A float glass annealing kiln structure is characterized in that a slow cooling area, a transition area and a rapid cooling area are arranged in an annealing kiln; the glass ribbon is conveyed by the conveying roller to sequentially pass through a slow cooling area, a transition area and a rapid cooling area; the method is characterized in that:

the transition area is provided with a buffer component; a sealing plate is arranged above the glass ribbon in the transition zone; the buffer assembly includes:

a buffer tank disposed within the transition zone;

a wind pressure gauge passing through the sealing plate for detecting the pressure in the buffer zone;

and at least 1 pressure relief valve arranged on the buffer tank.

2. The float glass annealing lehr structure according to claim 3, wherein the buffer tank is provided at a side near the rapid cooling zone.

3. The float glass annealing lehr structure according to claim 1 or 2,

a first curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged at the boundary of the slow cooling area and the transition area;

a second curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged at the boundary of the transition zone and the rapid cooling zone;

a third curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged in the middle of the transition area;

the first curtain, the second curtain and the third curtain are soft curtains.

4. The float glass lehr structure of claim 3, wherein the soft curtain is a high silica cloth curtain.

5. The float glass annealing lehr structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the transition zone is provided with a partition below the transfer rollers.

6. The float glass annealing lehr structure according to claim 5, wherein the partition is provided between two adjacent transfer rolls and has a tapered top.

7. The float glass annealing lehr structure of claim 6, wherein the partition comprises a fixed base and a liftable barrier.

8. The float glass annealing lehr structure of claim 7, wherein a driving assembly for driving the barrier to ascend and descend is provided in the base;

the drive assembly includes:

a rotating handle rotatably mounted on the base; the axis direction of the rotating shaft of the rotating handle is a first direction;

a first helical gear coaxially mounted on a rotating shaft of the rotating handle;

a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear, wherein the axis direction of the second bevel gear is a second direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the glass ribbon and the first direction;

the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the second bevel gear;

the lifting block is rotatably arranged at the top end of the threaded rod;

the lifting block is fixedly connected with the blocking part.

The float glass lehr construction of claim 7 wherein the base is hollow and open topped to form a mounting cavity; two groups of roller strips arranged along the conveying direction of the glass ribbon are arranged in the mounting cavity; each group of the roller strip group comprises two roller strips which are arranged up and down; an adjusting conveying belt is tightly stretched outside each group of the roller strips;

the blocking part is in a hollow pointed cone shape and covers the top of the base; the inner side wall of the blocking part is respectively fixed on the adjacent adjusting and conveying belts through connecting rods;

an adjusting rod is connected between the adjacent adjusting transmission belts;

and a rotating handle axially extends out of the end part of any roller strip positioned below, and the rotating handle extends out of the side wall of the base.

10. The float glass annealing lehr structure of claim 9, wherein the bottom of the dam portion is horizontally extended with a wind shielding edge.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates generally to the field of glass making, and more particularly to a float glass annealing lehr structure.

Background

In the float glass production industry, molten glass is melted in a kiln, the melted molten glass passes through a forming area (a tin bath) and under the action of auxiliary equipment to produce glass with the specification required by customers, a glass plate passes through the forming area at about 620 ℃ and enters an annealing kiln to cool the glass plate, and the cooling purpose is mainly to eliminate or weaken the residual stress in the glass plate; the glass plate is gradually cooled and stress-relieved through the areas such as a heating soaking pre-annealing area (A area), an annealing area (B area), a slow cooling area (C area), a transition area (D area), a rapid cooling area (RET area and F area) and the like in sequence, and the requirement of online cutting is met.

As shown in figure 1, the original annealing kiln structure comprises a heating soaking pre-annealing area (area A), an annealing area (area B), a slow cooling area (area C), a transition area (area D), a rapid cooling area (area RET and area F) and the like, wherein the length of the transition area (area D) is 2-3 meters generally, and the upper part of the transition area is formed by sealing steel plates.

