The top of the bottom plate 101 is fixedly connected with a support plate 1012 through a leg 1011, the number of the support plates 1012 is several and is distributed in parallel, every two support plates 1012 are fixedly connected through a side plate 1013, the side plate 1013 is a U-shaped structure, the side plate 1013 is located at the edge of the support plate 1012, and a coffin 102 is arranged inside each side plate 1013.

The coffin body 102 is inside with baffle 1021 fixed connection, baffle 1021 one side is equipped with defrosting machine 1022 and refrigerator 1023 respectively, defrosting machine 1022 and refrigerator 1023 all with coffin body 102 inside fixed mounting, baffle 1021 lateral wall and temperature controller 1024 fixed connection, temperature controller 1024 respectively with defrosting machine 1022 and refrigerator 1023 electric connection, temperature controller 1024 is located the baffle 1021 other side, coffin body 102 bottom fixed mounting has spacing seat 1025, spacing seat 1025 and temperature controller 1024 are located the baffle 1021 homonymy.

The tray 103 is located inside the coffin body 102, the length of the tray 103 is the same as the distance between the sealing cover 104 and the partition plate 1021, two sides of the tray 103 are respectively and fixedly connected with a reinforcing plate 1031 and a surrounding edge 1033, the reinforcing plate 1031 and the surrounding edge 1033 are located on the edge of the tray 103, pulleys 1032 are rotatably connected inside the reinforcing plate 1031, the number of the pulleys 1032 is a plurality, the pulleys 1032 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the tray 103 in pairs, the pulleys 1032 extend to the bottom of the reinforcing plate 1031 and are embedded in the limiting seat 1025, the pulleys 1032 are connected with the limiting seat 1025 in a rolling mode, and handles 1034 are fixedly connected to two ends of the surrounding plate.

The coffin body 102 is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the supporting plate 1012, one end of the coffin body 102 and the sealing cover 104 both extend to the outer side of the supporting plate 1012, the top end of the coffin body 102 is hinged to the sealing cover 104 through a spring hinge, the edge of the sealing cover 104 is in sealing fit with the coffin body 102, one side of the sealing cover 104 is provided with a jack 1041, the diameter of an aperture connecting shaft 1044 of the jack 1041 is larger, sealing rings 1045 at two ends of the connecting shaft 1044 are respectively in contact with the inner wall of the sealing cover 104 and the side wall of a rotating rod 1046, the rotating rod 1046 is located between the connecting shaft 1044 and an end 1043, and the rotating rod 1046 is of a bent structure.

The side end of the support base 105 is fixedly connected with a cross beam 1052, the bottom end of the cross beam 1052 is rotatably connected with a roller 1057, the roller 1057 is connected with the inside of a slide rail 1056 in a rolling manner, the slide rail 1056 is embedded and mounted on the ground, the top of the support base 105 is provided with two upright columns 1051 which are symmetrically distributed, a conveying plate 106 and a fixing frame 1061 are arranged between the upright columns 1051, and the surface of the upright column 1051 is connected with a limiting plate 1062 in a sliding manner.

Two symmetrically distributed embedded grooves 1067 are formed in the groove 1066, the distance between the two embedded grooves 1067 is the same as that of the pulley 1032, and the groove 1066 is connected with the tray 103 in a sliding manner.

The robot 1069 includes: first push rod 10691, big arm 10692, second push rod 10693 and forearm 10694, first push rod 10691 sets up vertically, the lower extreme fixed connection of first push rod 10691 is on mount pad 1068, the upper end of first push rod 10691 and the rear end fixed connection of big arm 10692, big arm 10692 horizontal setting, the front end of big arm 10692 is connected with the one end of the second push rod 10693 of horizontal setting, and big arm 10692 and second push rod 10693 mutually perpendicular set up, the other end of second push rod 10693 and the rear end fixed connection of forearm 10694, the front end and the tongs of forearm 10694 are connected, the tongs is the pin body that sets up perpendicular to forearm 10694.

