In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a hanger for cooking utensils according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hanger 100 and a resilient fixing member 200. The elastic fixing member 200 can be contracted or expanded, the elastic fixing member 200 is located at one side of the suspension frame 100, two ends of the elastic fixing member 200 are connected with two ends of the suspension frame 100 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the elastic fixing member 200 is used for fixing the workpiece 500 located between the suspension frame 100 and the elastic fixing member 200 to the suspension frame 100. When clamping the workpiece 500, the elastic fixing piece 200 can be firstly propped open, then the workpiece 500 can be conveniently placed between the elastic fixing piece 200 and the suspension bracket 100, and finally the workpiece 500 is fixed on the suspension bracket 100 by utilizing the elasticity of the elastic fixing piece 200, so that the clamping of the workpiece 500 is completed; when the workpiece 500 is disassembled, the elastic fixing piece 200 can be unfolded, and then the workpiece 500 can be conveniently taken out; through the arrangement, compared with the existing hanger which needs to tighten or loosen the bolt, the cooker hanger provided by the invention can conveniently clamp and disassemble the workpiece 500, is shorter in time consumption, and improves the production efficiency.

It is conceivable that the elastic fixing member 200 can be contracted or expanded, and has flexibility, and the elastic fixing member 200 can be deformed according to the shape of the workpiece 500 to fix the workpiece 500 to the suspension bracket 100, so that the elastic fixing member 200 can satisfy clamping of workpieces 500 of different shapes. In actual production, when the workpiece 500 is oxidized, the bottom or the outer surface of some kinds of workpieces 500 does not need to be oxidized due to process requirements, and at this time, the outer surface or the bottom of the workpiece 500 may be provided with a protection clamp 600, and the outer surface or the bottom of the workpiece 500 is sealed by the protection clamp 600. As shown in fig. 1, since the elastic fixing member 200 can be contracted or expanded and has flexibility, the elastic fixing member 200 can also fix the workpiece 500 having the protection jig 600 at the bottom thereof to the hanger 100, and at the same time, the elastic force of the elastic fixing member 200 can be utilized to make the protection jig 600 closely contact with the bottom of the workpiece 500, thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the protection jig 600. It is understood that the elastic fixing member 200 may fix the workpiece 500 to the hanger 100 without providing the protection jig 600. Therefore, the cooker hanger provided by the invention can meet the clamping requirements of the workpiece 500 with the protective clamp 600 and the workpiece 500 without the protective clamp 600, and has good universality.

It is envisioned that in some embodiments, one end of the resilient mount 200 is removably attached to a corresponding end of the hanger 100. When the workpiece 500 is clamped, the connection between one end of the elastic fixing member 200 and the corresponding end of the suspension bracket 100 can be disconnected firstly, so that the workpiece 500 can be conveniently placed on the suspension bracket 100, then one end of the elastic fixing member 200 is reconnected with the corresponding end of the suspension bracket 100, and the workpiece 500 is fixed by using the elastic fixing member 200; when the workpiece 500 is detached, the connection between one end of the elastic fixing member 200 and the corresponding end of the suspension bracket 100 may be disconnected, so that the workpiece 500 may be easily detached.

Specifically, the hanger 100 has a hook 300 mounted at one end thereof, and the elastic fixing member 200 has one end connected to the hook 300, so that the hook 300 can be used to hook the one end of the elastic fixing member 200. When the workpiece 500 is clamped, the elastic fixing piece 200 can be firstly loosened so as to place the workpiece 500 on the suspension bracket 100, then one end of the elastic fixing piece 200 is tensioned around the workpiece 500 and hooked with the hook 300, and further, the workpiece 500 can be fixed on the suspension bracket 100 by utilizing the elastic fixing piece 200; when the workpiece 500 is disassembled, one end of the elastic fixing member 200 may be separated from the hook 300, so that the workpiece 500 may be conveniently removed. It is envisioned that in some embodiments, the hook 300 can be connected to an end of the resilient mounting member 200, and the hook 300 can hook the hanger 100, and thus, the end of the resilient mounting member 200 can be detachably connected to the corresponding end of the hanger 100.

It should be noted that, in some embodiments, other arrangements may also be adopted to detachably connect one end of the elastic fixing element 200 with the corresponding end of the suspension bracket 100, for example, one end of the elastic fixing element 200 may be provided with a clip, so that the suspension bracket 100 may be clamped by the clip.

It is envisioned that in some embodiments, the end of the hanger 100 remote from the hook 300 is removably attached to the corresponding end of the resilient mounting member 200. Since both ends of the elastic fixing member 200 are detachably coupled to both ends of the hanger 100, the elastic fixing member 200 can be replaced when the elastic fixing member 200 cannot normally operate; in addition, the elastic fixing element 200 with a proper length can be replaced according to the size of the workpiece 500, so that the situation that the workpiece 500 cannot be fixed by generating enough elastic force due to the overlong length of the elastic fixing element 200 can be avoided, and the situation that the worker needs to operate the elastic fixing element 200 difficultly due to the overlong length of the elastic fixing element 200 can also be avoided.

It is conceivable that, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, two sets of connecting modules are spaced apart from one end of the hanger 100 away from the hook 300, the elastic fixing member 200 is in a ring shape, and one end of the elastic fixing member 200 away from the hook 300 is connected to the two sets of connecting modules, so that the elastic fixing member 200 can be mounted on the hanger 100 through the two sets of connecting modules and the hook 300, and the mounted elastic fixing member 200 is in a substantially triangular ring shape, whereby the elastic fixing member 200 can more stably fix the workpiece 500 on the hanger 100.

Specifically, in some embodiments, the connection module includes a first clamping portion 141 and a second clamping portion 142, and the first clamping portion 141 and the second clamping portion 142 are disposed at an interval, so that a corresponding portion of the elastic fixing element 200 can be embedded between the first clamping portion 141 and the second clamping portion 142, and thus, when the shape of the elastic fixing element 200 after installation is substantially a triangular ring, an arrangement mode that one end of the suspension bracket 100 away from the hook 300 is detachably connected to a corresponding end of the elastic fixing element 200 can also be realized.

Of course, it is understood that the above-mentioned connection module may also be arranged in other manners, for example, the connection module may also be connected to the elastic fixing member 200 through a bolt, a buckle, a clamping jaw, and the like, and the specific arrangement manner is not described herein.

It is envisioned that the resilient mount 200 described above may be provided as a bungee cord.

It is conceivable that the suspension 100 is provided with at least one mounting hole 111, by means of which mounting hole 111 the suspension 100 can be suspended on a flying bar or on a carrier rack. As shown in fig. 1, two mounting holes 111 may be provided so that the hanger 100 is not rotated in a suspended state.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the suspension bracket 100 includes a hanging rod 110, and two beams 120 spaced apart from each other are connected to the hanging rod 110. The suspension bracket 100 has the advantages of simple structure, convenient processing and lower cost.

It is conceivable that the mounting hole 111 may be provided to the hanging bar 110.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cross beams 120 are perpendicular to the hanging rods 110, at least two reinforcing rods 130 are connected between the two cross beams 120, and the strength of the hanging bracket 100 can be improved by the arrangement of the reinforcing rods 130.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, two beams 120 are vertically distributed, and the hook 300 is installed on the beam 120 located below; the reinforcing bars 130 are provided in two, and the upper ends of the reinforcing bars 130 are extended and projected upward relative to the upper cross member 120 to form the above-mentioned first clamping portions 141, and the above-mentioned second clamping portions 142 can be installed at corresponding positions on the upper cross member 120.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
