In the invention, when in use, the net cage 1 is firstly placed in water of a rice field and is cut off, the electromagnetic valve 14 is started to enable part of bait to fall into the net barrel 11, then timing is carried out through the time relay 7, a time signal is fed back to the controller 5 regularly, the controller 5 starts the electromagnetic valve 14 at each time node to enable the bait to be thrown into the net barrel 11 again, so that the sufficiency of the bait is ensured, the bait is always attractive in the whole supplementing process, and therefore crayfish can pass through the conical barrel 4 to enter the net cage 1 to achieve the catching effect, meanwhile, the controller 5 starts the first electric push rod 17 at a certain time node to drive the corresponding net plate 16 to lift, so that the caught crayfish can be lifted, and the crayfish can be positioned on the surface of the other net plate 16 after the crayfish is caught again, thereby avoiding the crayfish from being stacked to cause extrusion death.

In an alternative embodiment, the energy output of the solar panel 8 is connected to the energy input of the accumulator 6 via a photovoltaic converter.

It should be noted that the solar energy is converted into electric energy for power supply, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving.