When the coffin is used, the supporting plate 1012 is used for supporting and fixing the coffin body 102, the defrosting machine 1022 and the refrigerating machine 1023 are arranged in the coffin body 102 and used for low-temperature preservation and defrosting and demisting of corpses, the storage effect is ensured, equipment separation is carried out through the partition plate 1021, temperature monitoring in the coffin body 102 is carried out through the temperature controller 1024, the tray 103 is supported through the reinforcing plate 1031 and the pulley 1032 at the bottom, the surrounding edge 1033 is arranged to prevent the corpses from falling off in the carrying process, the limiting seat 1025 is arranged to limit the pulley 1032, so that the tray 103 stably moves in the coffin body 102, when the corpses are taken out, the roller 1057 at the bottom of the supporting seat 105 moves to realize the movement of the device, when the designated coffin body 102 is reached, the lifting motor 1055 drives the screw 1054 to rotate in the extending block 1053, the limiting plate 1062 is driven to move on the surface of the upright column 1051, and the electric conveying plate 106 and the fixing block synchronously move, the lifting function is realized, after the cover 104 is moved, the conveying plate 106 is flush with the supporting plate 1012, the conveying motor 1065 drives the chain wheel 1063 to rotate, the chain 1064 is driven by the chain 1063 to convey, the chain 1064 drives the mounting seat 1068 on the surface of the conveying plate to move, and further the manipulator 1069 is moved, so that one end of the manipulator 1069 is moved to the position of the sealing plate, the manipulator 1069 is composed of a multi-degree-of-freedom driving mechanism, the manipulator 1069 controls the gripper at the end of the manipulator 1069 to move, rotate or swing in different directions, the gripper at one end of the manipulator 1069 is inserted into the jack 1041 and pushes against the insert rod 1042 to move inwards, at the moment, the insert rod 1042 drives the connecting shaft 1044 to push against the rotating rod 1046 and pushes the rotating rod 1046 to rotate, at the moment, the insert rod 1042 is separated from the inside of the jack 1041, the return spring 1047 is in a stretching state, and the manipulator 1069 moves backwards and pulls the cover 104 to open; after the cover 104 is opened, the manipulator 1069 moves continuously to move the cover to the tray 103, the handle 1034 is hooked, the tray 103 is pulled to move out of the coffin body 102, the pulley 1032 moves inside the limiting seat 1025 to the embedded groove 1067 on the surface of the conveying plate 106, the reinforcing plate 1031 at the bottom of the tray 103 slides inside the groove 1066 to realize stable movement, the tray 103 and the corpse are simultaneously transferred to the conveying plate 106, and the manipulator 1069 closes the opened cover 104 to complete the whole taking-out process; when the coffin is stored, the supporting seat 105 is moved to a designated position, the lifting is carried out through the matching of the lead screw 1054 and the limiting plate 1062, the sealing cover 104 is opened through the movement of the manipulator 1069, the manipulator 1069 pushes the handle 1034 on the tray 103 to move the tray 103 from the conveying plate 106 into the coffin body 102, then the sealing cover 104 is closed, when the sealing cover 104 is closed, the mounting seat 1068 and the manipulator 1069 at the top of the mounting seat are driven to move to the sealing cover 104 through the chain 1064, the manipulator 1069 is controlled to insert the hand at the end into the insertion hole 1041 through the manipulator, the manipulator 1064 drives the manipulator 1069 to synchronously move towards one side of the coffin body 102 while the manipulator 1069 rotates downwards, the sealing cover 104 is closed, at the moment, the insertion rod 1042 is inserted into the insertion hole 1041, the sealing between the sealing cover 104 and the coffin body 102 is realized, and the low-temperature storage of the coffin body is further completed.

Detailed description of the invention

The following embodiments are embodiments of a taking and placing mechanism of an intelligent frost-free lifting refrigeration coffin, which can be implemented independently, and can also be used as a key mechanism of the intelligent frost-free lifting refrigeration coffin disclosed in a specific embodiment.

A fetching and placing mechanism of an intelligent frost-free lifting refrigeration coffin comprises a vertical column 1051, a sealing cover 104 and a conveying plate 106, wherein the vertical column 1051 is fixedly connected with the top end of a supporting seat 105, the top of the vertical column 1051 is fixedly connected with an extension block 1053, the inside of the extension block 1053 is rotatably connected with a lead screw 1054, the bottom of the lead screw 1054 is fixedly connected with the output end of a lifting motor 1055, the lifting motor 1055 is fixedly installed with the side end of the supporting seat 105, the conveying plate 106 is fixedly connected with a fixing frame 1061, the conveying plate 106 and the fixing frame 1061 are both fixedly connected with a limiting plate 1062, the limiting plate 1062 is of a U-shaped structure, the middle part of the limiting plate 1062 is in threaded connection with the lead screw 1054, and a groove 1066 is formed in the surface of the conveying plate 106; the fixed frame 1061 is of a square hollow structure, the inside of the fixed frame 1061 is rotatably connected with two chain wheels 1063, the two chain wheels 1063 are in transmission connection through a chain 1064, one of the chain wheels 1063 is fixedly connected with the output end of a conveying motor 1065, the conveying motor 1065 is fixedly connected with the side end of the conveying plate 106, and the conveying motor 1065 is connected with the inside of the fixed frame 1061 in a jogged manner; the surface of the chain 1064 is fixedly connected with an installation seat 1068, a manipulator 1069 is installed at the top of the installation seat 1068, the manipulator 1069 is located at one side of the conveying plate 106, and a gripper is fixedly connected to the end of the manipulator 1069 and inserted into the insertion hole 1041; the sealing cover 104 is rotatably connected with the coffin body 102, the sealing cover 104 is of a U-shaped structure, a jack 1041 is formed in the side end of the sealing cover 104, the jack 1041 is internally inserted into the inserting rod 1042 in a penetrating manner, two ends of the inserting rod 1042 are respectively provided with or fixedly connected with an end 1043 and a connecting shaft 1044, two ends of the connecting shaft 1044 are fixedly connected with a sealing ring 1045, the connecting shaft 1044 is movably sleeved with one end of a rotating rod 1046, the rotating rod 1046 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the coffin body 102, and the middle part of the rotating rod 1046 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the coffin body 102 through a return spring 1047.

It should be noted that the present application relates to circuits and electronic components and modules, all of which are well within the skill of those in the art, and that the present invention is not limited to software and process modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art.
