1. An apparatus having a sound aperture, comprising:

the loudspeaker comprises a shell, a sound hole and a sound box, wherein a cavity is arranged in the shell, a loudspeaker is arranged in the cavity, and the sound hole is used for forming communication between the cavity and the outside of the shell;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electronic equipment, in particular to equipment with sound holes.

Background

Electronic equipment such as smartwatches, mobile phones and notebook computers are often equipped with a speaker for realizing functions such as music playing and communication, and is provided with a sound hole capable of making sound of the speaker emit.

The electronic device generally includes a housing, a chamber provided in the housing, a speaker installed in the chamber, and a sound hole provided in the housing and communicating the chamber with the outside. When the electronic device has a waterproof requirement, in order to avoid damage to the speaker caused by water entering the cavity from the sound hole, the electronic device is generally realized by adopting the speaker with a waterproof function.

However, the cost of the speaker having the waterproof function is high, which increases the cost of the device.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve at least one of the problems mentioned in the background art, the present invention provides an apparatus having a sound hole to enable a reduction in cost of the apparatus having the sound hole.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an apparatus having a sound hole, comprising:

the loudspeaker comprises a shell, a sound hole and a sound box, wherein a cavity is arranged in the shell, a loudspeaker is arranged in the cavity, and the sound hole is used for forming communication between the cavity and the outside of the shell;

the water blocking piece is arranged on the shell in a sliding mode, the sound hole is opened when the water blocking piece is located at a first position, and the sound hole is blocked by the water blocking piece when the water blocking piece is located at a second position;

the water scraping part is arranged on the shell, the water blocking part is located at the second position, and the water scraping part is abutted to the outer side face of the water blocking part.

Furthermore, an operation portion is arranged on the water blocking piece, the operation portion extends out of the shell, and the operation portion is used for bearing external force to push so as to drive the water blocking piece to slide between the first position and the second position.

Detailed Description

In order to prevent a loudspeaker in equipment from being damaged due to water entering from a sound hole in the equipment with the sound hole, the loudspeaker with a waterproof function is generally installed in the equipment at present; for example, when the waterproof level of the electronic device is 50 meters, a speaker having a 5ATM (50 meters waterproof) function is required. However, the speaker having the waterproof function has the following disadvantages: the cost of the loudspeaker with the waterproof function is several times that of a common loudspeaker, so that the cost of equipment is increased; the second step is as follows: the size of the loudspeaker with the waterproof function is larger than that of a common loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is inconvenient to arrange; when the size of the equipment is limited, the waterproof structure needs to be arranged by sacrificing the performance of the loudspeaker, so that the loudspeaker is poor in communication and music playing; and thirdly: after the loudspeaker is wetted, water cannot be completely discharged in time, and the loudspeaker can generate noise due to residual water stain on a loudspeaker diaphragm; fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: the process of assembling the loudspeaker with the waterproof function on the equipment is also complex, and the assembly cost of the equipment is further increased.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides equipment with sound holes, wherein the shell of the equipment is provided with the water-blocking piece, the water-blocking piece can block the sound holes when the equipment needs to be waterproof, so that the loudspeaker is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that water enters the cavity through the sound holes, the sound holes can be opened when the equipment does not need to be waterproof, and the normal use of the loudspeaker is not influenced; therefore, the equipment with the sound hole of the embodiment does not need to use a loudspeaker with a waterproof effect, and can use a common loudspeaker with lower cost, so that the cost of the equipment can be reduced; in addition, the size of the common loudspeaker is smaller than that of a loudspeaker with a waterproof function, so that the arrangement of the common loudspeaker on equipment is facilitated; or, under the condition of the loudspeaker arrangement space with the same size, the device of the embodiment can select the common loudspeaker with better sound quality.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the preferred embodiments of the present invention. An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus having a sound hole, which is shown in fig. 1 and 3 and includes a housing 1, a water blocking member 3, and a water scraping portion; wherein, a cavity 101 is arranged in the shell 1, a loudspeaker 2 is arranged in the cavity 101, a sound hole 102 is arranged on the shell 1, and the sound hole 102 is used for forming the communication between the cavity 101 and the outside of the shell 1; the water blocking piece 3 is arranged on the shell 1 in a sliding mode, and when the water blocking piece 3 is located at the first position, the sound hole 102 is opened; when the water blocking member 3 is located at the second position, the water blocking member 3 blocks the sound hole 102; the water scraping part is arranged on the shell 1, and when the water blocking piece 3 is positioned at the second position, the water scraping part is abutted against the outer side surface of the water blocking piece 3.

