a limit column (221), a toggle table (222) and a clamping table (223) which are arranged on a sealing seat (22) of the sealing body part (20);

a clamping groove (321) and an elastic release button (33) which are arranged on a duck mouth cover (32) of the sleeve part (30), wherein the release button (33) comprises a limit table (331) which is provided with a limit table clamping groove (3311) and a limit table slideway (3312);

spacing post (221) with spacing platform (331) cooperation can enter into the locking state that forms seal body part (20) and bushing part (30) in spacing platform draw-in groove (3311) along spacing platform slide (3312), also can break away from in spacing platform draw-in groove (3311) and get back to in spacing platform slide (3312), forms the unblock state of seal body part (20) and bushing part (30).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of minimally invasive surgical instruments, and relates to a separable cannula assembly, in particular to an unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand, a cannula assembly and a puncture outfit.

Background

A puncture outfit is often used in the existing minimally invasive surgery. The piercer is typically comprised of an obturator assembly, a seal body member and a cannula member, such as the one disclosed in US20060264992a1, which includes an obturator assembly, a seal body member and a cannula member, and a similar type of piercer is also disclosed in CN 200410092156.3. When puncturing, the puncture outfit of the prior art inserts the stopper assembly into the cannula assembly (consisting of the sealing body component and the cannula assembly), the whole puncture outfit is used, the stopper assembly is taken out after the puncture outfit is inserted into the abdomen of a human body, then the surgical instrument performs surgical operation through the cannula assembly, and when needed, the sealing body component needs to be released from the cannula assembly. At present, the method for releasing the sealing body part in the prior art generally comprises the steps that a doctor pinches the sleeve part with one hand, twists the sealing body part with the other hand, unlocks the sealing body part, performs other surgical operations, and is difficult to realize the one-hand operation of the doctor in the releasing process.

To solve the above problems of the puncture instrument, chinese patent CN209789968U proposes a locking ring structure capable of being unlocked by one-hand pressing, which is applied to the puncture instrument, in use, the doctor holds the cannula part with one hand, and then presses the handle downwards with the thumb to disengage the sealing body part from the cannula part, thereby completing the unlocking of the cannula part. However, the prior art still has the following problems: 1. in the unlocking process of the cannula assembly, only the thumb acts, the button assembly needs to be pressed down and the sealing body part needs to be rotated, so that a doctor using the cannula assembly needs to have enough thumb pressing force to unlock the cannula assembly, and the doctor with insufficient thumb pressing force is difficult to complete the unlocking operation in the actual operation; 2. the button assembly is relatively complex, resulting in relatively high costs during manufacture and assembly.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand, and the one-hand unlocking of a sealing body part and a sleeve part of a puncture outfit can be quickly realized by the cooperation of thumb and forefinger of a user.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand, comprising:

the limiting column, the shifting table and the clamping table are arranged on the sealing seat of the sealing body part;

the device comprises a bushing part, a duckbill cover, a clamping groove and an elastic release button, wherein the duckbill cover is arranged on a bushing part;

spacing post with spacing platform cooperation can form the locking state of sealing member part and bushing part in entering into spacing platform draw-in groove along spacing platform slide, also can break away from in getting back to spacing platform slide from spacing platform draw-in groove, forms the unlocking state of sealing member part and bushing part.

The clamping table is matched with the clamping groove, and when the sealing body part and the sleeve part are in a locking state, the clamping table enters a clamping groove of the clamping groove; when the sealing body part and the sleeve part are in an unlocking state, the clamping table is separated from the clamping groove of the clamping groove.

The invention also aims to provide a puncture outfit capable of being unlocked by one hand, which comprises a stopper assembly, a sealing body part and a sleeve part, wherein an inner hole at the lower part of the sealing body part can be sleeved on the outer side surface of an upper circular ring of the sleeve part, and the sealing body part and the sleeve part are provided with the unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand.

