Technical Field

The present invention relates to an oil-based cosmetic, and more particularly, to a cosmetic which is free from a burden feeling, is excellent in a secondary adhesion-free effect and color durability, has light, smooth and extensible properties without a sticky feeling, and has a good gloss feeling.

Background

Cosmetic products such as lipsticks, blushers, and eye shadows are articles that apply color tones to the applied parts such as lips, cheeks, and eyelids to make up a beautiful face. These are often provided as oil-based cosmetics in terms of color vividness and cosmetic durability. In addition to color development, gloss feeling, and feeling of use, recently, makeup durability function has become a very demanding function. In order to exert this function, combinations of various raw materials have been studied. Examples thereof include: a technique of exhibiting "transfer-free" characteristics by a mixture containing a volatile compound and a polymer of polyvinylpyrrolidone (see patent document 1); or by containing a silicone resin comprising phenyl groups in a certain ratio with (vinylpyrrolidone-αOlefin) copolymers to improve the durability of cosmetics (see patent document 2).

Documents of the prior art

Patent document

Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 10-67618;

patent document 2: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2016-.

However, in the technique of using a combination of a volatile compound and a polyvinyl pyrrolidone polymer to exhibit "transfer-free" characteristics, satisfactory effects cannot be obtained, for example, a feeling of burden at the time of film formation is large, and a glossy feeling is not improved so much. In addition, the silicone resin containing phenyl and (vinylpyrrolidone-αOlefin) copolymers are not satisfactory because they tend to be heavy to use, feel a heavy burden, and have no secondary adhesion effect.

Examples of such compounds include: esters of acids such as fatty acids and amino acids with glycerol or polymers thereof, pentaerythritol or polymers thereof, sucrose or polymers thereof, and the like, characterized in that 2 or more hydroxyl groups remain in the structure of the final product. The hydroxyl group of the component (a) in the present invention is not particularly limited in position or number as long as 2 or more hydroxyl groups are present in the molecule. For example, in the case of an ester, the alcohol may have 2 or more hydroxyl groups, or the fatty acid may have 2 or more hydroxyl groups, but the alcohol preferably has 2 or more hydroxyl groups. In the present invention, the number of hydroxyl groups in the molecule is not particularly limited as long as it is 2 or more, but is preferably 2 to 10, more preferably 2 to 7, and particularly preferably 2 to 3, from the viewpoint of affinity when combined with other components. Specifically, there may be mentioned: decaglyceryl decaisostearate (2 hydroxy groups), decaglyceryl nonaisostearate (3 hydroxy groups), decaglyceryl decaethylhexanoate (2 hydroxy groups), decaglyceryl pentaisostearate (7 hydroxy groups), diglyceryl isostearate (3 hydroxy groups), diglyceryl diisostearate (2 hydroxy groups), and the like, and 1 or 2 or more of these may be used. Among them, it is more preferable that the component (a) is a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having a polymerization degree of 3 to 20 because the color durability is more excellent. The fatty acid constituting the polyglycerin fatty acid ester is preferably a branched fatty acid, and is preferably a fatty acid having 8 to 18 carbon atoms, from the viewpoint of color durability and the like.

The content of the component (a) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 to 50%, more preferably 8 to 40%, and further preferably 8 to 30%. Within this range, the smoothness and ductility, no load feeling, and color durability are more preferable.
