As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a cascade multistage pressure reducing regulating valve according to the present invention comprises a main valve 1, a sub-valve 6 and a joint 7, wherein the sub-valve 6 is installed at one side of the main valve 1, and the regulating valve is formed by connecting the main valve 1 and the sub-valve 6, so that the regulating valve is conveniently disassembled and assembled, the regulating valve occupies less space by simply and conveniently disassembling the regulating valve, thereby facilitating storage, carrying and transportation of the regulating valve, thereby facilitating carrying and use of the regulating valve, facilitating assembly and use of a user by simply assembling the regulating valve, thereby improving efficiency of assembly and use, and facilitating later replacement and maintenance of the regulating valve by more conveniently disassembling and assembling the regulating valve, thereby prolonging the service life of the regulating valve, the regulating valve is formed by the main valve 1 and the sub-valve 6, the main valve 1 and the auxiliary valve 6 can be used independently like a traditional valve, when the regulating valve is used, the main valve 1 and the auxiliary valve 6 can be matched in a plurality of groups or can be installed and used independently according to actual conditions, and the regulating valve is more flexible to install and use, so that the use flexibility of the regulating valve is improved, meanwhile, the regulating valve can be used for dealing with more different pipeline conditions, so that the use range of the regulating valve is improved, the joint 7 is installed at the bottom of the main valve 1, the joint 7 can be used as an extension interface of the regulating valve, so that the regulating valve cannot be limited and narrow in the installation process, the application range of the regulating valve is improved, the joint 7 can be used for producing different sizes, the regulating valve can be compatible with pipelines with different sizes, compared with the regulating valve which is matched with the pipelines, the connector is adapted to pipelines with different sizes, so that the valve is simpler, more convenient, more economical and more practical, and meanwhile, the connector 7 is arranged, so that the overlong arrangement of the joint of the regulating valve and the pipeline is not needed, namely the overlong arrangement of the bottom of the first valve body 2 is not needed, and the inside of the first valve body 2 is conveniently cleaned, thereby bringing convenience to the cleaning work of the inside of the regulating valve, wherein the main valve 1 comprises the first valve body 2, a stand 3 and a rod frame 4, the top of the valve body 2 is fixedly welded with the stand 3, the top of the stand 3 is provided with an actuating mechanism 301 (model: AOX-Q-L200; manufacturer: Macao autonomous technology Limited company in Zhejiang), the rod frame 4 is arranged at the top of the first valve body 2, the rod frame 4 is positioned in the stand 3, the rod frame 4 is in sliding fit with a first valve rod 5, the top of the first valve rod 5 is connected with the bottom of the actuating mechanism 301, the bottom end of the first valve rod 5 is connected with a cascade valve clack 502, the cascade valve clack 502 is movably matched inside the first valve body 2, the cascade valve clack 502 is driven by an actuating mechanism 301 to control the cascade valve clack 502 to slowly move towards a valve seat 203, the pressure reduction adjusting function of the adjusting valve is realized, the adjusting valve can realize the function of adjusting the pipeline flow by arranging a main valve 1, the multistage throttling of the adjusting valve is realized by arranging the cascade valve clack 502, the flow speed can be effectively reduced, the flushing of fluid to a valve core is reduced, the service life of the adjusting valve is further prolonged, the pressure reduction of each stage is uniform by using the cascade valve clack 502, and the cavitation caused by the high pressure difference formed by the last stage is avoided;

