Patent document

Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2013-135721

According to the absorbent article of patent document 1, the user can select an absorbent article having wing portions or an absorbent article having no wing portions for use according to the usage mode or the like. When used as an absorbent article having wing sections, the wing sections are folded back along the outer edge of the crotch section of a wearing article such as underwear. Since the wing portions are wound around the wearing article, the folds of the wing portions are easily hardened. When a force is applied to the inside in the width direction via the legs of the wearer, the force is transmitted to the crotch region of the absorbent article via the folds of the wing sections, and the crotch region is less likely to contract in width (japanese: panels り). On the other hand, when the absorbent article is used as a wingless absorbent article, the absorbent article is not wrapped around the wearing article because the wing portions are not present. When a force is applied toward the inside in the width direction via the legs of the wearer or the like, the force is directly applied to the crotch region of the absorbent article. Therefore, in the absorbent article without the wing portions, the absorbent core tends to be more easily contracted in width than the absorbent article with the wing portions, and leakage and twisting tend to occur.

That is, in the conventional absorbent article, the way of applying the force at the time of use in the absorbent article having the wing part and the way of applying the force at the time of use in the absorbent article having no wing part are not sufficiently grasped, and the structure suitable for the absorbent article having the wing part and the structure suitable for the absorbent article having no wing part cannot be provided.

Detailed Description

(1) Brief description of the embodiments

At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.

The package group of the absorbent article according to one aspect includes a first package that houses a first absorbent article having a wing portion that turns back toward a non-skin surface side in use in a lower crotch region, and a second package that houses a second absorbent article without the wing portion. The first package and the second package of the package group of the absorbent article have the same sub-brand name. The first and second absorbent articles are provided with linear compressed grooves in which at least the absorbent core is compressed in the thickness direction. The first absorbent article and the second absorbent article have a crotch center region located at the center in the front-rear direction, of a plurality of regions obtained by trisecting the length in the front-rear direction of the crotch region. An outer edge of the compressed groove in the crotch center region of the second absorbent article is positioned further outward in the width direction than an outer edge of the compressed groove in the crotch center region of the first absorbent article. The crotch center region is easily sandwiched by the legs when worn, and is easily subjected to a force directed inward in the width direction. The outer edge of the compressed groove in the crotch center region of the second absorbent article without the wing section is positioned further outward in the width direction than the outer edge of the compressed groove in the crotch center region of the first absorbent article with the wing section. Therefore, in the second absorbent article, when a force is directly applied to the inside in the width direction, the force is received by the crush groove, and the width contraction of the absorbent core can be suppressed. Therefore, in the second absorbent article without the wing portion, leakage and twisting can be suppressed. On the other hand, the outer edge of the compressed groove of the first absorbent article having the wing section is positioned further inward in the width direction than the outer edge of the compressed groove in the crotch center region of the second absorbent article. Therefore, in the first absorbent article, the outer edge of the compressed groove of the first absorbent article is positioned more inward, and therefore, the uncomfortable feeling caused by the contact between the compressed groove having high rigidity and the leg can be suppressed. Further, since the first absorbent article is wrapped around the wearing article by the wing portions, the flat shape is easily maintained, and since the first absorbent article follows the wearing article, the first absorbent article is easily restored to its original shape even if the width is temporarily contracted, and even if the outer edge of the compressed groove is relatively located inside, the width contraction can be suppressed. Therefore, a configuration suitable for the first absorbent article having the wing portions and a configuration suitable for the second absorbent article having no wing portions are provided together, and the present invention can be suitably used for any absorbent article. Since the appearance of the package in the package group having the same brand name, the appearance of the individual package in which the absorbent article is individually packaged, and the structure and appearance of the absorbent article have a uniform feeling, the user expects the same wearing feeling and feeling of comfort for the absorbent article included in the package group. According to this aspect, a large difference in wearing feeling and feeling of comfort is suppressed from occurring in the absorbent articles included in the package group, and the user can use the absorbent articles included in the package group with caution.

