5. An unstirred chlorine dioxide gel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the activator is comprised of at least one of boric acid, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid, dihydrogen phosphate.

6. The agitation-free chlorine dioxide gel of claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is comprised of at least one of anhydrous calcium chloride, anhydrous magnesium chloride, anhydrous sodium sulfate, and anhydrous magnesium sulfate.

7. An unstirred chlorine dioxide gel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cross-linking agent is comprised of at least one of acrylamide and acrylate.

8. The agitation-free chlorine dioxide gel of claim 1, wherein the slow release agent is comprised of at least one of polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate.

9. A method for preparing a chlorine dioxide gel, comprising:

placing a solid powder of the chlorine dioxide gel of claims 1-8 into a container;

and adding water into the container, wherein the effervescent agent in the solid powder of the chlorine dioxide gel generates a large amount of bubbles when meeting water, so that the solid powder of the chlorine dioxide gel and the water are uniformly stirred.

Background

Chlorine dioxide has excellent disinfection performance, so that chlorine dioxide is widely applied to various occasions for sterilization and disinfection, and chlorine dioxide gel is one of chlorine dioxide products, and is increasingly widely used because of the convenient use of the gel.

However, the chlorine dioxide gel product has several obvious weaknesses, and once the product is made into a gel, the storage life is short, and is usually only 2-3 months. If the product is made into a solid state and a liquid state and used in a binary package (namely a semi-finished product) for mixing reaction for sale, a customer needs to mix the solid state and the liquid state firstly and then manually stir the solid state and the liquid state, so that the use is troublesome for the user.

Further, the chlorine dioxide precursor is composed of at least one of sodium chlorite, potassium chlorite, barium chlorite and magnesium chlorite.

Further, the effervescent agent is composed of at least one of EDTA disodium, sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate.

and adding water into the container, wherein the effervescent agent in the solid powder of the chlorine dioxide gel generates a large amount of bubbles when meeting water, so that the solid powder of the chlorine dioxide gel and the water are uniformly stirred.

The effervescent agent is added into the formula of the chlorine dioxide gel, so that the product can be free from stirring, troubles can not be brought to users even if solid powder is used for storage and sale, and the long-term preservation effect of the chlorine dioxide product is ensured. The finished product of the chlorine dioxide gel formed by the invention has uniform air holes, the whole product is white, and a large amount of direct chlorine dioxide gas does not exist, because the formula of the chlorine dioxide gel does not directly contain the chlorine dioxide gas, the chlorine dioxide gas is slowly released by the interaction of all components after the gel is generated, the concentration of the chlorine dioxide generated by the chlorine dioxide precursor of the invention is about 1.2-2 times higher than that of the conventional formula, the release effect is achieved, and the chlorine dioxide gel has the characteristics of high purity and high safety.

In the invention, the effervescent agent, such as sodium bicarbonate, is added into the solid-state formula of the chlorine dioxide gel of the two embodiments to form an anhydrous dry mixture, so that a user can realize long-term preservation of a chlorine dioxide product when not in use, when the user needs to use the chlorine dioxide gel, only water needs to be added into the solid-state powder of the chlorine dioxide gel, and the reaction generated after the water is added comprises two aspects, namely the reaction of the chlorine dioxide gel product formed after the original gel formula meets the water, and on the other hand, the effervescent agent can generate a large amount of bubbles when meeting the water and continuously emits out of the water to perform a stirring reaction, for example, the sodium bicarbonate can generate a large amount of carbon dioxide bubbles when meeting the water, and the carbon dioxide gas is harmless to the human body. After the reaction of the effervescing agent is finished, the stirring effect in the gel generation process is also finished, stirring-free chlorine dioxide gel is realized, the use by users is convenient, and the gel product is uniform and good and has excellent quality.

Further, a transparent glass bottle can be used as a reaction container of the gel product, so that a user can observe the process of stirring by generating bubbles in water in the stirring-free process, product interest points are increased, and the product can be further promoted to be sold.
