1. A method of obtaining a foot shape, comprising:

step a, taking a pair of socks containing water-cured polyurethane materials;

step b, wrapping protective films on the two feet to enable the protective films to be attached to the two feet;

c, correspondingly penetrating the two feet wrapped with the protective films into the socks respectively, wherein the socks are attached to the two feet;

d, wetting the socks with water, and shaping to obtain shaped socks;

and e, taking down the shaped socks from the feet to obtain the 3D models of the feet.

The method for obtaining the shape of the foot according to claim 1, characterized in that the sock is provided with a sock body (1), a clasp (2) and a securing clasp (3), the sock body (1) comprising a knitted layer (13) and a layer (14) of water-curable polyurethane, the layer (14) of water-curable polyurethane wrapping the knitted layer (13).

3. Method for obtaining the shape of the foot according to claim 2, characterized in that the sock body (1) is provided with a welt (11) and an opening (12).

The existing shoe making mode neglects the difference of foot types of people, cannot meet individual requirements, and cannot meet special requirements of special people (such as patients with plantar fasciitis, bunion, metatarsal pain, inner eight feet, outer eight feet, hind foot eversion, flat feet, high-arch feet and hind foot enstrophe). For this purpose. An ideal solution is to provide shoes which completely conform to the foot type according to the difference of each foot type, so as to realize 'measuring feet and making shoes'.

The invention patent with the patent application number of 201610997728.5 and the patent name of a method for manufacturing customized shoes discloses that a three-dimensional scanner is used for scanning the foot of a client to obtain three-dimensional data of the foot, a 3D foot model is constructed according to the three-dimensional data, a shoe tree is obtained through 3D printing according to the 3D foot model, and then shoes are manufactured according to the shoe tree. The method needs a client to specially go to a specified place, accurate three-dimensional foot data can be obtained only through operation and measurement of a specially-assigned person, steps are complicated, use limiting factors are more, and the client cannot conveniently operate at home.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for acquiring foot shapes.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of obtaining a foot shape, comprising:

step a, taking a pair of socks containing water-cured polyurethane materials;

step b, wrapping protective films on the two feet to enable the protective films to be attached to the two feet;

c, correspondingly penetrating the two feet wrapped with the protective films into the socks respectively, wherein the socks are attached to the two feet;

d, wetting the socks with water, and shaping to obtain shaped socks;

and e, taking down the shaped socks from the feet to obtain the 3D models of the feet.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the socks containing the water-curing polyurethane material, after the socks are worn on both feet, the socks are attached to both feet, the shape of each sock is completely the same as the shape of each foot, after the socks are wetted by water, the water-curing polyurethane of the water-curing polyurethane layer begins to harden after the water-curing polyurethane meets the water, the effect of shaping the socks is achieved after a period of time, and the shape of each shaped sock is completely the same as the shape of each foot. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the sock is provided with a sock body 1, a buckle ring 2 and a fixing buckle 3, wherein the sock body 1 includes a knitted layer 13 and a water-cured polyurethane layer 14, and the water-cured polyurethane layer 14 covers the knitted layer 13. One end of the sock body 1 is provided with a welt 11 and an opening 12, one end of the opening 12 is located at the welt 11, the other end is located at the instep of the sock, the buckle 2 and the fixing buckle 3 are respectively located at two sides of the opening 12, the buckle 2 corresponds to the fixing buckle 3 in position, one end of the buckle 2 is fixedly connected with the knitting layer 13 of the sock body 1 on one side of the opening 12, and the other end is detachably connected with the fixing buckle 3.

c, correspondingly penetrating the two feet wrapped with the protective films into the socks through the openings 11 respectively, and sleeving one end of the buckle ring 2 on the fixing buckle 3 to enable the opening 12 to keep the width of 3mm, wherein the socks are attached to the two feet;

d, wetting the socks with water, shaping, and finishing shaping after 8 minutes to obtain the shaped socks;

and e, taking one end of the retaining ring 2 down from the fixing buckle 3, and taking the shaped socks in the step D down from the feet through the opening 12 to obtain the 3D models of the feet.

The customer need not try on different shoes in person to the shop, selects suitable shoes, only needs to provide the socks after the design, and the mill can obtain customer's foot three-dimensional data according to the socks after the design, and help customer customization shoes satisfy the demand of customer to the individuation of shoes, make shoes more comfortable.

Example 5

In this embodiment, the method for obtaining the foot shape using the sock of embodiment 2 includes the steps of:

step a, taking a pair of socks containing water-cured polyurethane materials;

step b, wrapping protective films on the two feet to enable the protective films to be attached to the two feet;

c, correspondingly penetrating the two feet wrapped with the protective films into the socks through the openings 11 respectively, and sleeving one end of the buckle ring 2 on the fixing buckle 3 to keep the width of the opening 12 at 4.5mm, wherein the socks are attached to the two feet;

d, wetting the socks with water, shaping, and finishing shaping after 11.5 minutes to obtain the shaped socks;

and e, taking one end of the retaining ring 2 down from the fixing buckle 3, and taking the shaped socks in the step D down from the feet through the opening 12 to obtain the 3D models of the feet.

Example 6

In this embodiment, the method for obtaining the foot shape using the sock of embodiment 3 includes the steps of:

step a, taking a pair of socks containing water-cured polyurethane materials;

step b, wrapping protective films on the two feet to enable the protective films to be attached to the two feet;

c, correspondingly penetrating the two feet wrapped with the protective films into the socks through the openings 11 respectively, and sleeving one end of the buckle ring 2 on the fixing buckle 3 to keep the width of the opening 12 at 6mm, wherein the socks are attached to the two feet;

d, wetting the socks with water, shaping, and finishing shaping after 15 minutes to obtain the shaped socks;

and e, taking one end of the retaining ring 2 down from the fixing buckle 3, and taking the shaped socks in the step D down from the feet through the opening 12 to obtain the 3D models of the feet.

According to the method for obtaining the foot shape, the sock containing the water-cured polyurethane material is used for obtaining the 3D foot shape of the customer, and then 3D scanning is carried out on the shaped sock to obtain accurate foot data. The cost is low, the operation is convenient and simple, the client can obtain the 3D foot type of the client at home without being limited by a measuring place and an operator. The shoe tree is made according to the 3D foot type data obtained by the shaped socks, shoes are customized for customers, the customized shoes are completely suitable for the foot types of the customers, the foot type difference of the customers is met, and the comfort level of the shoes is improved. The method of the invention solves the trouble that a large number of customers can not buy proper shoes due to the non-standard foot shapes, and meets the requirements of the customers.