The package group of the absorbent article according to another aspect includes a first package that houses a first absorbent article having a wing portion that turns back toward a non-skin surface side in use in a lower crotch region, and a second package that houses a second absorbent article without the wing portion. The first package and the second package of the package group of the absorbent article have the same sub-brand name. The first and second absorbent articles are provided with linear compressed grooves in which at least the absorbent core is compressed in the thickness direction. An outer edge of the crush groove of the second absorbent article is located further outward in the width direction than an outer edge of the crush groove of the first absorbent article at the center in the front-rear direction of the crotch region. The center in the front-rear direction of the crotch region is the portion of the crotch region that is most likely to receive a force applied by the legs when worn. Since the outer edge of the compressed groove of the second absorbent article is located more outward and the outer edge of the compressed groove of the first absorbent article is located more inward in the center of the crotch region in the front-rear direction, the effect of suppressing the width shrinkage of the second absorbent article and the effect of improving the wearing feeling of the first absorbent article can be more easily obtained.

The shape of the pressing groove of the first absorbent article is a convex shape bulging inward in the width direction in the crotch region. The shape of the compressed groove of the second absorbent article is a convex shape bulging outward in the width direction in the crotch region. The crotch region is easily sandwiched by the legs when worn, and is easily subjected to a force directed inward in the width direction. The shape of the pressing groove in the lower crotch region of the second absorbent article without the wing portions is convex bulging outward in the width direction, and easily opposes the force of the legs, and the width contraction of the absorbent core can be suppressed. On the other hand, the shape of the pressing groove in the lower crotch region of the first absorbent article having the wing portions is convex so as to bulge inward in the width direction, and the pressing groove is easily shaped to follow the inner side of the thighs, thereby suppressing a feeling of discomfort. Further, since the first absorbent article is wrapped around the wearing article by the wing portions, the flat shape is easily maintained, and since the first absorbent article follows the wearing article, the first absorbent article is easily restored to its original shape even if the width is temporarily contracted, and even if the shape of the compressed groove is convex so as to bulge inward in the width direction, the width contraction can be suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the pair of pressing grooves extends in the front-rear direction and is arranged at an interval in the width direction. In the first absorbent article and the second absorbent article, a point-like compressed portion in which at least the absorbent core is compressed in the thickness direction is formed between the pair of compressed grooves. The plurality of pressing portions are arranged at intervals in the width direction. In the crotch region, a total width of the pressing portions of the second absorbent article is longer than a total width of the pressing portions of the first absorbent article on a virtual crotch line extending in the width direction. According to this aspect, since the total width of the compressed portions of the second absorbent article is relatively long, the rigidity is increased over the entire width direction of the crotch region of the second absorbent article, and the width contraction when a force is applied inward in the width direction can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the maximum value of the total width of the compressed portions of the first absorbent article is relatively short, the rigidity is reduced over the entire width direction of the crotch region of the first absorbent article, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

The total area of the squeezing portions of the second absorbent article disposed on a virtual crotch line extending in the width direction in the crotch region is larger than the total area of the first absorbent article disposed on the virtual crotch line. According to this aspect, since the total area of the pressing portions of the second absorbent article is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article, and the width contraction when a force is applied inward in the width direction can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total area of the compressed portions of the first absorbent article is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

In the crotch region, the total number of the pressing portions of the second absorbent article is greater than the total number of the pressing portions of the first absorbent article on a virtual crotch line extending in the width direction. According to this aspect, since the total number of the pressing portions of the second absorbent article is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article, and the width shrinkage when a force toward the inside in the width direction is applied can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total number of the pressing portions of the first absorbent article is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the first absorbent article and the second absorbent article have a body joint portion that is joined to a wearing article in a region overlapping with the absorbent core. In a front region located on a front side of the crotch region, an outer edge of the compressed groove of the second absorbent article is located further outward in the width direction than an outer edge of the compressed groove of the first absorbent article. In general, the body joint portion is disposed with the center side in the width direction of the absorbent core as the center, and may not be disposed in a region overlapping with the outer edge of the absorbent core. The body joint portion may extend from the crotch region to the front region around the crotch region, and may not be disposed over the entire front region. Therefore, a distortion of the absorbent core is sometimes generated in the front region. At this time, since the outer edge of the pressing groove in the front region of the second absorbent article is located relatively outside, twisting of the absorbent core in the front region can be suppressed. On the other hand, in the first absorbent article, the sheets (e.g., the top sheet and the back sheet) disposed in the front region are folded back together with the folding back of the wing portions. It is possible to suppress deformation in the front region and suppress width shrinkage by the folded-back portion.