the auxiliary valve 6 comprises a second valve body 601, a valve frame 605 and a second valve rod 607, the second valve body 601 is connected with the first valve body 2 through bolts, the inside of the second valve body 601 is communicated with the inside of the first valve body 2, the valve frame 605 is installed at the top of the second valve body 601, the second valve rod 607 is rotatably matched on the valve frame 605, the bottom end of the second valve rod 607 is connected with a valve plate 608, the valve plate 608 is movably matched in the second valve body 601, wherein a threaded sleeve 606 is installed and fixed in the valve frame 605, the outer side wall of the upper part of the second valve rod 607 is provided with threads, the second valve rod 607 is in threaded fit with the threaded sleeve 606, a rotary disc 609 is fixed at the top of the second valve rod 607, the second valve rod 607 is rotatably matched and connected with the valve plate 608, the auxiliary valve 6 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve 6, the pipeline fluid is directly controlled, the convenience is provided for the subsequent pressure reduction adjustment of the main valve 1, the obstruction of the pressure in the pipeline in the adjustment process of the main valve 1 is relieved, the auxiliary valve 6 is arranged for assistance, so that the pressure reduction operation of the regulating valve is shared by two independent valves, the pressure suffered by the main valve 1 is reduced, the main valve 1 is more durable, the service life of the regulating valve is further prolonged, meanwhile, the auxiliary valve 6 is arranged for auxiliary pressure reduction adjustment, the range of the pressure reduction adjustment of the regulating valve is larger, the application range of the regulating valve is further improved, meanwhile, the auxiliary pressure reduction adjustment is carried out through the auxiliary valve 6, the auxiliary valve 6 is matched with the main valve 1, the finer pressure range can be matched and adjusted, the application precision of the regulating valve is improved, the regulating valve is more manual and labor-saving through the arrangement of the rotary table 609, meanwhile, the second valve rod 607 is rotated to be more accurate in lifting adjustment through the arrangement of the screw thread on the second valve rod 607, and meanwhile, the situation that the second valve rod 607 slides and moves is avoided, by arranging the valve hole 603 and the valve plate 608, when the auxiliary valve 6 is completely closed, the pipeline fluid is cut off more completely;

the joint 7 is of a hollow cylinder structure, the size of the top section of the joint 7 is matched with that of the bottom section of the first valve body 2, and the top of the joint 7 is connected with the bottom of the first valve body 2 through a bolt.

First valve body 2 is hollow structure, and the bottom of first valve body 2 and the one side that is close to auxiliary valve 6 all are equipped with the opening, and first valve body 2 is close to auxiliary valve 6's opening part and is fixed with second mounting panel 202, and second mounting panel 202 is ring type structure, and 2 bottom openings of first valve body are fixed with first mounting panel 201, and first mounting panel 201 is ring type structure, through setting up first mounting panel 201 and second mounting panel 202, makes things convenient for the installation of first valve body 2.

Second valve body 601 is hollow structure, and the both ends of second valve body 601 all are equipped with the opening, and second valve body 601 both ends opening part all is fixed with third mounting panel 602, and one of them third mounting panel 602 that is close to first valve body 2 passes through the bolt to be connected with second mounting panel 202, and third mounting panel 602 directly fills up with second mounting panel 202 and is equipped with sealed plastic pad, through setting up sealed plastic pad, strengthens the leakproofness of this governing valve.

The valve seat 203 and the valve cage 204 are arranged in the first valve body 2, the valve seat 203 and the valve cage 204 are both located right above the bottom opening of the first valve body 2, the valve cage 204 is located right above the valve seat 203, the size of the cross section of the valve seat 203 is matched with that of the cross section of the cascade valve clack 502, and the cascade valve clack 502 is movably matched in the valve seat 203 and the valve cage 204.

The top of first valve body 2 is equipped with the opening, and first valve rod 5 penetrates inside first valve body 2 from 2 top openings of first valve body, is equipped with the packing between first valve rod 5 and the 2 top openings of first valve body, through setting up the packing, makes first valve rod 5 inseparabler with laminating before the 2 top openings of first valve body to improve the leakproofness of this governing valve.

The bottom of rod frame 4 is connected with gland 401, and gland 4 is installed at first 2 top openings of valve body, is equipped with gland packing lid between gland 4 and the 2 openings of first valve body, and the top of rod frame 4 is connected with lantern ring 402, and first valve rod 5 runs through lantern ring 402 and gland 4, and first valve rod 5 sliding fit is in lantern ring 402, and the equal vertical welding of two inside walls of rod frame 4 has slide rail 403.

