Specifically, the driving assembly drives the leg assembly to extend through the driving cross rod so as to drive the seat frame mounting frame, the seat linkage assembly 3 and the backrest assembly 8 to move, under the driving of the driving assembly, the seat unit can realize three position postures of a sitting posture position, an extending position and a lying posture position, and the leg assembly and the backrest assembly are retracted to the limit positions in the sitting posture position; when the chair is in the stretching position, the leg component extends forwards to the limit position, and the included angle between the backrest component and the seat frame is kept to be the same as the sitting position; when the user lies down, the leg stretching assembly extends to the limit position, and the backrest assembly rotates backwards to the limit position.
