1. An earphone box, comprising:

the box body is internally provided with a sliding chute;

the sliding cylinder is arranged on the sliding groove and can move relative to the sliding groove;

At present, the wireless earphone box generally collects charging and accomodates in an organic whole. The phenomenon that the earphone drops from the earphone box and is lost often appears in the user's daily use in-process.

In the prior art, the earphone is generally prevented from falling off by adding buckles or magnetic attraction and other designs at the bottoms of the earphone and the earphone box. The earphone box 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the earphone box 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a box body 10, a slide cylinder 30, a magnetic attraction member 40, and an electromagnetic member 50.

Specifically, the box body 10 is provided with a chute 11, the slide cylinder 30 is provided in the chute 11, and the slide cylinder 30 is movable relative to the chute 11. The magnetic element 40 is disposed on the sliding barrel 30 and can move in the sliding barrel 30, and the electromagnetic element 50 is disposed at the bottom of the box 10 and opposite to the end of the sliding slot 11.

Under the condition that the opening of the box body 10 deviates from the ground, the electromagnetic part 50 is electrified, the sliding cylinder 30 is positioned in the sliding groove 11, the magnetic part 40 is positioned at the end part of the sliding groove 11, and the electromagnetic part 50 and the magnetic part 40 attract each other. Under the condition that the opening of the box body 10 faces the ground, the electromagnetic element 50 is powered off, the magnetic element 40 is separated from the end of the sliding slot 11, and the sliding barrel 30 is driven to partially slide out of the sliding slot 11 to carry the earphone 80.

In other words, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the earphone box 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a box body 10, a slide cylinder 30, a magnetic attraction member 40, and an electromagnetic member 50. Wherein, be provided with spout 11 in the box body 10, slide cartridge 30 installs in spout 11, and slide cartridge 30 is portable along spout 11. The case body 10 may be provided with a case cover 20, and the case cover 20 is located above the case body 10 in a right-side up state to cover the earphone 80 in the case body 10. In the case that the opening of the box body 10 is away from the ground, the electromagnetic element 50 is energized (the electromagnetic coil 62 is energized), the slide cylinder 30 is located in the slide slot 11, and the magnetic attraction element 40 is located at the second end of the slide cylinder 30. At this time, the electromagnetic element 50 is attracted to the magnetic attraction element 40 by the iron core 61 under the current of the electromagnetic coil 62.

In the present application, when the box 10 is in the normal position, as shown in fig. 1, the magnetic member 40 is located at the second end of the slide cylinder 30 under the action of gravity, and the second end of the slide cylinder 30 is the end of the slide cylinder 30 close to the bottom of the box 10 when the box 10 is in the normal position. As shown in fig. 2, in the case where the case 10 is opened toward the ground, that is, in the case where the case 10 is in an upside-down state. As shown in fig. 2, the cover 20 is located under the case body 10, and when the cover 20 is opened, the earphone 80 is separated from the case body 10 by gravity. The cartridge 10 is switchable between an inverted state and a normal state. Under the condition that the opening of the box body 10 faces the ground, the electromagnetic part 50 is in a power-off state, the magnetism of the electromagnetic part 50 disappears, the magnetic part 40 is separated from the electromagnetic part 50, the magnetic part 40 is separated from the end part of the sliding groove 11, and the sliding cylinder 30 is driven to partially slide out of the sliding groove 11 to bear the earphone 80. Specifically, the slide cylinder 30 drives a part of the slide cylinder 30 to slide out of the chute 11 under the gravity action of the magnetic attraction piece 40. Under the condition that the earphone 80 is inserted into the box body 10, the part of the slide cylinder 30, which slides out of the slide groove 11, can be used for bearing the earphone 80, so that the slide cylinder 30 can be used for dragging the earphone 80, and the earphone 80 is prevented from falling off from the box body 10. Moreover, the slide cylinder 30 is used for bearing the earphone 80, so that the earphone box 100 can be ensured to effectively prevent the earphone 80 from falling off under the severe shaking condition, the earphone 80 is more effectively protected, and the service life of the earphone 80 is prolonged.

