The self-filling bracket-free invisible appliance according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the active peptide and the nano silver particles uniformly dispersed in the hydrogel is 3: 1-8: 1, and the sum of the mass of the active peptide and the nano silver particles is 0.3% -2% of the total mass of the hydrogel; and the nano silver particles in the hydrogel have a particle size of 10 nm-20 nm.

an interlayer is arranged between the appliance substrate and the embedding body, a hydrogel layer is formed in the interlayer, hydrogel is filled in the hydrogel layer, and active peptide for treating the decayed tooth and nano silver particles are uniformly dispersed in the hydrogel; the embedded body is provided with a pore at the outer edge corresponding to the position of the decayed tooth, and the inner side of the pore is connected with the interlayer;

the insert has a modulus of elasticity greater than the modulus of elasticity of the appliance base so that the interlayer is squeezed by the daily chewing action at the insert location to squeeze the hydrogel from the interlayer out of the fine pore locations and fill and hold the gap between the appliance base and the tooth.

In order to facilitate wearing, in the present embodiment, the upper orthosis 10 and the lower orthosis 20 are provided with molar fixing grooves at positions corresponding to left and right molar teeth, the upper portions of the molar fixing grooves are inwardly contracted and have elasticity, and friction lines are formed at inner sides of the molar fixing grooves, and when wearing, the upper orthosis 10 and/or the lower orthosis 20 is placed in the mouth according to the positions of the corresponding upper dental socket and lower dental socket, and then the corresponding upper dental socket and lower dental socket are bitten into by teeth, so that the corresponding upper orthosis 10 and/or lower orthosis 20 can be worn and positionally fixed at the positions of the molar fixing grooves by biting.

The technical scheme of the embodiment can be used for protecting and treating the decayed tooth while correcting the deformed tooth, can optimize and reduce the treatment time, and greatly improves the correction efficiency and the correction effect.