That is, the embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, in which a speaker 2 is installed, and a housing 1 of the apparatus is provided with a sound hole 102 that enables sound of the speaker 2 to be emitted to the outside of the housing 1; meanwhile, a slidable water-blocking piece 3 is arranged on the shell 1 of the equipment, the water-blocking piece 3 can slide to open the sound hole 102, and at the moment, the equipment can sound outwards normally; this piece 3 that blocks water can also slide to shutoff sound hole 102, and at this moment, piece 3 blocks water and gets into in the casing 1, avoids loudspeaker 2 to meet water damage. Since the water blocking member 3 can block water from entering the case 1 when the speaker 2 needs to be waterproofed, the speaker 2 of the apparatus of the present embodiment does not need to employ a speaker having a waterproof function itself, but may employ a general speaker 2. The cost of providing a water blocking member 3 on the housing 1 is lower than the cost difference between a waterproof speaker and a general speaker, and thus the apparatus of the present embodiment has a lower cost than an apparatus using a waterproof speaker.

The intelligent watch of the embodiment comprises a shell 1, wherein a sealed cavity 101 is enclosed in the shell 1, and a loudspeaker 2 is installed in the cavity 101; the sound hole 102 extends through the sidewall of the chamber 101 to communicate the chamber 101 with the outside of the housing 1, that is, to communicate the chamber 101 with the outside, so that the sound of the speaker 2 can be emitted to the outside of the housing 1 through the sound hole 102.

In order to make the sound of the speaker 2 emit better to the outside, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the sound hole 102 is in a strip shape, the length direction of the sound hole 102 is parallel to the length direction of the case 1 of the smart watch, and the sound hole 102 is two strips arranged at intervals along the height direction of the case 1. The length direction of the casing 1 refers to a direction parallel to the length direction of the arm after the smart watch is worn on the arm of the user, namely, the X direction in fig. 2; the height direction of the case 1 refers to the thickness direction of the smart watch, i.e., the Z direction in fig. 1 and 2.

It should be noted that the length direction of the sound holes 102 may also be parallel to the height direction of the housing 1, and may also be parallel to the width direction of the housing 1, and there may be one, three or other number of the sound holes 102, which has the same principle as the solution of the present embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the water blocking member 3 of the present embodiment has a plate shape, the water blocking member 3 is slidable on the housing 1 in a longitudinal direction of the housing 1, and the water blocking member 3 is located between the speaker 2 and a side wall of the housing 1 where the sound hole 102 is provided. In the smart watch, as shown in fig. 1, a dust screen 11 is generally disposed between the speaker 2 and the sound hole 102, and the water blocking member 3 may be disposed between the dust screen 11 and the speaker 2 or between the dust screen 11 and the sound hole 102.

In this embodiment, when the water blocking member 3 slides to the position shown in fig. 2, that is, when the water blocking member 3 is located at one side of the sound hole 102, the sound hole 102 is completely opened, and the sound of the speaker 2 can be emitted to the outside normally, in this embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is said to be located at the first position; when the water blocking member 3 slides to the position shown in fig. 3, that is, when the position of the water blocking member 3 overlaps the position of the sound hole 102, the water blocking member 3 blocks the sound hole 102, and at this time, the water blocking member 3 can prevent water from entering the chamber 101 through the sound hole 102, and in this embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is referred to as being located at the second position.