The slider 501 has been cup jointed on the first valve rod 5, the equal vertical spout of having seted up in both ends of slider 501, two spouts respectively with even a slide rail 403 adaptation, slider 501 is on two slide rails 403 through two spout sliding fit, through setting up slider 501, and with slider 501 sliding fit on two slide rails 403, make the steadier that first valve rod 5 reciprocated, and then make the more stable smooth and easy that cascade valve clack 502 removed, thereby improve the stability and the reliability that this governing valve used.

The middle part of the second valve body 601 is provided with a valve hole 603, the valve hole 603 is formed by two valve holes 603 and through holes in the middle parts of two steel plates which are arranged in parallel, the distance between the two steel plates which are arranged in parallel is equal to the thickness of the valve plate 608, and the valve plate 608 is movably matched between the two steel plates which are arranged in parallel.

The top of the second valve body 601 is provided with an opening, the opening at the top of the second valve body 601 is covered with a valve cover 604, the central opening at the top of the valve cover 604 is provided with a rotary hole, the rotary hole is communicated with the inside of the second valve body 601, a second valve rod 607 is rotatably matched in the rotary hole, a valve frame 605 is arranged at the opening at the top of the second valve body 601, and the bottom of the valve frame 605.

The using method of the cascade multistage depressurization regulating valve specifically comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: the third mounting plate 602 of the regulating valve is fixed with a pipeline through a bolt, and the bottom of the regulating valve joint 7 is connected with the other section of the pipeline through the bolt, so that the mounting of the regulating valve is completed;

step two: the second valve rod 607 is rotated by rotating the rotary disk 609, the second valve rod 607 is moved up and down by rotating in the threaded sleeve 606, the valve plate 608 is moved in the valve hole 603 by moving the second valve rod 607 up and down, and the opening and closing of the sub-valve 6 are controlled by moving the valve plate 608 in the valve hole 603;

step three: the first valve rod 5 is driven by the actuator 301, the cascade valve flap 502 is driven by the first valve rod 5, the cascade valve flap 502 moves in the valve seat 203 and the valve cage 204, when the cascade valve flap 502 moves into the valve seat 203, the main valve 1 is in a closed state, when the cascade valve flap 502 moves into the valve cage 204, the main valve 1 is in an open state, and the cascade valve flap 502 is controlled to slowly move towards the valve seat 203 by the driving of the actuator 301, so that the pressure reduction regulation function of the regulating valve is realized.

