The right side of the upper end of the box body shell 1 is provided with a fan 8 for exhausting steam, the fan 8 is communicated with the box body shell 1, steam in an air drying cavity can be extracted through the fan 8, T35-11 can be selected as the fan 8, the lower side in the box body shell 1 is fixedly connected with a second header pipe 82 which is longitudinally arranged, the second header pipe 82 is positioned on the right side of a third rectangular plate 7, the lower end of the second header pipe 82 is communicated with a plurality of suction pipes 83 which are fixedly arranged in the front and at the back in an equal distance, a plurality of suction pipes 83 are arranged below the second header pipe 82 to realize multi-point steam extraction and improve the extraction effect, one end of each suction pipe 83, which is far away from the second header pipe 82, is communicated with a conical cover 84 which is fixedly arranged in a small upper part and a large lower part, a conical cover 84 is arranged on each suction pipe 83 to increase the extraction area and further improve the extraction effect, the inlet end of the fan 8 is communicated with the second header pipe 82 through an air pipe, the third header pipe 85 which is fixedly connected with the longitudinal arrangement in the box body shell 1, and the third header pipe 85 is positioned on the left side of the first rectangular plate 3, through the third header pipe 85, not only can an installation carrier be provided for the second spray nozzles 86, but also the extracted water vapor is collected, the lower end of the third header pipe 85 is communicated with and fixed with a plurality of second spray nozzles 86 which are arranged in front and back at equal intervals, the second spray nozzles 86 are positioned at the upper side of the conveyor belt 2, the water vapor collected in the third header pipe 85 is sprayed through the second spray nozzles 86, the upper end of the third header pipe 85 is symmetrically communicated and fixed with two connecting pipes 81, the water vapor extracted by the fan 8 is conveyed into the third header pipe 85 through the connecting pipes 81, one end of the connecting pipe 81 departing from the third header pipe 85 penetrates through the box body shell 1 and is communicated with the outlet of the fan 8, specifically, the circuit of the fan 8 is switched on, the fan 8 is started through a control switch, and the water vapor generated by the clothing cloth which is ironed on the conveyor belt 2 enters the second header pipe 82 through the suction pipe 83, so as to realize the air drying treatment of the clothing cloth on the conveyor belt 2, and the water vapor enters the third header pipe 85 along the connecting pipe 81, and then is sprayed to the clothing fabric on the conveyor belt 2 through the second spray head 86, so that the clothing fabric is heated and humidified, the clothing fabric is pretreated, and the resource utilization rate is improved.

The left side inside the box body shell 1 is fixedly connected with a first main pipe 13 which is longitudinally arranged, the first main pipe 13 is positioned between a first rectangular plate 3 and a third main pipe 85, the lower end of the first main pipe 13 is communicated and fixed with a plurality of first spray heads 14 which are vertically arranged at equal intervals, the first spray heads 14 are positioned at the upper side of the conveyor belt 2, the upper end of the box body shell 1 is fixedly connected with a water storage tank 11 for storing water, the left end of the water storage tank 11 is fixedly connected with a spray water pump 12, the inlet end of the spray water pump 12 is communicated with the water storage tank 11, the outlet end of the spray water pump 12 is communicated with the first main pipe 13 through a water pipe, specifically, a circuit of the spray water pump 12 is connected, the spray water pump 12 is started through a control switch, water in the water storage tank 11 is further extracted and atomized, the atomized water is conveyed to the first main pipe 13, and then clothes and cloth conveyed on the conveyor belt 2 are sprayed through the first spray heads 14, the clothes cloth is humidified, so that subsequent ironing and leveling operations are facilitated, and the HC-1.30DCB-P spray pump can be selected as the spray water pump 12.

The specific implementation mode is that firstly, the circuits of the conveyor belt 2, the fan 8, the spray water pump 12, the motor 41 and the electric telescopic cylinder 62 are switched on, then the conveyor belt 2, the fan 8, the spray water pump 12, the motor 41 and the electric telescopic cylinder 62 are started through a control switch, clothes cloth is conveyed into the box body shell 1 when the conveyor belt 2 works and firstly enters the humidifying cavity, then the spray water pump 12 works to extract water in the water storage tank 11 and atomizes the water, the atomized water is conveyed to the first main pipe 13, then the clothes cloth conveyed on the conveyor belt 2 is sprayed through the first spray head 14 to realize humidifying treatment on the clothes cloth, then the humidified clothes cloth continuously moves to the right and enters the expanding cavity under the action of the conveyor belt 2, then the motor 41 works to drive the worm 42 to rotate, and further the corresponding meshed worm wheel 43 rotates, thereby rotating the roller 44, realizing the outward relative rotation of the two conveyer belts 47, further utilizing the rubber pulling plate 46 on the conveyer belt 47 to expand the humidified clothing fabric conveyed on the conveyer belt 2 outward, thereby completely unfolding the humidified clothing fabric, then under the action of the conveyer belt 2, making the expanded clothing fabric continue to move rightwards and enter the ironing and leveling cavity, the circuit work of the electric telescopic cylinder 62 makes the mounting frame 61 move downwards, further making the pressing roller 6 move downwards, thereby making the pressing roller 6 and the expanded clothing fabric conveyed on the conveyer belt 2 press and hold, further making the ironing and leveling treatment on the clothing fabric, then under the action of the conveyer belt 2, making the ironed and leveled clothing fabric continue to move rightwards and enter the air drying cavity, the operation of the fan 8 makes the steam generated by the ironed and leveled clothing fabric enter the second header pipe 82 through the suction pipe 83, thereby realize air-drying the clothing cloth on conveyer belt 2 and handle to make steam enter into in the third house steward 85 along connecting pipe 81, then spray the clothing cloth on to conveyer belt 2 through second shower nozzle 86 with steam, thereby the clothing cloth heats and the humidification, realizes carrying out the preliminary treatment to the clothing cloth.