In the present embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is made of a soft material, which is a material that can be rolled and stored, such as soft polyvinyl chloride, a waterproof film, and the like. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the apparatus further includes a reel 31, the reel 31 is rotatably disposed on the housing 1, and the reel 31 is located at one side of the sound hole 102. One end of the water-blocking piece 3 is fixedly connected with the scroll 31, and when the water-blocking piece 3 slides to the first position, the water-blocking piece 3 is wound on the scroll 31; when the water blocking member 3 slides to the second position, the water blocking member 3 is released from the reel 31.

That is, in the present embodiment, the housing 1 is provided with a rotatable reel 31, and taking fig. 3 as an example, when the reel 31 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the water blocking member 3 can be wound on the reel 31; when the reel 31 rotates clockwise, the water blocking member 3 can be released; the switching of the water stop 3 between the first position and the second position is effected by the winding and releasing of the water stop 3 on the reel 31.

In order to allow the water blocking member 3 to be wound on the winding shaft 31 when the water blocking member 3 is slid in a direction close to the first position; in this embodiment, the first elastic member is disposed on the winding shaft 31, and the first elastic member can apply an elastic force to the winding shaft 31, and the elastic force drives the winding shaft 31 to rotate toward the winding water blocking member 3.

Specifically, in addition to the above-mentioned elastic force, the reel 31 is subjected to the pulling force of the water blocking member 3, and when the pulling force of the water blocking member 3 on the reel 31 is greater than the elastic force, the reel 31 rotates in a direction to release the water blocking member 3, so that the water blocking member 3 can slide in a direction close to the second position; when the pulling force of the water blocking member 3 on the reel 31 is smaller than the elastic force, the reel 31 rotates in the direction of winding up the water blocking member 3, so that the water blocking member 3 slides in the direction close to the first position and is wound up on the reel 31.

In this embodiment, the first elastic member is a coil spring, or a clockwork spring. When the water-blocking piece 3 slides towards the direction close to the second position, the coil spring stores energy; when the water blocking member 3 slides in a direction approaching the first position, the coil spring urges the spool 31 to rotate due to its elastic recovery, thereby winding the water blocking member 3 on the spool 31. It should be noted that the coil spring may be made of an existing product, and the installation thereof on the reel 31 may refer to the prior art, which will not be described in detail herein.

By providing the above-described reel 31 on the housing 1 and winding the water blocking member 3 on the reel 31, the water blocking member 3 of the present embodiment will have a smaller footprint when in the first position than the hard water blocking member 3 described below, thereby facilitating its arrangement on equipment of which the size is generally limited.

In some embodiments, the water blocking member 3 may also be made of a hard material, for example, a metal, specifically, an aluminum material, a stainless steel, etc., and the material of the water blocking member 3 may also be a hard plastic, an acrylic plate, etc. When the water blocking member 3 is made of a hard material, the sliding structure thereof on the housing 1 is simple. However, as shown in fig. 4, when the water blocking member 3 is located at the first position, the water blocking member 3 still needs to occupy a space equivalent to or larger than the size of the water blocking member 3, and its arrangement is difficult on electronic equipment whose size is generally limited.

In this embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is provided with an operation portion, the operation portion extends to the outside of the housing 1, and the operation portion is used for receiving external force to push so as to drive the water blocking member 3 to slide between the first position and the second position.

That is, an operation portion at least partially located outside the case 1 is provided on the case 1, the operation portion is connected to the water blocking member 3 located inside the case 1, and a user wearing the smart watch can slide the water blocking member 3 inside the case 1 by pushing the operation portion.

Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in the present embodiment, a through groove 103 is formed through the upper side wall of the chamber 101 in the height direction of the housing 1, and the length direction of the through groove 103 is parallel to the length direction of the housing 1; the above-mentioned operation part includes a connection plate 35 fixed to the top of the water blocking member 3 and upwardly penetrating the through-groove 103, and an operation block 32 fixed to the top end of the connection plate 35.

