Background

Spent fuel is spent nuclear fuel subjected to radiation, typically produced by a nuclear reactor in a nuclear power plant. The sealed container for storing the spent fuel is used for storing the spent fuel (assemblies), and the appearance of the sealed container for storing the spent fuel has various design schemes, and particularly, the length of the sealed container for storing the spent fuel has larger difference in order to adapt to different spent fuel assemblies of different power stations. The concrete dry method storage system is used for storing a spent fuel sealed storage container with a spent fuel assembly, and the existing concrete dry method storage system is generally designed according to the maximum value of the active nuclear fuel assembly, and a guide rail structure is adopted inside the existing concrete dry method storage system to support the spent fuel sealed storage container. After the dry storage system is installed, the whole length cannot be adjusted, and when the length of the spent fuel sealed storage container is basically consistent with the support span of the guide rail inside the dry storage system (shown in figure 1), the stress condition of the guide rail is better. When the length of the sealed storage container of the spent fuel also becomes shorter along with the length of the spent fuel assembly, the length of the existing supporting structure cannot be adjusted. The stress of the guide rail is not uniform when the guide rail supports a short sealed storage tank, namely, distributed load is applied to a contact area of the sealed storage tank, the load is suddenly changed in a non-contact area of the sealed storage tank, and the guide rail is suspended without support (shown in figure 2), so that the overall stress condition of the guide rail is complex, and the risk of deformation of the guide rail is high in the middle storage design life.

In the course of realizing the above-mentioned transportation of nuclear fuel assemblies, the inventors found that at least the following problems existed in the prior art:

the supporting structure which is specially suitable for a concrete dry method storage system and is easy to operate and maintain and capable of effectively protecting various guide rail stress working conditions is lacked.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a supporting device which is used for supporting a guide rail supporting structure in a concrete dry method storage system, can effectively reduce the deformation risk of a guide rail, is easy to operate and maintain and can ensure the safety of the supporting structure during the middle storage period of spent fuel.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a movable support device for a concrete dry method storage system, wherein a guide rail mounted on a first support structure is arranged in the concrete dry method storage system, the guide rail is used for placing a sealed spent fuel storage container, the movable support device comprises a second support structure arranged below the guide rail and capable of moving along the guide rail, and the second support structure is capable of supporting the guide rail.
