Background

The screw tap is generally divided into a single screw tap or a group of screw taps, through hole threads with medium and small specifications can be tapped by the single screw tap at one time, when a blind hole or a large-size screw hole is machined, the group screw tap is commonly used, namely, more than 2 screw taps are used for sequentially machining one screw hole, the group screw tap has two designs of equal diameter and unequal diameter, the screw taps with equal diameter are designed, and the cutting cones of all the parts are different in length; the tap with the unequal diameter design has different thread sizes, and when the tap is used for tapping, the tap can be tapped by clamping and fixing the tap by using a balance clamp, so that the balance clamp for tapping the tap is needed.

However, most of the existing balance clamps have various problems:

1) most of the existing balance clamps are not provided with a quick clamping mechanism, so that when the screw tap connecting column is connected with the balance clamps, the fixing steps are too complicated, and time and labor are wasted;

2) the existing balance clamp mostly adopts an integrated connection structure, namely cannot stretch out and draw back, so that a worker cannot adjust the balance clamp to a proper length to use as required.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a balance clamp for tap tapping and a using method thereof.

The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme: a balance clamp for tap tapping, comprising:

the connecting mechanism comprises a telescopic column and a fixed column, the telescopic column used for connecting and fixing the round columnar structure is vertically connected and fixed at the top of the fixed column, a cavity with the diameter larger than that of the telescopic column is arranged in the fixed column, and the telescopic column is positioned in the cavity;

the clamping mechanism is composed of a clamping sleeve and a lock sleeve, the clamping mechanism is clamped and fixed to the top end of the connecting mechanism, the clamping sleeve is vertically connected and fixed to the top end of the telescopic column, and the lock sleeve is clamped and connected in the inner cavity of the clamping sleeve in a limiting mode.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
