As a further improvement of the above technical solution:

the inner floating roof storage tank is provided with a first thermometer for measuring the temperature of materials in the inner floating roof storage tank, and when the temperature in the inner floating roof storage tank is reduced by the first thermometer, the frequency conversion of the outer circulating pump is reduced, and the outer circulating amount of the materials is reduced; when the temperature in the inner floating roof storage tank is measured by the first thermometer, the frequency conversion of the outer circulating pump is improved, and the outer circulating amount of the materials is increased.

The temperature change of the materials in the inner floating roof storage tank 10 caused by the overhigh temperature of the new materials is avoided.
