1. Vacuum valve (10), in particular vacuum slide valve and in particular gate valve, for substantially gastight closing of an opening (11) defining an opening axis (O), having:

a shutter (14,14'), the shutter (14,14') having a closing side (15) and a coupling unit (20) arranged on a rear side opposite to the closing side (15),

a valve wall (12,12'), the valve wall (12,12') having a valve seat surrounding the opening (11),

-a linear drive unit (30), by means of which the shutter (14,14') can be adjusted along an adjustment axis (V) in at least two adjustment directions substantially perpendicular to the opening axis (O), and therefore the shutter (14,14') can be adjusted between:

o an open position exposing said opening (11),

o to an intermediate position above the opening (11), in which the closure members (14,14') are at least partially in a substantially parallel spaced opposed position relative to the valve seat, and

o a closed position closing the opening (11), wherein the closure element (14,14') is pressed with its closing side (15) against the valve seat and closes the opening (11), in particular in a gas-tight manner,

it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

-the vacuum valve (10) comprises guide means (26,26') for the shutter (14,14') associated with the opening (11),

-the shutter (14,14') comprises a guide (25,25'), which guide (25,25') interacts with the guide means (26,26') during the displacement from the open position to the closed position and back, and

-the guide means (26,26') and the guide member (25,25') are formed and interact such that, during adjustment from the intermediate position to the closed position, tilting of the closing member (14,14') transversely to the adjustment axis (V) is initiated and/or effected in a first partial movement.

2. Vacuum valve (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the inclination is significant such that a portion of the closing side (15) is pressed onto the valve seat and is in contact with the valve seat at least along a contact line (12a), wherein the contact line (12a) is substantially perpendicular to the opening axis (O) and to an adjustment axis (V).

Vacuum valve (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that during adjustment from the intermediate position to the closed position the closing member (14,14') is pressed with its closing side (15) against the valve seat in the second part of the movement, so that there is circumferential contact between the valve seat and the closing side (15) and the opening (11) is closed.

4. Vacuum valve (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that said second part of the movement comprises a rotation of the shutter (14,14') about the contact line (12a), in particular a rotation of the shutter (14,14') about the contact line (12 a).

The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the guiding mechanism (26,26') provides a stop for the guide (25,25'), wherein the first part of the movement is limited by the guide (25,25') hitting the stop and the second part of the movement is initiated with the hit.

6. The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the guiding means (26,26') is shaped such that:

-during the displacement from the open position to the intermediate position and back, the rectilinear movement of the entire shutter (14,14') takes place along the adjustment axis (V), and

during the first part of movement, a lateral movement of at least a part of the shutter (14,14') deviating from the alignment of the axis of adjustment (V) occurs and causes a tilting of the shutter (14,14, 14').

7. The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the guiding mechanism (26,26') comprises the following defining or being designed as a guiding path:

the shape of the recess is such that,

an elongated recess, which is provided with a recess,

a passage, or

A groove.

8. The vacuum valve (10) according to claim 7, characterized in that the guide path has an at least partially curved, in particular curved course (26a,26a') in a region defining an adjustment from the intermediate position to the closed position.

9. The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the guiding mechanism (26,26') allows the shutter (14,14') to move with only one degree of freedom of movement, in particular wherein the degree of freedom of movement is defined by a guiding path.

10. The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims,

the guide element (25,25') engages in the guide means (26,26'), and/or

The guide (25,25') has a slide or roller or the guide (25,25') is designed as a slide or roller, and/or

-said guide (25,25') being rigidly coupled to said shutter (14, 14').

11. Vacuum valve (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coupling unit (20) comprises a further guide (27), which further guide (27) interacts with the guide means (26,26') at least in case of a displacement from the intermediate position to the closed position.

12. The vacuum valve (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the coupling unit (20) comprises:

a stop member (21), the stop member (21) being rigidly arranged on the rear side of the closing member (14,14'),

a pivoting member (22,22'), which pivoting member (22,22') is pivotally mounted on the rear side of the closure member (14,14'), and

a restoring element (23) which is connected to the limiting element (21) and the pivot element (22,22'), in particular wherein the restoring element (23) is designed as a spring, in particular as a helical spring, or as an elastic element, and is located in the open position and the intermediate position in a prestressed manner.

13. Vacuum valve (10) according to claim 12, characterized in that the resetting force provided by the resetting member (23) is increased as part of the movement of the second part into the closed position, wherein the resetting force is in the opposite direction to the movement of the second part into the closed position.

14. Vacuum valve (10) according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that pivoting of the pivoting member (22,22') takes place during the second partial movement, whereby the closing member (14,14') is pressed with its closing side (15) against the valve seat, so that contact between the valve seat and the closing side (15) takes place in the circumferential direction and the opening (11) is closed.
