Because the frequency point ranges and the number of the frequency hopping carrier set and the available frequency hopping carrier set indicated by the base station for the first device can not be limited by the carrier resources of the sub-cells, the method can enable the sub-cells of the first device to use more carrier frequency points for frequency hopping, thereby obtaining a larger frequency hopping range and improving the capability of the sub-cells to resist the narrow-band interference.)
