The invention aims to provide a novel adjustable device for assembling a spent fuel dry-type storage equipment bracket of a nuclear power station, so as to realize the aim of accurate adjustment.

Detailed Description

In order to clarify the technical solution and the working principle of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 5, the adjustable device 2 for assembling the spent fuel dry storage equipment support of the nuclear power plant is a horizontal structure, and the main components of the adjustable device comprise: 2-1 parts of front end guardrails, 2-2 parts of bases, 2-3 parts of adjusting threaded hole plates, 2-4 parts of adjusting bolts, 2-5 parts of upright posts, waist hole type supporting plates, 2-8 parts of rear end guardrails, 2-11 parts of front supporting seats, 2-9 parts of rear supporting seats and the like.

The front supporting seat 2-11 and the rear supporting seat 2-9 are vertically arranged plate bodies and are fixed above the base 2-2 through the upright posts 2-5 in a welding mode, and meanwhile the front supporting seat 2-11 and the rear supporting seat 2-9 are connected through a left supporting seat pull rod 2-10 and a right supporting seat pull rod 2-10, so that the structure is stable.

As shown in fig. 5, the front supporting seat 2-11 and the rear supporting seat 2-9 have the same structure, and are respectively provided with a right-angle groove at the two shoulders, the two right-angle grooves at the two sides of the same supporting seat are symmetrical left and right with the vertical center line of the supporting seat as the center, and the right-angle grooves between the front supporting seat 2-11 and the rear supporting seat 2-9 are corresponding in position in the front-rear direction, that is, are located in the same straight line. The right angle shape of the right angle groove is an elevation angle, two right angle sides of the right angle groove are inclined corresponding to a horizontal/vertical line, and the inclined angle can be consistent with the standard inclination angle of the rail bearing assembly to be assembled.

Each right-angle groove corresponds to one group of waist hole type supporting plates 2-7, each group of waist hole type supporting plates 2-7 comprises a first plate body 2-6 and a second plate body 2-7, and the first plate body 2-6 and the second plate body 2-7 are both of flat plate structures, wherein:

a first waist-shaped through hole is processed on the first plate body 2-6, a left second waist-shaped through hole and a right second waist-shaped through hole which are parallel to each other (the waist-shaped through holes can also be called as long holes) are processed on the second plate body, the first plate body and the second plate body are respectively attached and fixed on two right-angle edges of the right-angle groove, so that the extending direction of the first waist-shaped through hole is horizontal, and the extending direction of the second waist-shaped through hole is vertical to the extending direction of the first waist-shaped through hole, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.

In the front-back direction, the widths of the first waist-shaped through hole and the second plate bodies 2-8 are larger than the thickness of the supporting seat, the first waist-shaped through hole stretches across the corresponding supporting seat, and the two second waist-shaped through holes are respectively positioned at the front side and the back side of the supporting seat, so that the adjusting bolt can penetrate through the left end and the right end of the first waist-shaped through hole and the two second waist-shaped through holes.

The first waist-shaped through hole is provided with a left adjusting bolt 2-4 and a right adjusting bolt 2-4, the two second waist-shaped through holes are respectively provided with one adjusting bolt 2-4, the back surfaces of the first plate body and the second plate body are respectively provided with an adjusting threaded hole plate 2-3, and the adjusting threaded hole plate 2-3 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the adjusting bolts 2-4 and used for positioning the adjusting positions of the adjusting bolts 2-4.

When the adjusting bolt is used, the adjusting bolt 2-4 penetrates through the adjusting threaded hole plate 2-3 and the first/second plate body from the back of the first/second plate body, extends upwards to be in contact with a rail bearing component of the spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support, and the extending length of the adjusting bolt can be adjusted through screwing, so that the adjustment of installation parameters of the rail bearing component of the spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support can be realized, wherein the installation parameters comprise angles, parallelism, end face verticality and other parameters.

The front end guardrail 2-1 and the rear end guardrail 2-8 are of a uniform door-shaped frame structure, are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the base 2-2, are identical in structure and are respectively provided with a horizontal top cross beam and a left vertical beam and a right vertical beam which are connected with the base 2-2. The top cross beam can be used as a horizontal reference to assist in measurement, and the two vertical beams are respectively blocked at the front side and the rear side of the spent fuel dry type storage equipment support rail bearing assembly, so that the spent fuel dry type storage equipment support of the nuclear power station can be placed in, and the adjustment and welding personnel can conveniently carry out construction.

The main body of the adjusting device can be formed by welding various section steels, and the size of the adjusting device can be customized according to a specially-adapted spent fuel dry-type storage equipment bracket of the nuclear power station. For example, in the present embodiment, the base 2-2 is mainly formed by welding two 200H-shaped steels and 6 # 14 channel steels; the front guardrail and the rear guardrail are of a door-shaped frame structure formed by welding 3 pieces of 14# channel steel and are welded on the base, and the distance between the two guardrails is 6500 mm; the waist hole type supporting plate 2-7 and the adjusting threaded hole plate 2-3 are both formed by machining steel plates with the thickness of 20mm on two sides, and the flatness of the two sides is ensured to be within 0.1 mm; the adjusting bolts 2-4 are preferably high-strength bolts above M20. The whole (components) of the device is preferably made of Q235B carbon steel, and the outer surface of the device can be treated by sand blasting paint to prevent rusting.

As shown in fig. 6, the spent fuel dry storage equipment support 1 mainly comprises a left rail bearing assembly 1-1, a right rail bearing assembly 1-2, temporary support angle steels 1-3, 1-4 and 1-5 at the front, middle and rear parts, and the like. Wherein, the left rail bearing component 1-1 and the right rail bearing component 1-2 are parallel to each other and are inclined inwards.

During adjustment, the adjusting device is manufactured and placed on a horizontal operation platform, the spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support 1 is placed on the adjusting device and is located between two guardrails, two support rail assemblies are placed in right-angle grooves of front and rear waist-shaped hole supporting plates and are in contact with an adjusting bolt plate penetrating through the waist-shaped hole supporting plates, then the specific difference between the critical dimension of the spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support and the required dimension is confirmed through measurement of the nuclear power station spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support, the waist-shaped hole supporting plates and the adjusting threaded holes are machined surfaces, after the spent fuel dry-type storage equipment support is normally placed, the difference between the critical dimension is not too large, and the dry-type storage equipment support of the nuclear power station is finely adjusted by rotating each adjusting bolt to reach the required dimension.
