Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of frostbite medicines, and particularly relates to frostbite cream and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The frostbite is the tissue damage of local or whole body caused by the cold acting on the human body under certain conditions, and the severity of the frostbite is changed into a three-degree classification method from 70 years in China. The clinical manifestations are as follows: once, the lesions are in the epidermis. Localized skin redness, swelling, and major symptoms of stinging and burning, which generally heals in a short period of time. Sometimes, the sequela of local hyperhidrosis and cold feeling still exist for weeks or months. Second, damage to the dermis with local congestion and edema, and formation of fluid blisters occurs 12-24 hours after rewarming. Most of the bleb liquid is clear yellow and transparent, the bleb bottom becomes bright red, the local pain is severe, but the feeling is slow, and the acupuncture and cold-heat feeling disappear. And thirdly, the injury reaches the full layer of the skin, subcutaneous tissues and even muscles and bones. The blister liquid is mostly bloody, bright red or coffee, and the blister bottom is grey white or dirty. The skin is bluish purple, off-white, pale, or even purplish-black. For the treatment of cold injury, western medicine adopts the means of antibiosis and antiphlogosis, liquid collection, aseptic bandaging or closed treatment and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine is usually treated by a method of externally applying a single or multiple traditional Chinese medicine preparations. However, in parts of northern and southern areas of China, the frostbite generally existing in people is mostly a first-degree frostbite or a second-degree frostbite and mostly occurs at four limbs, and due to mild frostbite, even though certain pain is brought to patients, because the treatment needs a long time, most people are unwilling to receive regular system treatment in hospitals, and more hopefully, the treatment medicine has the advantages of low price, convenience in use, definite curative effect and no toxic or side effect.

At present, many drugs for treating or preventing chilblain are on the market, such as: the ointment of heparin sore limited in anticoagulation and antiphlogosis, the chilblain ointment limited in skin care and cold protection and the like are not sufficient, and the medicines have different curative effects on treating and preventing chilblain, but the medicine content is low in concentration and general in effect due to imperfect formula.