According to a preferred aspect, the first absorbent article and the second absorbent article have a body joint portion that is joined to the wearing article in a region overlapping with the absorbent core. In a front region located on a front side of the crotch region, a total area of the crush grooves of the second absorbent article is larger than a total area of the crush grooves of the first absorbent article. According to this aspect, since the total area of the crush grooves in the front region of the second absorbent article is large, twisting of the absorbent core in the front region can be suppressed. On the other hand, in the first absorbent article, the sheet arranged in the front region is folded back together with the folding back of the wing portions. It is possible to suppress deformation in the front region and suppress width shrinkage by the folded-back portion.

According to a preferred aspect, the first absorbent article and the second absorbent article have a crotch center region located at the center in the front-rear direction among a plurality of regions obtained by trisecting the length in the front-rear direction of the crotch region. The first absorbent article and the second absorbent article have a body joint portion that is joined to a wearing article in a region overlapping with the absorbent core. The body joint portion of the first absorbent article of the first and second absorbent articles is disposed on the outer side in the width direction than the pressing groove in the crotch center region. According to this aspect, in the first absorbent article, when a force toward the inside in the width direction is applied, the first absorbent article comes into contact with the body joint portion and then comes into contact with the pressing groove. The contact with the squeezing groove can be alleviated, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the total area of the body joint portions of the second absorbent article is larger than the total area of the body joint portions of the first absorbent article. According to this aspect, since the total area of the body joint portions of the second absorbent article is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article, and the width contraction when a force is applied inward in the width direction can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total area of the body joint portions of the first absorbent article is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the first absorbent article has a wing engaging portion provided to the wing. In the first absorbent article, the distance in the width direction between the root portion of the wing and the wing engagement portion is shorter than the distance in the width direction between the root portion of the wing and the body engagement portion. The root of the wing portion becomes a fold when the wing portion is folded back. According to this aspect, since the distance between the root of the wing section and the wing section joint section in the width direction is relatively short, when the wing section is folded back, the outer edge of the wing section joint section is positioned further outward in the width direction than the outer edge of the body joint section. Therefore, when a force toward the inside in the width direction is applied, the wing portion engagement portion deforms earlier than the body engagement portion, and deformation of the body engagement portion can be suppressed. Therefore, even if the outer edge of the compressed groove of the first absorbent article is positioned on the inner side in the width direction, the joined state with respect to the wearing article can be maintained by the body joint portion, and the width shrinkage can be suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, in the lower crotch region of the second absorbent article, the outer side edge of the body joint portion is located further outward in the width direction than the outer side edge of the absorbent core. According to this aspect, the second absorbent article is joined to the wearing article at a position further outward in the width direction than the absorbent core, and the force applied to the outer edge of the absorbent core can be reduced. Therefore, the width contraction of the absorbent core can be further suppressed in the second absorbent article.

According to a preferred aspect, the length in the front-rear direction of the first absorbent article is the same as the length in the front-rear direction of the second absorbent article. According to this aspect, while the same size is achieved, a structure suitable for the first absorbent article having the wing portion and a structure suitable for the second absorbent article having no wing portion are provided together by utilizing a difference in structure such as the shape of the compressed groove, and the absorbent article can be suitably used for any absorbent article.

(2) Overall schematic structure of package group of absorbent article

A package group (hereinafter, package group) 200 of the absorbent article according to the embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, it should be noted that the drawings are schematic, and the ratio of the respective dimensions and the like are different from the actual ones. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other. In comparison of the length and the positional relationship in the present invention, an absorbent article in an extended state in which the absorbent article is extended to a state in which wrinkles due to the stretchable member are not formed is used unless otherwise mentioned.

Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a package group 200. The package group 200 includes a first package 101 that houses the first absorbent article 1X (see fig. 2) and a second package 102 that houses the second absorbent article 1Y (see fig. 2). The first package 101 and the second package 102 are bag-shaped or box-shaped and house one or more absorbent articles. The first package 101 and the second package 102 have the same sub-brand name 120. A sub-brand name 120 may be attached to the outer surfaces of the first and second packages 101 and 102 along with the brand name 110. Here, the sub-brand name (for example, gentle (japanese: はだおもい) (registered trademark)) 120 may be a name obtained by dividing the same brand name (for example, sufi (registered trademark)) 110 into pieces, and may be a product of the same concept or a product series. The sub-brand name 120 may be shown only by characters, may be formed by integrating characters and graphics, or may be a logo type.

The absorbent article (hereinafter, including the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y)1 is a sanitary napkin. The absorbent article 1 of the present invention may be an absorbent article 1 used by being attached to a wearing article such as underwear, and may be, for example, a light incontinence pad or a panty liner. Fig. 2 is a plan view of the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y as viewed from the skin surface side. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y as viewed from the non-skin surface side. Here, the "skin surface side" corresponds to a side facing the skin of the wearer during use. The "non-skin-side" corresponds to a side facing the skin of the wearer during use.

The absorbent article 1 has a front-back direction L and a width direction W. The front-back direction L is a direction extending from the front side (ventral side) to the back side (dorsal side) of the wearer, or a direction extending from the back side to the front side of the wearer. The width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction L. The absorbent article 1 has a thickness direction extending toward the skin surface side and the non-skin surface side of the wearer. The absorbent article 1 includes a front region S1, a rear region S2, and a crotch region S3. The crotch region S3 is disposed across the center of the absorbent article in the front-rear direction, and includes an excretory opening contact portion that faces an excretory opening (e.g., vaginal opening) of the wearer. When the absorbent article 1 is attached to a wearing article, the crotch region S3 is a region located in the crotch region of the wearing article and disposed between the wearer' S legs, which is the crotch of the wearer. The front region S1 is located more anteriorly than the crotch region S3. The front end edge of the front side region S1 defines the front end edge of the absorbent article 1. The rear region S2 is located more rearward than the crotch region S3. The rear end edge of the rear region S2 defines the rear end edge of the absorbent article 1. The absorbent article 1 has a crotch central region S31. The crotch central region S31 is a region located at the center in the front-rear direction among a plurality of regions obtained by trisecting the length in the front-rear direction of the crotch region.

The shape of the first absorbent article 1X is different from the shape of the second absorbent article 1Y. More specifically, the first absorbent article 1X has the wing portions 3, and the second absorbent article 1Y does not have the wing portions 3. The wing part 3 may be provided in the crotch region S3. The leading edge of the wing portion 3 is defined by the root of the wing portion 3 and corresponds to the portion located on the leading side of the two portions recessed innermost in the width direction W. The front end edge of the flap 3 may define the boundary between the crotch region S3 and the front region S1. The rear end edge of the wing portion 3 is defined by the root of the wing portion 3 and corresponds to a portion located on the rear side of the two portions recessed innermost in the width direction W. The rear end edge of the flap section 3 may define the boundary between the crotch region S3 and the rear region S2. In the second absorbent article 1Y, the range of each region can be determined with reference to the front region S1, the rear region S2, and the crotch region S3 in the first absorbent article 1X, which have the same length in the front-rear direction L.

The absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent core 30 that absorbs body fluid, a liquid-permeable top sheet 10 disposed on the skin surface side of the absorbent core 30, and a liquid-impermeable back sheet 20 disposed on the non-skin surface side of the absorbent core 30. The topsheet 10 faces the wearer's skin, and the backsheet 20 faces the side opposite to the wearer's skin. The absorbent core 30 is disposed between the topsheet 10 and the backsheet 20.

