s3: the worker sticks the connecting block and the filter block together, then sleeves the connecting block on the rotating shaft, connects the separated water pump housings into a whole through bolts, and then connects the water outlet and the water inlet on the water pump housings through bolts;

when the water tank is in work, the sliding block 26 is suspended in the water tank 23 under the action of the self gravity and the gravity of the pressing rod 29, the first interface 24 is blocked by the sliding block 26, and the first interface 24 is not communicated with the water tank 23; the operator presses the pressing rod 29, so that the pressing rod 29 moves downwards along the sliding groove 28, the first connector 24 is communicated with the inside of the water tank 23 again, water in the water tank 23 flows into the water pump shell 3 through the first connector 24, the hose 35 and the second connector 34, and the diesel engine is started after a part of the impeller is immersed in the water, wherein the water level in the water tank 23 is higher than the position of the first connector 24; when water in the water pump housing 3 is replenished into the water tank 23, the water level in the water tank 23 rises until the water tank 23 is filled, the buoyancy of the water in the water tank 23 on the sliding block 26 is increased, and at the moment, the worker stops pressing the pressing rod 29, so that the sliding block 26 slides upwards along the sliding groove 28 until the sliding block 26 blocks the first connector 24, and the water in the water pump housing 3 does not enter the water tank 23; the water in the water tank 23 is reduced by cooling the diesel engine, so that the water level in the water tank 23 gradually decreases, and the operator judges the water level in the water tank 23 by observing the length of the pressing rod 29 exposed out of the water tank 23; when only half of the pressing rod 29 is exposed out of the water tank 23, the water level in the water tank 23 is close to the first connector 24, and the worker presses the pressing rod 29, so that the water in the water pump shell 3 is replenished into the water tank 23 again until the water tank 23 is full of water, and the worker stops pressing the pressing rod 29, thus the cycle is repeated;

according to the invention, by pressing the pressing rod 29 by a worker, water in the water tank 23 flows into the water pump shell 3 and then enters the water tank 23 together with water in the water pump shell 3, and the sliding block 26 blocks the first connector 24 again to be matched with the first connector, so that the purpose of adding water into the water tank 23 only when the water quantity in the water tank 23 is reduced is achieved, the water pump shell 3 is enabled to always add water into the water tank 23, the situation that the water overflows out of the water tank 23 after the water tank 23 is filled with water is prevented, and the cleanness of the working environment of the water pump is ensured; further preventing the worker from slipping due to the slippery ground during working, and improving the use effect of the invention.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a filter block 4 is disposed in the water pump housing 3; the filter block 4 is arranged close to the second connector 34, the end face of the filter block 4 close to the second connector 34 is in contact with the water pump shell 3, the filter block 4 is made of soft materials, and the filter block 4 is preferably made of sponge;

when the water pump works, water in the water pump shell 3 flows into the water tank 23 after being filtered by the filter block 4 through the second connector 34, the hose 35 and the first connector 24, the filter block 4 filters impurities such as silt and deadwood in the water, and the impurities such as the silt and the deadwood are driven by water flow in the water pump shell 3 and are discharged from the water outlet 33;

according to the invention, impurities such as silt and deadwood in the water flowing to the water tank 23 are filtered by the filter block 4, so that the cleanness of the water flowing into the water tank 23 is ensured, the diesel engine 2 is not damaged by the impurities such as silt and deadwood, the service life of the diesel engine 2 is prolonged, and the service life of the diesel engine is prolonged.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the water pump housing 3 is provided with a through hole 36; a piston 37 is connected with the through hole 36 in a threaded manner; the piston 37 can be screwed out of the through hole 36;

during working, agricultural irrigation is mostly water pumping irrigation beside ponds and rivers, and water pumped up by a water pump is generally mixed with silt when water in the ponds or rivers is about to be pumped out; after the water pump stops working, water mixed with silt remains in the water pump shell 3, a worker twists the piston 37, so that the piston 37 is separated from the through hole 36, the water mixed with silt is discharged from the through hole 36, and the worker twists the piston 37 into the through hole 36 after the water in the water pump shell 3 is discharged; the residual water in the water pump shell 3 is discharged, so that the cleanness of the interior of the water pump shell 3 is ensured, the condition that the impeller and the rotating shaft 31 are corroded due to the fact that silt is attached to the impeller and the rotating shaft 31 is prevented, and the service life of the water pump is prolonged.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a connecting block 41 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 31; one end of the connecting block 41, which is far away from the rotating shaft 31, is fixedly connected with one end of the filter block 4, which is far away from the through hole 36, and the density of the connecting block 41 is smaller than that of water; the water pump shell 3 is fixedly connected with a stop block 42; the stop block 42 can enable the filter block 4 to shield the interface II 34 when the filter block 4 is contacted with the stop block 42;

when the water pump works, the rotating shaft 31 drives the impeller to rotate, the impeller stirs water in the water pump shell 3, so that the water in the water pump shell 3 rotates around the rotating shaft 31 and is finally discharged from the water outlet 33; when the water flow rotates, the connecting block 41 is stirred by the water flow, so that the connecting block 41 drives the filter block 4 to rotate together, the filter block 4 rotates for a certain distance and is blocked by the blocking block 42, at the moment, the second connector 34 is blocked by the filter block 4, and the water flowing into the water tank 23 in the water pump shell 3 is filtered by the filter block 4; when a worker takes out the piston 37 from the through hole 36, the connecting block 41 floats on the water surface together with the filter block 4 under the action of the buoyancy of water, the water level drops along with the water and the silt continuously flowing out of the through hole 36, the filter block 4 is driven by the connecting rod to rotate downwards, the filter block 4 scrapes off the silt attached to the inner wall of the water pump shell 3, the silt attached to the water pump shell 3 is discharged from the through hole 36, the cleanness inside the water pump shell 3 is further improved, silt corrosion to the impeller is reduced, and the service life of the water pump is further prolonged.