When in use, firstly, the third mounting plate 602 of the regulating valve is fixed with a pipeline through a bolt, the bottom of the regulating valve joint 7 is connected with the other section of the pipeline through a bolt to complete the mounting of the regulating valve, the regulating valve is mounted and fixed through a bolt, the mounting and the dismounting of the regulating valve are simpler, and the mounting, the use and the replacement of the regulating valve are further facilitated, so that the convenience of the use of the regulating valve is improved, meanwhile, the mounting difficulty of the regulating valve is reduced by facilitating the mounting and the use of the regulating valve, thereby being beneficial to the popularization of the regulating valve, the regulating valve is formed by connecting the main valve 1 and the auxiliary valve 6, so that the regulating valve is convenient to disassemble and combine, the space occupation of the regulating valve is smaller by simplifying and facilitating the disassembly of the regulating valve, and the storage, carrying and the transportation of the regulating valve are further facilitated, therefore, the carrying and the use of the regulating valve are facilitated, the combination of the regulating valve is simpler, the assembly and the use of users are facilitated, the assembly and the use efficiency are improved, meanwhile, the disassembly and the combination of the regulating valve are more convenient, the later replacement and the maintenance of the regulating valve are facilitated, the service life of the regulating valve is prolonged, the regulating valve consists of a main valve 1 and an auxiliary valve 6, the main valve 1 and the auxiliary valve 6 can be independently used like the traditional valve, when the regulating valve is used, the main valve 1 and the auxiliary valve 6 can be matched in multiple groups or independently installed and used according to actual conditions, the installation and the use of the regulating valve are more flexible, the use flexibility of the regulating valve is improved, meanwhile, the regulating valve can also be used for dealing with more different pipeline conditions, and the use range of the regulating valve is improved, the joint 7 can be used as an extension interface of the regulating valve, so that the regulating valve is not limited and narrow in space in the installation process, the application range of the regulating valve is improved, the joint 7 can produce different sizes, the regulating valve can be compatible with and adapt to pipelines with different sizes, compared with the production of a regulating valve which is adaptive to the pipelines, the pipeline with different sizes is adapted through the joint, the pipeline is simpler, more convenient and more economical and practical, meanwhile, by arranging the joint 7, the overlong at the joint of the regulating valve and the pipeline is not needed, namely the overlong at the bottom of the first valve body 2 is not needed, the inside of the first valve body 2 is further conveniently cleaned, the cleaning work inside the regulating valve is facilitated, then, the second valve rod 607 is rotated through rotating the rotary table 609, the second valve rod 607 rotates through rotating in the threaded sleeve 606 and moves up and down, the valve plate 608 moves in the valve hole 603 by moving the second valve rod 607 up and down, the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve 6 are controlled by moving the valve plate 608 in the valve hole 603, the auxiliary valve 6 is used to control the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve 6, the pipeline fluid is directly controlled, the pressure reduction adjustment is convenient for the subsequent control of the main valve 1, the obstruction of the pressure in the pipeline in the adjustment process of the main valve 1 is relieved, the pressure reduction operation of the adjusting valve is shared between two independent valves by arranging the auxiliary valve 6 for assistance, the pressure suffered by the main valve 1 is reduced, the main valve 1 is more durable, the service life of the adjusting valve is further prolonged, meanwhile, the auxiliary pressure reduction adjustment is carried out by arranging the auxiliary valve 6, the range of the pressure reduction adjustment of the adjusting valve is larger, the use range of the adjusting valve is further improved, and the auxiliary pressure reduction adjustment is carried out by the auxiliary valve 6, the auxiliary valve 6 and the main valve 1 are matched with each other to adjust a finer pressure range, so that the use precision of the regulating valve is improved, the regulating valve is more labor-saving by arranging the rotary disk 609, meanwhile, the second valve rod 607 is rotated and lifted to adjust more accurately by arranging a thread on the second valve rod 607, and meanwhile, the situation that the second valve rod 607 slides and moves is avoided, when the auxiliary valve 6 is completely closed by arranging the valve hole 603 and the valve plate 608, the pipeline fluid is cut off more thoroughly, finally, the first valve rod 5 is driven by the execution mechanism 301, the first valve rod 5 drives the cascade valve clack 502, the cascade valve clack 502 moves in the valve seat 203 and the valve cage 204, when the cascade valve clack 502 moves into the valve seat 203, the main valve 1 is in a closed state, when the cascade valve clack 502 moves into the valve cage 204, the main valve 1 is in an open state, and is driven by the execution mechanism 301, control cascade valve clack 502 slowly moves to disk seat 203, realize the step-down regulatory function of this governing valve, through setting up main valve 1, make this governing valve can realize pipeline flow control's function, through setting up cascade valve clack 502, realize the multistage throttle of this governing valve, can effectively reduce the velocity of flow, reduce the washing away of fluid to the case, thereby further prolong the life of this governing valve, through using cascade valve clack 502, it is even to make each grade step-down, avoid last one-level to form the high pressure difference cavitation erosion that appears, through setting up slider 501, and with slider 501 sliding fit on two slide rails 403, make the more steady that first valve rod 5 reciprocated, and then make more stable smooth and easy that cascade valve clack 502 removed, thereby improve stability and reliability that this governing valve used.
