, and the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed;

the processing unit is used for acquiring access information for performing live video access according to the live video room ID and acquiring first analysis information for analyzing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is acquired by analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions;

the transmission unit is used for responding to the video live broadcast access instruction and transmitting the first analysis information;

and the access unit is used for accessing the corresponding video live broadcast room based on the first analysis information.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a computer-readable storage medium, where instructions are stored, and when executed, cause a computer to perform a video live broadcast method in the first aspect or any one of the possible designs of the first aspect.

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a cloud live broadcast server, where the cloud live broadcast server includes a processor, a machine-readable storage medium, and a network interface, where the machine-readable storage medium, the network interface, and the processor are connected through a bus system, the network interface is used for being in communication connection with at least one user terminal, the machine-readable storage medium is used to store a program, an instruction, or a code, and the processor is used to execute the program, the instruction, or the code in the machine-readable storage medium, so as to execute the first aspect or the video live broadcast method in any possible design of the first aspect.

Based on any one of the above aspects, in the embodiment of the application, a video live broadcast access instruction is received, where the video live broadcast access instruction includes a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed; acquiring access information for performing video live broadcast access according to the ID of the video live broadcast room; acquiring first analysis information for analyzing and processing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is acquired by analyzing and processing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions; responding to the video live broadcast access instruction, and transmitting the first analysis information; based on the first analysis information, the corresponding video live broadcast room is accessed, by using the method, live broadcast video shielding can be determined according to analyzed information before live broadcast access, so that the anchor broadcast does not need to set live broadcast image shielding parameters by self, better live broadcast experience is given to the anchor broadcast, meanwhile, audiences can also obtain corresponding analysis information based on self access instructions, different audiences can see different video pictures, and the live broadcast viewing experience of the audiences is improved.

Detailed Description

The present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the drawings, and the specific operation methods in the method embodiments can also be applied to the device embodiments or the system embodiments.

Fig. 1 is an interaction diagram of a video live system 10 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The video live broadcast system 10 may include a cloud live broadcast server 100 and a user terminal 200 communicatively connected to the cloud live broadcast server 100. The video live system 10 shown in fig. 1 is only one possible example, and in other possible embodiments, the video live system 10 may include only a portion of the components shown in fig. 1 or may include other components.

In this embodiment, the user terminal 200 may comprise a mobile device, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, etc., or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the mobile device may include a smart home device, a wearable device, a smart mobile device, a virtual reality device, an augmented reality device, or the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the smart home devices may include control devices of smart electrical devices, smart monitoring devices, smart televisions, smart cameras, and the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the wearable device may include a smart bracelet, a smart lace, smart glass, a smart helmet, a smart watch, a smart garment, a smart backpack, a smart accessory, or the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the smart mobile device may include a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a gaming device, and the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the virtual reality device and/or the augmented reality device may include a virtual reality helmet, virtual reality glass, a virtual reality patch, an augmented reality helmet, augmented reality glass, an augmented reality patch, or the like, or any combination thereof. For example, the virtual reality device and/or augmented reality device may include various virtual reality products and the like.

In this embodiment, the cloud live broadcast server 100 and the user terminal 200 in the video live broadcast system 10 may execute the video live broadcast method described in the following method embodiment in a matching manner, and the specific steps executed by the cloud live broadcast server 100 and the user terminal 200 may refer to the detailed description of the following method embodiment.

In order to solve the technical problem in the foregoing background art, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a video live broadcasting method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the video live broadcasting method provided in this embodiment may be executed by the cloud live broadcasting server 100 shown in fig. 1, and the video live broadcasting method is described in detail below.

Step S110, receiving a video live broadcast access instruction, wherein the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a video live broadcast room ID to be accessed;

step S120, obtaining access information for performing video live broadcast access according to the video live broadcast room ID;

step S130, obtaining first analysis information for analyzing and processing the access information, wherein the first analysis information is obtained by analyzing and processing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions;

step S140, responding to the video live broadcast access instruction, and transmitting the first analysis information;

and S150, accessing to a corresponding video live broadcast room based on the first analysis information.

In one possible embodiment, step S130 includes:

step S131, if first historical access information which is the same as the access information does not exist in a historical live broadcast watching record, analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions to obtain first analysis information, and storing the first analysis information and the access information in an associated manner;

step S132, if there is first historical access information that is the same as the access information in the historical live viewing record, taking first parsing information associated with the first historical access information as first parsing information of the access information.