Detailed Description

The unlocking structure, the cannula assembly and the puncture outfit which can be unlocked by one hand are further described below with reference to the attached drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a sealing body part 20 of an embodiment of an unlocking structure capable of unlocking with one hand according to the present invention, the sealing body part 20 comprises an upper sealing cover 21 and a lower sealing seat 22, the sealing cover 21 is tightly connected with the sealing seat 22 into a whole, and a toggle table 222 is arranged on the outer surface of the lower part of the sealing seat 22, and the shape of the toggle table is suitable for being pushed by a user's index finger, and can be a semi-cylindrical shape, a semi-prism shape, a triangular cone shape or other shapes capable of protruding. The inner surface of the lower part of the sealing seat 22 forms a hollow inner hole, and the inner hole wall near the lower edge of the sealing seat 22 is uniformly provided with more than 1, preferably 3, locking platforms 223 for locking the sealing body part 20 on the sleeve part 30. The bore wall is also provided with a retaining post 221 extending beyond the lower edge of the seal holder 22 for locking the seal body member 20 to the sleeve member 30 or unlocking it from the sleeve member 30.

As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a release button 33 of an embodiment of an unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand according to the present invention, the release button 33 includes a limit table 331, a button 332, an elastic beam 333 and a positioning sleeve 334, the limit table 331 and the button 332 are disposed in the middle of the elastic beam 333, and the two positioning sleeves 334 are disposed at two ends of the elastic beam 333 respectively; the position-limiting table 331 is a herringbone boss, and has a position-limiting table-engaging groove 3311 and a position-limiting table-sliding rail 3312 adjacent to each other on the side surface thereof. The position-limiting platform-clamping groove 3311 and the position-limiting platform-sliding way 3312 are in arc transition and have a highest point 3313.

The release button 33 is installed in a notch on the outer surface of the lower portion of the duckbill cover 32, and the positioning sleeves 334 on both sides of the release button 33 are respectively sleeved into 2 positioning columns (not shown) in the notch. In order to avoid the volume occupied by the positioning sleeve 334 being too large, the positioning sleeve 334 may be made in the shape of a split cylinder. In addition, in order to allow the elastic release button 33 to have a deformation space in the indentation of the duckbill cap 32, the size of the positioning sleeve 334 is slightly larger than the size of the positioning column, for example, between 0.5mm and 2 mm.

The stop 331, the button 332, the resilient beam 333 and the positioning sleeve 334 of the release button 33 may be an assembly of several separate parts, or may be integrally formed, preferably by casting with a plastic mold.

The invention also provides a sleeve assembly capable of being unlocked by one hand, which comprises a sealing body part 20 and a sleeve part 30, wherein an inner hole at the lower part of the sealing body part 20 can be sleeved on the outer side surface of a circular ring at the upper part of the sleeve part 30, and unlocking structures capable of being unlocked by one hand are arranged on the sealing body part 20 and the sleeve part 30.

As shown in FIG. 4, the puncture outfit capable of being unlocked by one hand provided by the invention comprises a stopper component 10, a sealing body component 20 and a sleeve component 30, wherein the lower inner hole of the sealing body component 20 can be sleeved on the outer side surface of the upper ring of the sleeve component 30, and unlocking structures capable of being unlocked by one hand are arranged on the sealing body component 20 and the sleeve component 30.

A more typical implementation process of the unlocking structure capable of being unlocked by one hand is described as follows:

1. the sleeve part and the sealing body part are locked: the 3 blocking platforms 223 of the sealing seat 22 align with the slide ways 3211 of the 3 blocking grooves 321 of the duckbill cover 32 and are placed into the duckbill cover 32, and at this time, the limiting columns 221 are tightly attached to the limiting platform slide ways 3312; then, the sealing seat 22 is rotated clockwise, so that the clamping table 223 is clamped in the clamping groove 3212 of the clamping groove; meanwhile, the position-limiting column 221 extrudes the position-limiting table slideway 3312, so that the release button 33 is forced to deform and move inwards until the position-limiting column 221 exceeds the highest point 3313 of the position-limiting table 331; at this time, the pressing force applied to the release button 33 disappears and springs back to the original position, so that the stopper pin 221 is engaged in the stopper slot 3311, and the sleeve member 30 and the sealing body member 20 are locked.

2. Unlocking the sleeve component and the sealing body component: holding the sleeve assembly 30 with one hand, pressing the button 332 of the release button 33 inward with the thumb to move the release button 33 inward until the highest point 3313 of the position-limiting platform exceeds the position-limiting post 221, and then disengaging the position-limiting platform 331 from the position-limiting post 221; then, the index finger is used to dial the dial platform 222 counterclockwise, so that the seal holder 22 rotates counterclockwise until the detent platform 223 is completely disengaged from the detent groove 3212, at which time the cannula part 30 and the seal body part 20 are completely unlocked.
