Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bra liners, in particular to a fully-molded, cool and breathable bra liner and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly relates to a fully-molded bra liner based on a 3D printing technology.

Background

With the importance of women on the health and shape of the breasts, the bra becomes a necessary clothing single product. The bra (also called as "bra") is mainly composed of cups, hearts, side pieces, hook rings and shoulder straps, and the liners in the cups of the Chinese bra mainly play a role in shaping and supporting. The bra pad material comprises polyurethane foam, latex, fabric laminated cloth, non-woven cloth, spacing fabric and the like. In addition, some women also select the bra with water bag, air bag and silica gel as the cushion in order to pursue the shaping effect and special efficacy of the bra.

Currently, the polyurethane foam which is widely used in the market and commonly called sponge is a compound of petroleum and asphalt, and has chronic harm to human bodies. The processing flow is complex, most of the materials are cut off and discarded by waste materials, the waste of raw materials and environmental pollution are caused, and the waste materials are difficult to recycle. The polyurethane foam pad has poor air permeability in the use process, is easy to yellow and blacken, and particularly after hot weather or severe sports, when a bra with the polyurethane foam pad is worn, the generated heat and sweat can not be discharged in time, so that a wearer feels moist and sticky, is stuffy and difficult to endure, is easy to breed a large amount of bacteria and is unfavorable to the health of the human body.

For the foregoing reasons, there is a need for improvements in materials and processes to provide a fully formed, cool, breathable brassiere pad.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a liner for a bra, which is more comfortable and breathable in material and structure than the traditional liner and has good supporting and shaping effects on breasts.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention comprises the following steps:

1. according to the shape and the shaping requirements of the chest of a human body, in order to achieve the cool and breathable effect, the three-dimensional structure design of the bra pad is carried out;

2. performing full-mold printing on the designed gasket by using a proper 3D printing technology;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: utilizing computer three-dimensional structure design software, and designing a personalized three-dimensional model according to the shape and the shaping requirements of the chest of a human body; adopt 3D to print vibration material disk technique, realize having the liner one shot forming of ventilative and moulding effect concurrently, reduce the waste of material, avoid the pollution of course of working to the environment.

Detailed Description

The following examples are given to illustrate specific embodiments of the present invention.

Example 1: the circular hole on the surface of the fully-formed breathable bra liner is 6mm in uniform aperture, the wall thickness of the inner surface and the wall thickness of the outer surface of the liner are 3mm, the thickness of the liner is 24mm, and the filling rate of the printing model is 10%.