It should be noted that the upside down state is understood as a state where the case 10 is placed upside down, and in this state, the bottom of the case 10 is upward, and the earphone 80 is separated from the case 10 by gravity. The first end of the channel may be understood as the end of the cartridge body 10 that is in an inverted position with the slide 30 adjacent the ear piece 80. The principle of changing the magnetic poles of the iron core 61 by energizing the electromagnetic member 50 (the iron core 61 and the electromagnetic coil 62) in this application is understood and can be realized, and will not be described in detail in this application.

Therefore, according to the earphone box 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the chute 11 is disposed in the box body 10, the slide cylinder 30 is disposed in the chute 11, and the electromagnetic force action between the electromagnet 50 and the magnetic attraction member 40 is utilized. When the box 10 is in the inverted state, the electromagnetic element 50 is powered off, the magnetism of the electromagnetic element 50 disappears, and the electromagnetic element 50 and the magnetic element 40 are separated from each other. Under the action of the magnetic attraction piece 40, the sliding cylinder 30 drives a part of the sliding cylinder 30 to slide out of the sliding slot 11 by the magnetic attraction piece 40. And under the condition that the box body 10 is plugged with the earphones 80, the part of the slide cylinder 30, which slides out of the slide groove 11, is used for bearing the earphones 80, so that the slide cylinder 30 can be used for dragging the earphones 80, and the earphones 80 are prevented from falling off from the box body 10. This application bears earphone 80 through slide cartridge 30, can guarantee that earphone box 100 can also prevent effectively that earphone 80 from droing under the violent condition of shake, more effectual protection earphone 80, extension earphone 80 life.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the earphone box 100 further comprises a power source 71, a conductive block 72 and a conductive rod 73.

Specifically, a power source 71 is provided in the case 10, and a conductive block 72 is connected to the power source 71. One end of the conductive rod 73 is connected to the electromagnetic element 50, and the other end of the conductive rod 73 is engageable with or disengageable from the conductive block 72. Wherein, in case that the opening of the case 10 is away from the ground, the conductive rod 73 is engaged with the conductive block 72, and the electromagnetic member 50 is electrically conductive. When the opening of the case 10 faces the ground, the conductive rod 73 and the conductive block 72 are disconnected, and the electromagnetic member 50 is de-energized.

That is, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the earphone box 100 is further provided with a power supply 71, a conductive block 72, and a conductive rod 73, wherein the power supply 71 is provided inside the box body 10, and the conductive block 72 is connected with the power supply 71. One end of the conductive rod 73 is connected to the electromagnetic element 50, and the other end of the conductive rod 73 is engageable with or disengageable from the conductive block 72. The power source 71, the conductive block 72, the conductive rod 73 and the electromagnetic element 50 form a current path therebetween, the electromagnetic coil 62 is energized, and the electromagnetic element 50 and the magnetic element 40 are attracted by the iron core 61 under the current action of the electromagnetic coil 60, so as to ensure that the slide cylinder 30 and the magnetic element 40 can be firmly and stably fixed at the bottom of the earphone box 100.

Two sliding chutes 11 are oppositely arranged in the box body 10 at intervals. A slide cylinder 30 is arranged in each slide groove 11. One end of each slide groove 11 facing the electromagnetic member 50 corresponds to each other. With the case 10 in the normal position, each of the slide cylinders 30 is located in the corresponding slide groove 11. Magnetic attraction pieces 40 are respectively arranged in each sliding barrel 30, at the moment, the magnetic attraction pieces 40 are positioned at the second end of the sliding barrel 30 under the action of gravity, and the electromagnetic pieces 50 are arranged between the two sliding chutes 11. The electromagnetic member 50 may employ an iron core 61 wound with an electromagnetic coil 62. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic coil 62 is in a conductive state, and the iron core 61 forms a magnet under the current action of the electromagnetic coil 60, so that two ends of the electromagnetic element 50 can respectively attract the two magnetic attraction elements 40, and the slide cylinder 30 and the magnetic attraction elements 40 can be firmly stabilized at the bottom of the earphone box 100.