The topsheet 10 may cover at least the central portion of the absorbent core 30 in the width direction W. The topsheet 10 may extend in the front-back direction L from the front side region S1 to the back side region S2. The top sheet 10 may be formed of a liquid-permeable sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or an apertured plastic film. The top sheet 10 may be formed by stacking a plurality of sheets, or may have an auxiliary sheet. The backsheet 20 is a liquid impervious sheet. As the back sheet 20, a laminate nonwoven fabric mainly composed of a polyethylene sheet, polypropylene, or the like, a breathable resin film, a sheet obtained by bonding a breathable resin film to a nonwoven fabric such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric or a spunlace nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used. The absorbent core 30 is disposed in at least the crotch region S3. In addition, the absorbent core 30 may extend from the crotch region S3 to the front side region S1. The absorbent core 30 comprises an absorbent material that absorbs liquid. The absorbent core 30 may be clad with a core cladding. The absorbent material constituting the absorbent core 30 can be formed of, for example, pulp and Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP). The core wrap layer can be formed of, for example, a nonwoven fabric or a sheet of crepe paper.

Linear compressed grooves 80 are formed in the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y, the compressed grooves being formed at least in the thickness direction of the absorbent core 30. The compressed groove 80 may be formed by compressing the absorbent core 30 and the top sheet 10 in the thickness direction. The pressing groove 80 may be arranged in a curved or linear shape, may be in a linear shape having a predetermined width, or may be an aggregate of a plurality of pressing portions arranged in a linear shape, or may be partially discontinuous. The pressing groove 80 may extend in the front-rear direction L, or may extend in the front-rear direction L while being inclined in the front-rear direction L (extending in the width direction W). The pressing groove 80 may be disposed at least in the crotch region S3, or may be disposed in the front region S1 and the rear region S2. The pair of pressing grooves 80 may be arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other in the width direction W with the center of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W therebetween. In the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y, a point-like compressed portion 85 in which at least the absorbent core 30 is compressed in the thickness direction may be formed between the pair of compressed grooves 80. The compressed portion 85 may be formed by compressing the absorbent core 30 and the top sheet 10 in the thickness direction. The dot-like pressing portions 85 may be arranged at intervals, and the shape in plan view thereof may be not only a circle but also a polygon such as a triangle, a heart, or the like. The pressing portions 85 may be disposed at intervals at least in the width direction W, or may be disposed at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The interval between the dot-shaped pressing portions 85 may be equal to or greater than the maximum size of each pressing portion 85. The pressing groove 80 is continuous and linear, and the pressing portion 85 is discontinuously disposed.

As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent article 1 has a joint portion to be joined to a wearing article. The joint portion is provided on the non-skin surface of the backsheet 20. The joint portion may be a portion to which an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive is attached, or may be a portion provided with an engagement member such as a mechanical fastener. The joint portion may have a body joint portion 71 provided at a region overlapping with the absorbent core 30 and a wing joint portion 73 provided at the wing portion 3. The body joint portion 71 may be provided at least partially in a region overlapping the absorbent core 30, or may span a region overlapping the absorbent core 30 and a region not overlapping the absorbent core 30. The body joint portions 71 are provided on both the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y. The wing portion-engaging portion 73 is provided only on the first absorbent article 1X.

The package group 200 of the present embodiment is configured such that: the configuration suitable for the first absorbent article 1X having the wing portions 3 and the configuration suitable for the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing portions 3 are provided together, and can be suitably used for any absorbent article 1. In detail, the package group 200 is configured to: by having at least any one of the first, second, and third features, the present invention can be suitably used in any absorbent article. The package group 200 of the present embodiment has all of the first, second, and third features. However, in other embodiments, only one of the first feature, the second feature, and the third feature may be provided, or two of the features may be provided.

