(3) spreading the steamed okra seeds and airing to normal temperature;

(4) placing okra seeds into a baking oven, setting the upper layer temperature at 200 ℃, the lower layer temperature at 170 ℃ and baking for 30 min;

(5) grinding the baked okra seeds into powder;

(6) sieving okra seed powder with 20 mesh sieve;

(7) and subpackaging the sieved okra seed powder in small bags by adopting drawn filter paper to obtain the finished okra seed health-care tea.

Example 2

(1) Screening okra seeds, removing poor-quality parts and impurities, and cleaning with clear water;

(2) steaming 200g of cleaned okra seeds in an electric steam generator at 171 deg.C under 0.4Mpa for 20 min;

(3) spreading and drying the steamed okra seeds to normal temperature;

(4) baking okra seeds in a baking oven for 20min at the upper layer temperature of 210 ℃ and the lower layer temperature of 180 ℃;

(5) grinding the baked okra seeds into powder;

(6) sieving okra seed powder with 30 mesh sieve;

(7) and subpackaging the sieved okra seed powder in small bags by adopting drawn filter paper to obtain the finished okra seed health-care tea.

Example 3

(1) Screening okra seeds, removing poor-quality parts and impurities, and cleaning with clear water;

(2) steaming 250g cleaned Abelmoschus esculentus seeds in an electric steam generator at 171 deg.C under 0.4Mpa for 25 min;

(3) spreading and drying the steamed okra seeds to normal temperature;

(4) baking okra seeds in a baking oven for 10min at the upper layer temperature of 220 ℃ and the lower layer temperature of 190 ℃;

(5) grinding the baked okra seeds into powder;

(6) sieving okra seed powder with 40 mesh sieve;

(7) and subpackaging the sieved okra seed powder in small bags by adopting drawn filter paper to obtain the finished okra seed health-care tea.
