When the atomizer 1 is connected to the end of the housing 2 by the second connecting means 4 to form a rod-like structure (see fig. 1), one end of the soft band 50 mounted on the atomizer 1 is fixed in the atomizer 1, the other end is embedded on the outer side of the atomizer 1 by the embedded block 51, one end of the soft band 50 mounted on the housing 2 is fixed on the housing 2, and the other end is embedded on the housing 2 by the embedded block 51.