In the package group 200 having the first characteristic, the outer edge P2 of the compressed groove 80 in the crotch center region S31 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge P1 of the compressed groove 80 in the crotch center region S31 of the first absorbent article 1X. In the present embodiment, the outer edge P1 of the pressing groove 80 in the crotch central region S31 of the first absorbent article 1X is located at the end edge in the front-rear direction L of the crotch central region S31. The outer edge P2 of the pressing groove 80 in the crotch central region S31 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located at the center in the front-rear direction L of the crotch central region S31. The crotch center region S31 is easily sandwiched by the legs during wearing, and is easily subjected to a force directed inward in the width direction W. The outer edge P2 of the compressed groove 80 in the crotch central region S31 of the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing portions 3 is located further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge P1 of the compressed groove 80 in the crotch central region S31 of the first absorbent article 1X with the wing portions 3. Therefore, in the second absorbent article 1Y, when a force is directly applied to the inside in the width direction W, the force is received by the outer edge P2 of the pressing groove 80, and the width contraction of the absorbent core 30 can be suppressed. Therefore, in the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing portions 3, leakage and twisting can be suppressed. On the other hand, the outer edge P1 of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X having the wing section 3 is located more inward in the width direction W. Therefore, the uncomfortable feeling caused by the contact of the pressing groove 80 having high rigidity with the leg can be suppressed. The first absorbent article 1X is wound around the wearing article with the wing sections 3, and force is transmitted via the folds of the wing sections. Therefore, the force is easily applied to the entire fold of the wing portion, and the local force is not easily applied. Therefore, the first absorbent article 1X is likely to maintain a flat shape and to follow the wearing article, and therefore, is likely to return to its original shape even if it is temporarily contracted in width, and even if the outer edge P1 of the pressing groove 80 is located relatively inward, the contraction in width can be suppressed. Therefore, a structure suitable for the first absorbent article 1X having the wing portions 3 and a structure suitable for the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing portions 3 are provided together, and the present invention can be suitably used for any absorbent article 1.

In the package group 200 having the second feature, the outer side edge P4 of the pressing groove 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located further outward in the width direction W than the outer side edge P3 of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X at the center in the front-rear direction L of the crotch region S3. The center in the front-rear direction L of the crotch region S3 is the portion of the crotch region S3 that is most likely to receive a force applied by the legs when worn. Since the outer side edge P4 of the pressing groove 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located relatively outward and the outer side edge P3 of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X is located relatively inward in the center of the crotch region S3 in the front-rear direction L, an effect of suppressing the width contraction of the second absorbent article 1Y and an effect of improving the wearing sensation of the first absorbent article 1X are more easily obtained.

In the package group 200 having the third feature, the shape of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X is a convex shape bulging toward the inside in the width direction W in the crotch region S3. The shape of the pressing groove 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y is convex bulging outward in the width direction W in the crotch region S3. The crotch region S3 is easily sandwiched by the legs during wearing, and is easily subjected to a force directed inward in the width direction W. The shape of the compressed groove 80 in the crotch region S3 of the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing sections 3 is convex bulging outward in the width direction W, and is easily opposed to the leg force, and the width contraction of the absorbent core 30 can be suppressed. On the other hand, the shape of the pressing groove 80 in the crotch region S3 of the first absorbent article 1X having the wing sections 3 is convex so as to bulge inward in the width direction W, and is likely to follow the shape of the inner side of the thighs, thereby suppressing a feeling of discomfort. Further, since the first absorbent article 1X is wrapped around the wearing article by the wing portions 3, the flat shape is easily maintained, and since the first absorbent article follows the wearing article, the first absorbent article is easily restored to its original shape even if the width is temporarily contracted, and even if the shape of the compressed groove 80 is convex so as to bulge inward in the width direction W, the width contraction can be suppressed. In addition, in the aspect in which the pressing groove in the lower crotch region includes both the convex shape bulging inward in the width direction W and the convex shape bulging outward in the width direction W, a portion having a long length in the front-rear direction is extracted and compared. Specifically, in a form in which the pressing groove in the crotch region has a first convex portion bulging inward in the width direction W and a second convex portion bulging outward in the width direction W, when the length of the first convex portion in the front-rear direction L is longer than the length of the second convex portion in the front-rear direction L, the shape of the pressing groove 80 in the crotch region of the absorbent article is a convex shape bulging inward in the width direction W. On the other hand, when the length in the front-rear direction L of the second convex portion is longer than the length in the front-rear direction L of the first convex portion, the shape of the pressing groove 80 in the crotch region of the absorbent article is a convex shape bulging outward in the width direction W.