In the present application, under the condition that the opening of the box body 10 is away from the ground, two magnetic attraction pieces 40 are respectively located at the end of each sliding slot 11, and two ends of the electromagnetic piece 50 are respectively attracted to a corresponding one of the magnetic attraction pieces 40.

Under the condition that the opening of the box body 10 faces the ground, the two magnetic attraction pieces 40 are respectively located at one ends of the two sliding cylinders 30 far away from the electromagnetic piece 50, one part of the sliding cylinder 30 slides out of the sliding groove 11, and the two magnetic attraction pieces 40 attract each other and surround the two sliding cylinders 30 to be used for bearing the earphone. Under the condition that the opening of box body 10 is towards ground, the piece 40 inter attraction is inhaled to two magnetism of roll-off spout, guarantees that slide cartridge 30 can bear two earphones 80 firmly, can ensure that earphone box 100 can also effectively prevent earphone 80 to drop under the violent condition of shake, more effectual protection earphone 80, extension earphone 80 life.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the opening of the case 10 faces the ground, the two magnetic attracting elements 40 are respectively located at first ends of the two passages, and a portion of the slide cylinder 30 slides out of the sliding slot 11, and the two magnetic attracting elements 40 attract each other and surround the two slide cylinders 30 for carrying the earphone 80.

In other words, in the case that the box 10 is in the inverted state, as shown in fig. 2, the electromagnetic element 50 is in the power-off state, the magnetism of the electromagnetic element 50 disappears, the two magnetic attraction elements 40 are respectively separated from the electromagnetic element 50, and the magnetic attraction element 40 in each slide cylinder 30 respectively slides to the first end of the slide cylinder 30 under the action of its own gravity. Meanwhile, the sliding barrel 30 drives the sliding barrel 30 to slide out of the sliding groove 11 under the action of the gravity of the magnetic attraction pieces 40, and the two magnetic attraction pieces 40 surround the two sliding barrels 30 to bear the earphone 80, so that the problem that the earphone 80 frequently falls off is solved.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the number of the conductive rods 73 is two, two conductive rods 73 are respectively disposed at two ends of the electromagnetic component 50, one of the conductive rods 73 supports the conductive block 72 under the condition that the opening of the box 10 is away from the ground, and one end of the other conductive rod is connected to the power source 71.

In other words, the number of the conductive rods 73 may be two, and the two conductive rods 73 may be respectively disposed at both ends of the electromagnetic member 50. Wherein, under the condition that the opening of box body 10 is towards ground, box body 10 is in the state of invertedly, see fig. 2, conducting block 72 is under self action of gravity, conducting block 72 breaks away from conducting rod 73, breaks off between conducting block 72 and the conducting rod 73, electromagnetic component 50 is in the outage state, the magnetism of electromagnetic component 50 disappears, magnetism is inhaled piece 40 and electromagnetic component 50 adsorption and is disappeared, magnetism is inhaled piece 40 and is broken away from electromagnetic component 50, magnetism in slide cartridge 30 is inhaled piece 40 under self action of gravity, slide to the first end of slide cartridge 30. Meanwhile, the slide cylinder 30 drives the slide cylinder 30 to slide out of the chute 11 under the gravity action of the magnetic attraction piece 40, so as to carry the earphone 80.