A manufacturing method of the water pump is suitable for the water pump, and comprises the following steps:

s1: when the working personnel manufacture the invention, firstly the water tank 23 is cut open, then the fixed strip 27 is welded in the water tank 23, the sliding block 26 and the pressing rod 29 are installed, then the water through valve 25 is installed on the first interface 24, then a hole is drilled on the water tank 23 of the diesel engine 2, and the first interface 24 is welded on the position of the hole of the water tank 23;

s2: the water pump shell 3, the rotating shaft 31, the water outlet 33 and the water inlet 32 are cast by workers, the water pump shell 3 is separately cast from the middle when the water pump shell 3 is cast, and each hole and the second connector 34 on the water pump shell 3 are simultaneously cast when the water pump shell 3 is cast; the worker welds the stopper 42 in the water pump housing 3 and then installs the rotating shaft 31 and the impeller;

s3: the worker sticks the connecting block 41 and the filter block 4 together, then sleeves the connecting block 41 on the rotating shaft 31, connects the separated water pump housings 3 into a whole through bolts, and then connects the water outlet 33 and the water inlet 32 on the water pump housings 3 through bolts;

s4: the worker respectively sleeves the two ends of the hose 35 on the first connector 24 and the second connector 34, and then screws the piston 37 into the through hole 36 to complete the manufacture of the water pump.

The specific working process is as follows:

when the water-saving irrigation device is used by a worker, the water-saving irrigation device is moved to the side of a water source, the water inlet 32 is connected with a water pipe, the water pipe is placed in the water source, the water outlet 33 is communicated with another water pipe, and the other end of the water pipe is placed at a place needing irrigation; then, the worker opens the water valve 25, so that the water in the diesel engine water tank 23 flows through the first connector 24, the hose 35 and the second connector 34 in sequence, finally flows into the water pump housing 3, the space in the water pump housing 3 is filled with the water continuously, the worker starts the diesel engine after the water in the water pump submerges the water outlet 33, and the diesel engine water pump starts to work; when the diesel engine water pump works, the pressure of water in the water pump shell 3 is higher than that of water in the water tank 23, so that the water in the water pump shell 3 can flow into the water tank 23 along the second connector 34, the hose 35 and the first connector 24 to supplement the water in the water tank 23, and the diesel engine is prevented from being damaged due to insufficient water in the water tank 23; after the diesel engine water pump finishes working, the staff closes the water valve 25; the sliding block 26 is suspended in the water tank 23 under the action of the self gravity and the gravity of the pressing rod 29, at the moment, the first interface 24 is blocked by the sliding block 26, and the first interface 24 is not communicated with the water tank 23; the operator presses the pressing rod 29, so that the pressing rod 29 moves downwards along the sliding groove 28, the first connector 24 is communicated with the inside of the water tank 23 again, water in the water tank 23 flows into the water pump shell 3 through the first connector 24, the hose 35 and the second connector 34, and the diesel engine is started after a part of the impeller is immersed in the water, wherein the water level in the water tank 23 is higher than the position of the first connector 24; when only half of the pressing rod 29 is exposed out of the water tank 23, the water level in the water tank 23 is close to the first connector 24, and the worker presses the pressing rod 29, so that the water in the water pump shell 3 is replenished into the water tank 23 again until the water tank 23 is full of water, and the worker stops pressing the pressing rod 29, thus the cycle is repeated; the water in the water pump shell 3 flows into the water tank 23 after being filtered by the filter block 4 through the second connector 34, the hose 35 and the first connector 24, the filter block 4 filters impurities such as silt and deadwood in the water, and the impurities such as the silt and the deadwood are driven by the water flow in the water pump shell 3 and are discharged from the water outlet 33; the agricultural irrigation is mostly water pumping irrigation beside ponds and rivers, and water pumped by a water pump is generally mixed with silt when the water in the ponds or rivers is about to be pumped out; after the water pump stops working, water mixed with silt remains in the water pump shell 3, a worker twists the piston 37, so that the piston 37 is separated from the through hole 36, the water mixed with silt is discharged from the through hole 36, and the worker twists the piston 37 into the through hole 36 after the water in the water pump shell 3 is discharged; residual water in the water pump shell 3 is discharged, so that the cleanness of the interior of the water pump shell 3 is ensured, the condition that silt is attached to the impeller and the rotating shaft 31 to cause corrosion of the impeller and the rotating shaft 31 is prevented, and the service life of the water pump is prolonged; the rotating shaft 31 drives the impeller to rotate, the impeller stirs water in the water pump shell 3, so that the water in the water pump shell 3 rotates around the rotating shaft 31 and is finally discharged from the water outlet 33; when the water flow rotates, the connecting block 41 is stirred by the water flow, so that the connecting block 41 drives the filter block 4 to rotate together, the filter block 4 rotates for a certain distance and is blocked by the blocking block 42, at the moment, the second connector 34 is blocked by the filter block 4, and the water flowing into the water tank 23 in the water pump shell 3 is filtered by the filter block 4; when a worker takes out the piston 37 from the through hole 36, the connecting block 41 floats on the water surface together with the filter block 4 under the action of the buoyancy of water, the water level drops along with the water and the silt continuously flowing out of the through hole 36, the filter block 4 is driven by the connecting rod to rotate downwards, the filter block 4 scrapes off the silt attached to the inner wall of the water pump shell 3, the silt attached to the water pump shell 3 is discharged from the through hole 36, the cleanness inside the water pump shell 3 is further improved, silt corrosion to the impeller is reduced, and the service life of the water pump is further prolonged.