The user wearing the smart watch can drive the water blocking member 3 to slide between the first position and the second position by pushing the operation block 32 in two directions. That is, when the device needs to be waterproof, the user can push the operation block 32 to slide the water blocking member 3 to the second position to block the sound hole 102; when the apparatus is not waterproof, the user can push the operation block 32 to move the water blocking member 3 to the first position, so that the speaker 2 can normally emit sound through the sound hole 102.

By arranging the operating part, the user manually completes the switching of the water blocking member 3 between the first position and the second position, the structure is simpler, and the cost is lower.

The present embodiment provides a sealing structure for constituting a seal between the water stop 3 and the housing 1; referring to fig. 1 and 9, a mounting groove is formed in the bottom wall of the chamber 101, and the sealing structure includes a first sealing strip 51, the first sealing strip 51 is fixedly fitted in the mounting groove, and a sliding groove 501 is formed in the first sealing strip 51, and one side of the bottom of the water blocking member 3 is slidable in the sliding groove 501; alternatively, the first sealing strip 51 has a U-shaped cross section, and the bottom side of the water blocking member 3 is slidable in the opening of the first sealing strip 51.

Referring to fig. 3, the sealing structure further includes two second sealing strips 52, the two second sealing strips 52 are embedded in the side wall of the chamber 101 configured with the sound hole 102, and the two second sealing strips 52 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the sound hole 102; when the water blocking member 3 is located at the second position, the two second sealing strips 52 can be respectively abutted against the water blocking member 3.

Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the sealing structure of the present embodiment further includes two third sealing strips 53, the two third sealing strips 53 are respectively disposed on two opposite side walls of the through groove 103, and the two third sealing strips 53 respectively abut against two opposite side walls of the water blocking member 3.

In the present embodiment, by providing the first weather strip 51, the second weather strip 52, and the third weather strip 53, when the water blocking member 3 is at the second position, the water blocking member 3 and the housing 1 can be sealed in all directions, and thus, it is possible to prevent water from entering the chamber 101 and damaging the speaker 2.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the wiper portion of the present embodiment includes a plurality of wiper strips 4, each wiper strip 4 is arranged at intervals along the sliding direction of the water blocking member 3, as shown in fig. 3, when the water blocking member 3 is located at the second position, each wiper strip 4 abuts against the outer side surface of the water blocking member 3; in this embodiment, two wiper strips 4 are provided, and it should be noted that one, three, or more wiper strips 4 may be provided.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the longitudinal direction of each wiper strip 4 is orthogonal to the sliding direction of the water blocking member 3; it should be noted that each wiper strip 4 may also be arranged obliquely, and it is sufficient that it covers the water blocking member 3 in the length direction of the water blocking member 3, that is, the wiper strip may extend vertically downward or obliquely downward from the top end of the water blocking member 3 to the bottom end of the water blocking member 3.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, each wiper strip 4 is located within the length of the sound hole 102. Or, in the longitudinal direction of the housing 1, the wiper strips 4 do not exceed both ends of the sound hole 102. Through the length within range that will scrape water strip 4 setting at phonic pore 102, scrape water strip 4 and strike off the water stain back on the water blocking piece 3, water can outwards flow out phonic pore 102, therefore the good water discharge of general ability.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each wiper strip 4 has a triangular cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal direction, and the tip of each wiper strip 4 abuts against the outer side surface of the water blocking member 3. Through the most advanced and the lateral surface butt of the piece 3 that blocks water of scraping the water strip 4, strike off that can be better and block water stain on the 3 lateral surfaces of water.

Generally speaking, through setting up foretell each strip 4 of scraping, be stained with water at the piece 3 that blocks water, open the open in-process of the piece 3 that blocks water and make the sound hole 102, scrape the water spot that the water portion can scrape on the piece 3 lateral surface that blocks water, avoid water to remain on equipment, avoid causing the influence to electronic components on the equipment.