In the prior art, the air series flow among the slow cooling zone, the transition zone and the rapid cooling zone is serious, so that the temperature fluctuation is large, and the following is caused:

1) the frequency of plate frying in the slow cooling area (area C) and the rapid cooling area (RET area) is high, and the rate of finished products is influenced;

2) the bending degree of the product is large when the thin glass is produced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-described deficiencies or inadequacies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a float glass annealing lehr structure having a slow cooling zone, a transition zone, and a rapid cooling zone disposed within the lehr; the glass ribbon is conveyed by the conveying roller to sequentially pass through a slow cooling area, a transition area and a rapid cooling area;

the transition area is provided with a buffer component; a sealing plate is arranged above the glass ribbon in the transition zone; the buffer assembly includes:

a buffer tank disposed within the transition zone;

a wind pressure gauge passing through the sealing plate for detecting the pressure in the buffer zone;

and at least 1 pressure relief valve arranged on the buffer tank.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the buffer box is arranged on one side close to the rapid cooling area.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a first curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged at the boundary of the slow cooling area and the transition area;

a second curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged at the boundary of the transition zone and the rapid cooling zone;

a third curtain positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged in the middle of the transition area;

the first curtain, the second curtain and the third curtain are soft curtains.

Detailed Description

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 2, the annealing furnace provided in this embodiment has a structure as shown in fig. 2, and the annealing furnace is provided with a slow cooling area, a transition area, and a rapid cooling area; the glass ribbon is conveyed by the conveying roller to sequentially pass through a slow cooling area, a transition area and a rapid cooling area;

the slow cooling zone corresponds to a zone C in the figure; the transition region corresponds to a D region in the figure; the rapid cooling area corresponds to the RET area in the figure;

the transition area is provided with a buffer component; a sealing plate 20 is disposed above the glass ribbon 10 in the transition zone; the buffer assembly includes:

a buffer tank 30 disposed in the transition zone;

a wind pressure gauge 40 passing through the sealing plate 20 for detecting a pressure in the buffer zone;

at least 1 relief valve 50 provided on the buffer tank 30.

In this embodiment, the pressure detected by the wind pressure meter 40 is transmitted to the integrated control chamber through a signal transmission line, when the pressure signal detected by the wind pressure meter is greater than a set value, the integrated control chamber is provided with a control host machine, such as a computer host machine, for receiving the pressure signal, the computer host machine is connected with an alarm device in a control manner, the alarm device can send an alarm signal, and the alarm signal can be an alarm bell or a flashing lamp; or the alarm device is not connected, and the screen flicking prompt is directly carried out on the computer in the comprehensive control room. The set value is an empirical value, and is a pressure value before the occurrence of the frying plate according to the observation of an operator at ordinary times.

When the number of the wind pressure meters 40 is multiple, the average value of the pressures of the multiple wind pressure meters is taken, and whether the average value exceeds a set value or not is judged to give an alarm.

Preferably, the buffer tank is disposed at a side close to the rapid cooling zone. Because the wind pressure in rapid cooling district is bigger, and is bigger to the influence of temperature fluctuation, consequently with the baffle-box setting in this department, it is better to alleviate the effect of temperature fluctuation. In this embodiment, the buffer tank has certain height, can provide the buffering space, and the relief valve sets up the top at the buffer tank for the glass area is kept away from to the position that pressure variation is big during the pressure relief, further reduces temperature fluctuation. In this embodiment, the relief valve is 3, and a plurality of relief valves set up simultaneously and can make a plurality of positions lose heart simultaneously, and the pressure release speed sets up a little, and the pressure release volume in the unit interval is guaranteed to a plurality of relief valves.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the slow cooling zone is separated from the transition zone by a first curtain 51 positioned above ribbon 10;

a second curtain 52 positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged at the boundary of the transition zone and the rapid cooling zone;

a third curtain 53 positioned above the glass ribbon is arranged in the middle of the transition area;

the first curtain 51, the second curtain 52 and the third curtain 53 are soft curtains. In this embodiment, the soft curtain is a high silica cloth curtain.

