Background

The filter element usage amount in the existing cartridge filter is large, because the filter element can not play a filtering role, the end of the filter element is generally sealed, after the filter element is used for a long time, the filter element is difficult to draw out when being replaced, the filter element is difficult to draw out by utilizing a manual hoist, the handle of the filter element is easy to damage, the filter element is drawn by other crowbars and other methods, the consumed time and the consumed force are large, the replacement difficulty is large, the time for replacing one set of filter element by utilizing the existing filter element replacing device is about 4 hours, and the field production is seriously influenced.

Therefore, it is an urgent problem to provide a filter element replacing device capable of improving the use efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filter element replacing device, which is used for solving the problem that the efficiency of the existing filter element replacing device is low when a filter element is replaced.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a filter element replacing device which is used for replacing a filter element in a security filter and comprises a grabbing device, a stress device and a supporting device;

the grabbing device is used for grabbing the filter element;

the force-bearing device is used for receiving external force to drive the grabbing device to move so as to enable the filter element to displace;

the supporting device is used for supporting the force-bearing device.

Optionally, the grasping means includes a grasping portion and a connecting portion;

the grabbing part is connected with the connecting part, and the connecting part is also connected with one end of the stress device;

the grabbing part is used for grabbing the filter element.

Optionally, the filter element replacing device further comprises a fixing plug-in, the connecting portion is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the fixing plug-in is used for penetrating through the through holes to fix the connecting portion at one end of the stress device.

The following describes in more detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the schematic drawings. The advantages and features of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description. Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a filter cartridge replacing apparatus for replacing a filter cartridge 60 in a cartridge filter 70, the filter cartridge replacing apparatus including a gripping device 10, a force-receiving device 20, and a supporting device 30. The grabbing device 10 is used for grabbing the filter element 60, the force-bearing device 20 is used for receiving external force to drive the grabbing device 10 to move so as to enable the filter element 60 to displace, and the supporting device 30 is used for supporting the force-bearing device 20.

Unlike the prior art, the embodiment of the present invention provides a cartridge replacement device for replacing the cartridge 60 in the cartridge filter 70, which includes the grasping device 10, the force receiving device 20, and the support device 30. The gripping device 10 is used to grip the filter cartridge 60. The force-bearing device 20 is used for receiving an external force to drive the grabbing device 10 to move so as to displace the filter element 60, and the supporting device 30 is used for supporting the force-bearing device 20. The filter core replacing device provided by the application utilizes the lever principle, the time for replacing the filter core 60 is short, and the efficiency for replacing the filter core 60 is effectively improved. In addition, the filter element replacing device is simple to operate, is not limited by places, can be suitable for replacing different types of filter elements 60, and has strong adaptability.

Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the grasping device 10 may include a grasping portion 101 and a connecting portion 102, the grasping portion 101 is connected to the connecting portion 102, the connecting portion 102 is further connected to one end of the force-receiving device 20, and the grasping portion 101 is configured to grasp the filter element 60. The gripping part 101 is preferably a movable claw, and the connecting part 102 is preferably a movable lifting rod.

Referring to fig. 2, the filter element replacing apparatus further includes a fixing plug 40, a plurality of through holes 1021 are disposed on the connecting portion 102, and the fixing plug 40 is configured to penetrate through the through holes 1021 to fix the connecting portion 102 at one end of the force-receiving device 20. In this embodiment, the fixing insert 40 may be configured as a plug, and it is understood that in other embodiments, the fixing insert 40 may also be configured as other devices, which is not limited herein.

Specifically, the through holes 1021 are arranged on the connecting portion 102 along a first direction, and the first direction is an extending direction of the connecting portion 102.

Further, with continuing reference to fig. 1, the force-receiving device 20 includes a force-receiving rod, one end of which is used for receiving an external force, and the other end of which is used for connecting the connecting portion 102.

Preferably, said stress beam is removably connected to said support means 30. In particular, the force-bearing rod is connected to the support device 30 by a movable sleeve 50.

Optionally, the supporting device 30 comprises a supporting member 301 and a base 302, the supporting member 301 is disposed on the base 302, and the supporting member 301 is further connected to the force-bearing rod. The movable claw is put into a hole of the filter element 60, the movable claw is held in the filter element 60 by upward acting force, the movable pull-up rod is lifted upwards by a stress rod, the movable pull-up rod is provided with a hole and is fixed by a bolt, the movable pull-up rod is loosened after being pulled upwards for a certain distance, then the movable pull-up rod is moved downwards, the bolt fixing support rod is provided with a movable sleeve 50 which can be separated from the movable pull-up rod and can be placed at a proper position, during operation, the claw is put into the filter element 60, the movable pull-up rod penetrates through the movable sleeve 50 of the support frame, the distance between the support rod and the stress rod is adjusted, the tail end of the stress rod is pressed downwards, the filter element 60 can be lifted, the bolt position of the movable pull-up rod is adjusted according to the lifting difficulty of the filter element 60 on site, after the filter element 60 is lifted up and separated from the inner ring of the filter, the lifted force path can be lifted up by hand, the device is moved to one side, and the filter element 60 is manually extracted, the process of the other cartridge 60 is repeated.
