The patent with the granted publication number of CN102265904B discloses a composite potassium hydrogen persulfate disinfectant and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein the composite potassium hydrogen persulfate disinfectant comprises, by mass, 60-65% of potassium hydrogen persulfate compound, 0-1.8% of sodium chloride, 2-10% of sulfamic acid, 0-2% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0-10% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0-25% of sodium citrate, 0-25% of sodium tartrate, 0-0.2% of flavoring agent and 0-0.12% of pigment; the patent is suitable for normal temperature environment, and can not be directly applied to the environment below 0 ℃; in the patent of the invention for low-temperature disinfection, the low-temperature disinfectant is used as a basic formula of a binary formula A agent, 1-5% of polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as an auxiliary agent, and the low-temperature disinfectant is matched with an agent B to achieve the effect of low-temperature environment disinfection, and simultaneously, the low-temperature disinfectant is a binary packaging low-temperature disinfectant formula and a use scheme which meet the requirements of safety, environmental protection and health and hygiene.

2. The formula system adopted by the invention is safe in production, storage, transportation and use, has no harmful secondary residue, and better meets the requirements of safety, environmental protection and health compared with a chlorine preparation.

3. Compared with the existing low-temperature disinfectants such as chlorine preparations and the like, 1 kg of the agent A and 60 kg of the agent B can be used for preparing 201 kg of the low-temperature disinfectants used on site, and the efficiency is higher.