In one possible embodiment, step S132 includes:

step S1321, generating second analysis information of the access information;

step S1322 is to use the first parsing information associated with the second historical access information as the first parsing information of the access information if the second historical access information identical to the second parsing information exists in the historical live viewing record.

In a possible embodiment, when the video live broadcast access instruction includes a plurality of video live broadcast room IDs, the first parsing information includes a result of parsing access information associated with each video live broadcast room ID.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of functional modules of a live video device 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in this embodiment, the live video device 300 may be divided into the functional modules according to a method embodiment executed by the cloud live broadcast server 100, that is, the following functional modules corresponding to the live video device 300 may be used to execute the method embodiments executed by the cloud live broadcast server 100. The video live broadcasting apparatus 300 may include a requesting unit 310, a processing unit 320, a transmitting unit 330, and an accessing unit 340, and the functions of the functional modules of the video live broadcasting apparatus 300 are described in detail below.

The requesting unit 310 may be configured to execute the step S110, that is, to receive a live video access instruction, where the live video access instruction includes a live video room ID to be accessed.

The processing unit 320 may be configured to execute the above step S120 and step S130, that is, to obtain access information for performing live video access according to the live video room ID, and obtain first parsing information for parsing the access information, where the first parsing information is obtained by parsing the access information through a mask model meeting a preset condition.

The transmission unit 330 may be configured to perform step S140 described above, that is, to transmit the first parsing information in response to the live video access instruction.

The accessing unit 340 may be configured to perform the step S150 described above, that is, to access the corresponding live video room based on the first parsing information.

In a possible embodiment, the processing unit 320 is further configured to:

if first historical access information which is the same as the access information does not exist in the historical live broadcast watching record, analyzing the access information through a shielding model meeting preset conditions to obtain first analysis information, and storing the first analysis information and the access information in a correlation manner;

and if first historical access information which is the same as the access information exists in the historical live broadcast watching record, taking first analysis information associated with the first historical access information as first analysis information of the access information.

In a possible embodiment, the processing unit 320 is further configured to:

generating second analysis information of the access information;

and if second historical access information which is the same as the second analysis information exists in the historical live broadcast watching record, taking the first analysis information related to the second historical access information as the first analysis information of the access information.

In a possible embodiment, the processing unit 320 is further configured to:

when the video live broadcast access instruction comprises a plurality of video live broadcast room IDs, the first analysis information comprises results obtained after analysis processing is carried out on the access information associated with each video live broadcast room ID.

It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the requesting unit 310 may be a processing element separately set up, or may be integrated into a chip of the apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the apparatus in the form of program code, and a processing element of the apparatus calls and executes the functions of the requesting unit 310. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.

For example, the above modules may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, such as: one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), or one or more microprocessors (DSPs), or one or more Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), etc. For another example, when some of the above modules are implemented in the form of a processing element scheduler code, the processing element may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other processor that can call the program code. As another example, these modules may be integrated together, implemented in the form of a system-on-a-chip (SOC).

Fig. 4 shows a hardware structure diagram of the cloud live broadcast server 100 for implementing the control device, where as shown in fig. 4, the cloud live broadcast server 100 may include a processor 110, a machine-readable storage medium 120, a bus 130, and a transceiver 140.

In a specific implementation process, at least one processor 110 executes computer-executable instructions stored in the machine-readable storage medium 120 (for example, included in the video live broadcasting apparatus 300 shown in fig. 3), so that the processor 110 may execute a video live broadcasting method according to the above method embodiment, where the processor 110, the machine-readable storage medium 120, and the transceiver 140 are connected through the bus 130, and the processor 110 may be configured to control transceiving actions of the transceiver 140, so as to transceive data with the aforementioned user terminal 200.

For a specific implementation process of the processor 110, reference may be made to the above-mentioned method embodiments executed by the cloud live broadcast server 100, and implementation principles and technical effects are similar, and details of this embodiment are not described herein again.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, it should be understood that the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.

The machine-readable storage medium 120 may comprise high-speed RAM memory and may also include non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory.

The bus 130 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus 130 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.

In addition, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a readable storage medium, in which computer execution instructions are stored, and when a processor executes the computer execution instructions, the above video live broadcasting method is implemented.

The readable storage medium described above may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. Readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and not for limiting the same; while the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