While the sound hole 102 is made waterproof by the water blocking member 3, the present embodiment also provides a structure for optimizing the sound quality of the speaker 2 by the water blocking member 3.

In this embodiment, one of the water blocking member 3 and the housing 1 is provided with a limiting unit, the other of the water blocking member 3 and the housing 1 is provided with a positioning unit, and the positioning units are a plurality of positioning units arranged at intervals along the sliding direction of the water blocking member 3. The water blocking piece 3 is fixed at a third position corresponding to the positioning unit through the matching of the limiting unit and each positioning unit; when the water blocking member 3 is located at each third position, the water blocking member 3 blocks a part of the sound hole 102.

That is, when the position limiting unit is disposed on the water blocking member 3, the plurality of positioning units are disposed on the housing 1 at intervals along the sliding direction of the water blocking member 3. When the limiting unit is arranged on the shell 1, the plurality of positioning units are arranged on the water blocking piece 3 at intervals along the sliding direction of the water blocking piece 3. Wherein, the positioning units correspond to the third positions one by one; specifically, when the third position is one, the number of the positioning units is one, when the number of the third positions is two, the number of the positioning units is two, and when the number of the third positions is two, the number of the positioning units is three. When the position limiting unit is matched with the positioning unit, the water blocking member 3 stays at a third position corresponding to the positioning unit.

In the present embodiment, the limiting unit is disposed on the water blocking member 3, and the positioning unit is disposed on the housing 1. It should be noted that the limiting unit is disposed on the housing 1, and the positioning unit is disposed on the water blocking member 3, which has the same principle as that of the limiting unit, and will not be described again in this embodiment.

In this embodiment, the above-mentioned limiting units and the positioning units are arranged, so that the water blocking member 3 can stay at different third positions through the cooperation between the limiting units and the positioning units, respectively, and fig. 5 and 6 show two different third positions. When the water blocking member 3 is in the third position, the water blocking member 3 will partially block the sound hole 102; or, the sound hole 102 is partially opened when the water blocking member 3 is located at the third position. And when the water blocking member 3 is located at a different third position, the length of the water blocking member 3 blocking the sound hole 102 is different.

When the water stop 3 is in the third position the helmholtz resonance frequency point of the front cavity of the loudspeaker 2 will change compared to when the water stop 3 is in the first position. And the water barrier 3 is in a different third position, the point of the helmholtz resonance frequency of the front cavity of the loudspeaker 2 will also be different.

That is, the formants of the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 can be set at different frequencies depending on the length of the sound hole 102 blocked by the water blocking member 3. In other words, when the water blocking member 3 blocks the sound holes 102 having different lengths, the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 reaches the formants at different frequencies. Referring to fig. 7, three curves I, II, and III in fig. 7 are frequency response curves of the speaker 2 when the water blocking member 3 is located at three different third positions, respectively, and it can be seen that the frequencies of the frequency response curves of the speaker 2 reaching the formants are different when the water blocking member 3 is located at the different third positions. And the frequency at which the frequency response reaches the formants is a more prominent frequency in the sound emitted by the loudspeaker 2.

In this embodiment, three positioning units are disposed on the housing 1, that is, three third positions are correspondingly provided, and when the water blocking member 3 is respectively located at the three third positions, the frequency at which the frequency response curve of the speaker 2 reaches the formant is close to the frequency of the human voice, the frequency of the percussion music and the frequency of the metal musical instrument, so that the device can play a role in highlighting the human voice, the percussion music and the playing effect of the metal musical instrument.