Because the high silica cloth is soft, the glass can not be damaged even if the high silica cloth is contacted with the glass belt, so the glass belt can be effectively protected, and the glass belt is prevented from being scratched.

Preferably, the height of the high silica cloth curtain is adjustable to accommodate glass ribbons of different thicknesses. The height adjustment of the high silica cloth curtain is adjusted by adopting a door curtain rolling mode.

Preferably, the high silica cloth curtain is a double-layer curtain, the upper parts between the two high silica cloth curtains are separated by a support frame which is fixedly connected, and the double-layer curtain increases the blocking effect of the curtain; the temperature fluctuations are further reduced.

Preferably, the bottom of the transition zone is provided with a partition 60 below the transfer roller 90. The number of partitions may be plural.

Preferably, the partition 60 is disposed between two adjacent conveying rollers 90, and has a tapered top. The partition 60 is arranged in such a way that the glass ribbon can be discharged along the top of the recommended-shaped partition in case of being broken, so that the normal operation of the annealing kiln is guaranteed while the airflow is blocked.

Wherein, the partition comprises a fixed base 61 and a liftable partition part 62.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a driving assembly 70 for driving the blocking part to ascend and descend is arranged in the base;

the drive assembly includes:

a rotating handle 71 rotatably mounted on the base 61; the axial direction of the rotating shaft of the rotating handle 71 is a first direction;

a first bevel gear 72 coaxially mounted on the rotation shaft of the rotation handle 71;

a second bevel gear 75 that meshes with the first bevel gear 72, the second bevel gear 75 having an axis in a second direction that is perpendicular to the glass ribbon 10 and the first direction;

a threaded rod 73 threadedly coupled to the second bevel gear 72;

a lifting block 74 rotatably mounted on the top end of the threaded rod 73;

the lifting block 74 is fixedly connected to the blocking portion 62.

As shown in fig. 4, the rotating shaft of the rotating handle 71 is mounted on the side wall 61-1 of the base 61 through a bearing 64; the bottom surface of the second bevel gear 75 is provided with a support pillar 76 for supporting, the support pillar 76 is fixed on the bottom surface of the hollow cavity of the base 61, the bottom surface of the second bevel gear 75 is rotatably installed on the top end of the support pillar 76, meanwhile, the top of the support pillar 76 is provided with an adjusting space 77 into which the threaded rod 73 can be inserted when being lifted, that is, the length of the adjusting space 77 can accommodate the adjusting amount of the threaded rod 73.

Preferably, the threaded rod is disposed in the middle of the bottom surface of the blocking portion 62.

The rotating handle 71 can be rotated to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, so as to drive the first bevel gear 71 to rotate and further drive the second bevel gear 75 meshed with the first bevel gear to rotate, and the threaded rod 73 can be lifted along with the rotation of the second bevel gear 75 due to the threaded connection of the threaded rod and the second bevel gear, so as to drive the separation part to lift.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the driving assembly is replaced with the following structure on the basis of embodiment 1: the base 61 is hollow and is opened at the top to form a mounting cavity 63; two groups of roller strips 81 arranged along the transmission direction of the glass ribbon 10 are arranged in the mounting cavity 63; each group of the roller strip groups comprises two roller strips 81 which are arranged up and down; an adjusting conveying belt 82 is tensioned outside each group of the roller strips 81;

the blocking part 62 is in a hollow pointed cone shape and covers the top of the base 61; the inner side walls of the blocking parts 62 are respectively fixed on the adjacent adjusting transmission belts 82 through connecting rods 84;

an adjusting rod 85 is connected between the adjacent adjusting transmission belts;

the end part of any roller strip positioned below axially extends to form a rotating handle 71, and the rotating handle 71 extends from the side wall of the base.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a wind shielding edge 64 horizontally extends from the bottom of the blocking part 62.

In this embodiment, the lifting of the blocking portion can be realized by rotating the handle 71, and the blocking portion is stably adjusted by the adjusting conveyor belt 82 along the length direction.