In the package group 200, the total width of the pressing portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y may be longer than the total width of the pressing portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X on the virtual crotch line EL extending in the width direction W in the crotch region S3. The virtual crotch line EL is a virtual line arranged in the crotch region S3 of virtual lines parallel to the width direction W. The total width is a length obtained by summing up the lengths of the squeezing portions 85 in the width direction W on the virtual crotch line EL. The maximum value of the total width of the squeezing portions 85 in the second absorbent article 1Y may be longer than the maximum value of the total width of the squeezing portions 85 in the first absorbent article 1X. In the present embodiment, the total width of the compressed portions 85 on the virtual crotch line EL2 of the second absorbent article 1Y is longer than the total width of the compressed portions 85 on the virtual crotch line EL1 of the first absorbent article 1X. According to this aspect, since the total width of the pressing portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y is relatively long, the rigidity increases over the entire width direction W of the crotch region S3 of the second absorbent article 1Y, and the width contraction when a force is applied inward in the width direction W can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the maximum value of the total width of the squeezing portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X is relatively short, the rigidity becomes low over the entire width direction W of the crotch region S3 of the first absorbent article 1X, and discomfort during wearing can be further suppressed.

In the package group 200, the total area of the compressed portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y disposed on the virtual crotch line EL is larger than the total area of the compressed portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X disposed on the virtual crotch line EL. The total area is an area obtained by selecting the squeezing portions 85 overlapping the virtual crotch line EL and summing up the areas of the squeezing portions 85. The maximum value of the total area of the squeezing portions 85 in the second absorbent article 1Y may be larger than the maximum value of the total area of the squeezing portions 85 in the first absorbent article 1X. Since the total area of the pressing portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article 1Y, and the width shrinkage when a force is applied inward in the width direction W can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total area of the pressing portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article 1X, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

In the package group 200, the total number of the pressing portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y may be larger than the total number of the pressing portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X on the virtual crotch line EL. The total number is a number obtained by selecting the squeezing portions 85 overlapping the virtual crotch line EL and summing up the number of the squeezing portions 85. The maximum value of the total number of the squeezing portions 85 in the second absorbent article 1Y may be larger than the maximum value of the total number of the squeezing portions 85 in the first absorbent article 1X. Since the total number of the pressing portions 85 of the second absorbent article 1Y is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article 1Y, and the width shrinkage when a force is applied inward in the width direction W can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total number of the squeezing portions 85 of the first absorbent article 1X is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article 1X, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

In the front region S1 located on the front side of the crotch region S3, the outer side edge P6 of the pressing groove 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y may be located further outward in the width direction W than the outer side edge P5 of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X. The outer edge of the pressing groove 80 of the front region S1 is the outermost end edge in the width direction W in the front region S1. In general, the body joint portion 71 is disposed around the center side in the width direction W of the absorbent core 30, and may not be disposed in a region overlapping the outer edge of the absorbent core 30. The body joint portion 71 of the present embodiment is also located in a region further inward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 30. The body joint 71 may extend from the crotch region S3 to the front region S1 around the crotch region S3, and may not be disposed over the entire front region S1. Therefore, a distortion of the absorbent core 30 is sometimes generated in the front side region S1. At this time, since the outer side edge P6 of the pressing groove 80 in the front region S1 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located relatively outside, twisting of the absorbent core 30 in the front region S1 can be suppressed. On the other hand, in the first absorbent article 1X, the flaps (e.g., the top sheet and the back sheet) disposed in the front region S1 are folded back together with the folding back of the wing sections 3. The deformation in the front side region S1 can be suppressed by this folded-back portion, and the width shrinkage can be suppressed.

