Background

As is well known, the proportion of fine components such as impure cells in the bamboo pulp reaches more than 30 percent, and the fine components seriously affect the product quality in the paper making of the bamboo pulp for daily use and the production of bamboo fluff pulp. As for the current bamboo pulp household paper, the problem of heavy dust generally exists because the combination between the small components such as impure cells in the bamboo pulp and fibers is weaker, and if the small components such as impure cells in the bamboo pulp can be removed, the paper has great significance for solving the problem of dust of the household paper; in the production of the bamboo fluff pulp, the quality of the bamboo fluff pulp can be obviously improved by removing the small components such as the impure cells and the like in the bamboo fluff pulp, and the bamboo fluff pulp has obvious significance in the aspects of improving the fluffing property, the fluffiness and the dust of the bamboo fluff pulp board.

At present, the screening of fine components in bamboo pulp at home and abroad is almost only stopped in a laboratory, and a pall screening instrument is laboratory screening equipment, but the pall screening instrument is only limited to carry out gradient screening on a small amount of pulp in the laboratory, cannot be applied to large-scale industrialization, and does not have related industrial equipment for screening fine components such as impurity cells and the like from the bamboo pulp at present.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a structure of a bamboo pulp fiber screening device provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the bamboo pulp fiber screening device includes a screening cylinder 10, a screen frame 20 is installed in the screening cylinder 10, both the screening cylinder 10 and the screen frame 20 are cylindrical, screen holes are uniformly formed in the screen frame 20, a lower portion of the screen frame 20 is connected to a pulp inlet pipeline, and an upper portion of the screen frame 20 is connected to a pulp outlet pipeline; a screening chamber 30 is defined between the outer wall of the screen frame 20 and the inner wall of the screening cylinder 10, and the lower part of the screening chamber 30 is connected with the first fine component discharge pipe 11.

The middle of the screen frame 20 is provided with a stirring assembly, the stirring assembly comprises a rotating shaft 401 and a plurality of groups of blades 402 connected to the rotating shaft 401, and the rotating shaft 401 is driven by a motor 41 to rotate.
