and implementing the third step, continuously rotating the control rotating handle 502 clockwise until the display 8 is adjusted to a comfortable viewing angle, and then passing the locking rod 507 through the through hole 506 and then into the locking hole to lock the control rotating handle 502, at which time the viewing angle of the display 8 is also locked.