In the front region S1 located on the front side of the crotch region S3, the total area of the pressing grooves 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y may be larger than the total area of the pressing grooves 80 of the first absorbent article 1X. Since the total area of the crush grooves 80 in the front region S1 of the second absorbent article 1Y is large, twisting of the absorbent core 30 in the front region S1 can be suppressed. On the other hand, in the first absorbent article 1X, the flaps arranged in the front side region S1 are folded back together with the folding back of the wing sections 3. The deformation in the front side region S1 can be suppressed by this folded-back portion, and the width shrinkage can be suppressed.

The body joint portion 71 of the first absorbent article 1X in the first absorbent article 1X and the second absorbent article 1Y may be disposed at a position further outward in the width direction W than the pressing groove 80 in the crotch center region S31. That is, the pressing groove 80 of the second absorbent article 1Y is not disposed at the outer side in the width direction W than the body joint portion 71 in the crotch central region S31. At least a part of the body joint portion 71 of the first absorbent article 1X may be disposed on the outer side in the width direction W than the pressing groove 80. In the first absorbent article 1X, when a force is applied inward in the width direction W, it comes into contact with the body engagement portion 71 and then comes into contact with the pressing groove 80. The contact with the squeezing groove 80 can be alleviated, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

The total area of the body joint portions 71 of the second absorbent article 1Y may be larger than the total area of the body joint portions 71 of the first absorbent article 1X. Since the total area of the body joint portions 71 of the second absorbent article 1Y is relatively large, the rigidity increases over the entire second absorbent article 1Y, and the width contraction when a force is applied inward in the width direction W can be further suppressed. On the other hand, since the total area of the body joint portions 71 of the first absorbent article 1X is relatively small, the rigidity is reduced over the entire first absorbent article 1X, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be further suppressed.

In the first absorbent article 1X, the distance G1 in the width direction W of the root portion of the wing 3 and the wing engagement portion 73 may be shorter than the distance G2 in the width direction W of the root portion of the wing 3 and the body engagement portion 71. The root of the wing part 3 becomes a fold when the wing part 3 is folded back. Since the distance G1 in the width direction W between the root of the wing 3 and the wing joint 73 is relatively short, when the wing 3 is folded back, the outer edge of the wing joint 73 is positioned further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the body joint 71. Therefore, when a force is applied inward in the width direction W, the wing engagement portions 73 deform before the body engagement portions 71, and deformation of the body engagement portions 71 can be suppressed. Therefore, even if the outer edge of the pressing groove 80 of the first absorbent article 1X is positioned inward in the width direction W, the body joint portion 71 can maintain the joined state with respect to the wearing article and suppress the width shrinkage.

In the crotch region S3 of the second absorbent article 1Y, the outer edge of the body joint portion 71 may be positioned further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 30. In the crotch region S3 of the second absorbent article 1Y, at least a part of the body joint portion 71 may be disposed at a position further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 30. The absorbent core of the present embodiment has a narrowing portion that narrows toward the inside in the width direction at the center in the front-back direction. A part of the body joint portion 71 of the second absorbent article 1Y is located further outward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the narrowed portion. According to this embodiment, the second absorbent article 1Y is joined to the wearing article at a position further outward in the width direction W than the absorbent core 30, and the force applied to the outer edge of the absorbent core 30 can be reduced. Therefore, the second absorbent article 1Y can further suppress the width contraction of the absorbent core 30. In the crotch region S3 of the first absorbent article 1X, the outer edge of the body joint portion 71 may be positioned further inward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 30. Since the first absorbent article 1X is used by winding the wing portions 3, the force applied to the outer edge of the absorbent core 30 when worn is small. Therefore, even if the outer edge of the body joint portion 71 is positioned further inward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 30, the width contraction of the absorbent core 30 can be suppressed.

The length of the first absorbent article 1X in the front-rear direction L may be the same as the length of the second absorbent article 1Y in the front-rear direction L. While the same size is achieved, a structure suitable for the first absorbent article 1X having the wing portions 3 and a structure suitable for the second absorbent article 1Y without the wing portions 3 are provided together by utilizing a difference in structure such as the shape of the pressing groove 80, and the absorbent article can be suitably used for any absorbent article. In the modification, the first absorbent article 1X may be different.

The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented as modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes and does not have any limiting meaning to the present invention.
