Background

In docks, highways, airports, logistics parks, station squares and other places, lamps are usually mounted on a lamp panel capable of lifting to form a high-pole lamp so as to realize large-range centralized illumination. The known lifting lamp panel can sway left and right along with wind power in the lifting process. The traditional solution is to hold the rod tightly with three sets of interacting guides, so that the lamp panel does not shake. However, the conventional guide device cannot be used when a double-lifting rod body is encountered. Moreover, when the caliber of the top of the rod body is smaller, the lamp panel rises to the top of the rod body, and the traditional guide device cannot hold the rod body tightly due to the stroke problem, so that the problem that the lamp panel shakes still exists.

Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the rail-type elevating system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a rod member 1 and a lamp panel 2, wherein the lamp panel 2 is liftably mounted on the rod member 1 to move between a top position of the left drawing and a bottom position of the right drawing.

As shown in fig. 2, the rod 1 comprises a rod body 11, a head 12, a steel wire rope 13 and a rail 14, wherein the head 12 is fixedly installed on the top of the rod body 11, the steel wire rope 13 is hung on the head 12 and connected with the lamp panel 2 (see fig. 1) to realize the lifting of the lamp panel 2, and the rail 14 is fixedly installed on the surface of the rod body 11 below the head 12. In this embodiment, the rail 14 is mounted on the rod 11 by screws and is arranged along the rod 11 from top to bottom, so as to ensure uninterrupted lifting process. It should be understood that the rail 14 may also be fixedly connected to the rod 11 by other means, such as welding, etc., to ensure that the rail 14 is not loosened, and is safe and reliable. In addition, since the specific configurations of the head 12 and the wire rope 13 are the same as those of the prior art, detailed description thereof is omitted.

As shown in fig. 3, the lamp panel 2 includes a panel body 21 and a guiding device 22, wherein lamps and other electrical devices are installed on the panel body 21, and the guiding device 22 is connected to the panel body 21 and cooperates with the rail 14 to provide stable guidance for the lifting of the lamp panel 2 when the lamp panel 2 travels along the rail 14, so that the lamp panel 2 is prevented from shaking during the lifting process, and the lamps and other electrical devices installed on the lamp panel 2 are protected.

As shown in fig. 4, the guide 22 includes two guide wheel sets 221, a bracket 222 and a gasket strip 223, wherein the gasket strip 223 is fixedly connected to the tray body 21 (see fig. 3) by screws, for example, to fixedly connect the guide 22 to the tray body 21, the bracket 222 is fixedly connected to the guide wheel sets 221 and the gasket strip 223, and the two guide wheel sets 221 are engaged with the rail 14 (see fig. 3) to move along the rail 14 during the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel 2 to stabilize the lamp panel 2. Specifically, the bracket 222 includes a mounting bar 2221 and a connecting bar 2222, wherein the two guide wheel sets 221 are fixedly connected to both ends of the mounting bar 2221, and the connecting bar 2222 is vertically fixed to a side of the mounting bar 2221 facing away from the guide wheel sets 221 and connected to the gasket bar 223. In this embodiment, the connecting bar 2222 is attached to the top of the mounting bar 2221, and for added strength, the bracket 222 further includes a reinforcing bar 2223 attached to the bottom of the mounting bar 2221 and to an end of the connecting bar 2222 adjacent to the gasket strip 223. In this embodiment, the connecting bar 2222 is connected to the middle of the gasket bar 223, and the guide 22 further includes two spokes 2224 connected to both ends of the mounting bar 2221 and the gasket bar 223 for strength.

As shown in fig. 4, the guiding wheel set 221 includes a connecting plate 2211, four vertical wheels 2212 and horizontal wheels 2213, wherein the connecting plate 2211 is fixedly connected to the mounting bar 2221, two vertical wheels 2212 are rotatably mounted on two opposite ends of the connecting plate 2211 by pins, and the horizontal wheels 2213 are rotatably mounted on the middle of the connecting plate 2211 by pins.