In the case where the opening of the case 10 is away from the ground, the case 10 is in a state of being laid right, see fig. 1, in which one conductive rod 73 supports the conductive block 72 and one end of the other conductive rod is connected to the power supply 71. The conductive block 72 is located on a conductive rod 73, the conductive rod 73 supports the conductive block 72, and the conductive block 72 is engaged with the conductive rod 73. The power source 71, the conductive block 72, the conductive rod 73 and the electromagnetic element 50 form a current path therebetween, the electromagnetic coil 62 is energized, and the electromagnetic element 50 and the magnetic element 40 are attracted by the iron core 61 under the current action of the electromagnetic coil 60, so as to ensure that the slide cylinder 30 and the magnetic element 40 can be firmly and stably fixed at the bottom of the earphone box 100.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sliding grooves 11 are arc-shaped grooves, each sliding groove 11 extends from the upper end of the box 10 toward the bottom of the box 10, and the two sliding grooves 11 are symmetrically distributed. The cross-sectional shape of the slide cylinder 30 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the slide groove 11, and the cross-sectional arc length of the slide cylinder 30 is equal to the cross-sectional arc length of the slide groove 11.

That is, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sliding grooves 11 in the box 10 may be processed into arc-shaped grooves, each sliding groove 11 may extend from the upper end of the box 10 toward the bottom of the box 10, respectively, and the two sliding grooves 11 are symmetrically distributed. By providing the slide groove 11 as an arc-shaped groove, the slide cylinder 30 is facilitated to move relative to the slide groove 11. When the box body 10 is in an inverted state, the speed of the slide cylinder 30 sliding out of the slide groove 11 is improved, and the slide cylinder 30 can timely receive the two earphones 80. The cross section of the slide cylinder 30 corresponds to the cross section of the sliding groove 11, and the arc length of the cross section of the slide cylinder 30 is equal to that of the sliding groove 11, so that the earphone 80 can be smoothly received when the slide cylinder 30 slides out. Of course, in the present application, the specific shape of the sliding slot 11 and the specific size of the sliding barrel 30 can be set according to actual requirements, and the design scheme that the sliding barrel 30 can carry the earphone 80 when the sliding barrel 30 is switched between the normal state and the leading state is all within the protection scope of the present application.

In the present application, as shown in fig. 2, when the earphone 80 is placed in the earphone box 100, the inverted false open mode occurs, that is, the earphone box 100 is in an inverted state. At this time, the conductive piece 72 is separated from the conductive rod 73 by gravity, and the current path is broken. The electromagnetic member 50 loses its magnetism due to the power failure. The two magnetic elements 40 are disengaged from the electromagnetic element 50 and each magnetic element 40 moves down to the first end of the slide 30. Then, the magnetic attraction pieces 40 are driven by the gravity (the gravity of the magnetic attraction pieces 40 is far greater than that of the slide cylinder 30), so as to drive the slide cylinder 30 to move downwards. And because the two magnetic suction pieces 40 act on the lower part of the earphone body due to the attraction acting force and the self gravity, the two sliding cylinders 30 just drag the earphone 80, and the falling-off prevention effect is achieved.

In summary, according to the earphone box 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the slide groove 11 is disposed in the box body 10, the slide cylinder 30 is disposed in the slide groove 11, and the electromagnetic force action between the electromagnet 50 and the magnetic attraction member 40 is utilized. When the box 10 is in the inverted state, the electromagnetic element 50 is powered off, the magnetism of the electromagnetic element 50 disappears, and the electromagnetic element 50 and the magnetic element 40 are separated from each other. Under the action of the magnetic attraction piece 40, the sliding cylinder 30 drives a part of the sliding cylinder 30 to slide out of the sliding slot 11 by the magnetic attraction piece 40. And under the condition that the box body 10 is plugged with the earphones 80, the part of the slide cylinder 30, which slides out of the slide groove 11, is used for bearing the earphones 80, so that the slide cylinder 30 can be used for dragging the earphones 80, and the earphones 80 are prevented from falling off from the box body 10. This application bears earphone 80 through slide cartridge 30, can guarantee that earphone box 100 can also prevent effectively that earphone 80 from droing under the violent condition of shake, more effectual protection earphone 80, extension earphone 80 life.
