1. A URTK type terminal block short connector comprising:

the plug-in connector comprises plug-in connectors (1), wherein the plug-in connectors (1) are conductors, the tops of which are provided with insulating columns (2), and the plug-in connectors (1) are a plurality of conductors matched with URTK type terminal rows;

the insulating sheath (3) wraps the peripheral surfaces of the plug heads (1) and is positioned at the position where the plug heads (1) are connected with the insulating column (2);

the short contact pieces (4) are conductors arranged in the insulating sheath (3) and are sequentially connected with the plug heads (1).

2. The URTK-type terminal block short connector as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the plug head (1) is made of copper material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of short circuit of current transformers, in particular to a URTK type terminal row short circuit device.

Background

In the test process of the electrical equipment, in order to prevent the secondary circuit of the current transformer from being open, the secondary circuit on the side of the current transformer needs to be short-circuited after the secondary circuit of the current transformer is disconnected; in addition, when the gauge table is replaced without power outage, the secondary circuit of the current transformer needs to be short-circuited.

At present, the URTK type terminal block which needs to be short-circuited is usually connected by short-circuiting wires, for example, three or more short-circuiting wires are adopted, that is, a plurality of dedicated short-circuiting wires need to be prepared; this causes very easily in actual operation to carry and deposits inconvenient problem, and the plug change work when many equipment are experimental is comparatively loaded down with trivial details.

Therefore, how to simplify the short circuit of the URTK type terminal strip is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the field at present.

A URTK type terminal block short connector comprising:

the plug heads are conductors with insulating columns arranged at the tops and are matched with the URTK type terminal rows;

the insulating sheath wraps the peripheral surfaces of the plurality of plug heads and is positioned at the position where the plug heads are connected with the insulating columns;

and the short contact pieces are conductors arranged in the insulating sheath and are sequentially connected with the plug heads.

Preferably, the plug head of the URTK type terminal row short connector is made of copper materials.

Preferably, the plug head and the insulating column are in threaded connection.

Preferably, in the URTK type short connector for terminal rows, the outer circumferential surface of the insulating column is provided with an anti-slip edge.

Preferably, the diameter of the plugging head of the short connector of the URTK type terminal row is 4 mm.

Preferably, the distance between two adjacent plug heads of the URTK type terminal row short connector is 8.2 mm.

The core of the specific embodiment is to provide the URTK type terminal strip short circuit device, the URTK type terminal strip short circuit device can simplify short circuit of the URTK type terminal strip, and the problem in the field at the present stage is solved.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.

The URTK type terminal strip short connector provided by the specific embodiment comprises an insertion head 1, an insulating sheath 3 and a short connector piece 4; the plug heads 1 are conductors with insulating columns 2 arranged at the tops and are matched with the URTK type terminal strip; the insulating sheath 3 is wrapped on the peripheral surfaces of the plug heads 1 and is positioned at the position where the plug heads 1 are connected with the insulating column 2; the shorting strip 4 is a conductor disposed inside the insulating sheath 3 and sequentially connects the respective plug heads 1.

In the URTK type short connector for terminal rows provided by the present embodiment, the plug head 1 may be made of copper material, or other conductive materials capable of playing the same role.

In the URTK-type terminal block short connector provided by the present embodiment, the insertion and extraction head 1 and the insulating column 2 may be in threaded connection, clamped connection, or other connection modes capable of playing the same role; the threaded connection is adopted to facilitate the disassembly and the assembly between the two.

Further, the outer peripheral surface of insulating post 2 can be equipped with anti-skidding arris 5, and then can avoid taking place to slide when assembling insulating post 2, guarantees the smoothness of installation.

According to the URTK type terminal row short connector provided by the specific embodiment, the diameter of each plug head 1 can be 4mm, the distance between every two adjacent plug heads 1 can be 8.2mm, or other diameter and interval parameters which can be matched with a terminal row to be short-circuited can be designed in the design process.

In the URTK-type short connector for the terminal strip provided by this embodiment, the number of the insertion heads 1 may be 4, as shown in fig. 1, or may be other numbers that can be matched with the terminal strip.

The design of the short circuit device of the URTK type terminal row is simple in structure, low in cost, small in size, convenient to carry and convenient to plug and unplug on site.