It should be noted that the number of the positioning units may be one, two, four or more, which have the same principle as the solution of the present embodiment and will not be described in detail herein; moreover, the structure that the water blocking member 3 stays between the first position and the second position can also adopt the matching of the limiting unit and the positioning unit, and the details are not repeated herein.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the limiting unit of this embodiment is an insertion rod 33, the insertion rod 33 is supported on the water blocking member 3 through a second elastic member 34, the positioning unit includes an insertion slot 104 disposed on the housing 1, and the insertion rod 33 can be driven by the second elastic member 34 to be inserted into the insertion slot 104.

In a specific structure, referring to fig. 10, a blind installation hole 301 is formed in the water blocking member 3, and the insertion rod 33 includes a spherical segment 332 and a cylindrical segment 331 connected in series; the cylindrical section 331 is inserted into the blind mounting hole 301 and is capable of sliding within the blind mounting hole 301.

The second elastic member 34 of the present embodiment is a spring, and the spring abuts between the bottom surface of the mounting blind hole 301 and the end surface of the cylindrical section 331. It should be noted that other elastic components can be used for the second elastic member 34.

Referring to fig. 10, the bottom surface of the slot 104 of the present embodiment is a truncated sphere, i.e., a sphere with a segment cut away; and the diameter of the sphere in which the slot 104 is located is larger than the diameter of the spherical segment 332.

Based on the above structure, when the user pushes the operation block 32 to drive the water blocking member 3 to slide, the insertion rod 33 will slide along with the water blocking member 3, and when the insertion rod 33 slides to be opposite to a certain slot 104, the insertion rod 33 is inserted into the slot 104 under the push of the second elastic member 34; when no external force pushes the water blocking member 3, the inserted link 33 will not be pulled out from the slot 104, so that the water blocking member 3 will stay, and the position where the water blocking member 3 stays at this time is referred to as a third position corresponding to the slave slot 104 in the embodiment; when the user pushes the operation block 32 again to drive the water blocking member 3 to slide, the spherical surface of the slot 104 can drive the insertion rod 33 to compress the second elastic member 34, so that the insertion rod 33 can be pulled out from the slot 104.

In this embodiment, the insertion rod 33 is configured to include the round ball section 332 and the cylindrical section 331, and the cylindrical section 331 is slidably engaged with the blind mounting hole 301, so as to facilitate the mounting of the second elastic member 34. Through the matching of the round ball section 332 and the slot 104, when the round ball section 332 slides through the slot 104, the round ball section 332 can be inserted into the slot 104 under the pushing of the second elastic piece 34, after the round ball section 332 is inserted into the slot 104, and when the water blocking piece 3 is pushed again, the round ball section 332 and the cylindrical section 331 can be driven by the spherical surface of the slot 104 to compress the second elastic piece 34, so that the round ball section 332 can slide out from the slot 104. That is, the user only needs to push the operation block 32 to realize the engagement of the insertion rod 33 with the different insertion slot 104. The inserted link 33 does not need to be manually inserted into the slot 104 or the inserted link 33 does not need to be taken out of the slot 104, so that the use is convenient for users.

In summary, in the device with sound holes of the present embodiment, the water blocking member 3 is disposed on the housing 1, and the water blocking member 3 can block the sound holes 102 when the device needs to be waterproof, so as to prevent water from entering the chamber 101 through the sound holes 102 to damage the speaker 2, and can open the sound holes 102 when the device does not need to be waterproof, so as not to affect the normal use of the speaker 2; because the device of the embodiment can plug the sound hole 102 when waterproofing is needed, and the loudspeaker 2 is prevented from being damaged due to the inflow of water through the sound hole 102, after the device adopts the sound hole 102 waterproofing mechanism of the application, the loudspeaker 2 with waterproofing effect is not needed to be used, but the common loudspeaker 2 with lower cost can be used, so that the cost of the device can be reduced; in addition, since the size of the general speaker 2 is smaller than that of the speaker 2 having the waterproof function, the arrangement of the general speaker 2 on the device is facilitated, and under the same size, the general speaker 2 has better performance in terms of conversation and music playing compared with the speaker 2 having the waterproof function.
