Background

The existing hair washing method is a manual washing method, water is sprayed to the head to wet the hair, then shampoo is sprayed to the hair, the scalp is kneaded, and finally the hair is washed by the water. The hair washing method has the problems that the head is lowered and the waist is bent when the hair is washed, the self-care process is inconvenient, the spraying and the sputtering are generated in the rubbing and washing processes, and the clothes and the face are easily polluted.

In order to solve the inconvenience problem of manual hair washing, hair washing machine products are appeared on the market, strong cross reticular water columns are sprayed out by a plurality of nozzles with different angles which are arranged on an annular stainless steel pipe which is arranged in a water tank and rotates up and down along the outline of the head to wash the hair, however, the washed long hair is easy to knot and is not beneficial to combing, and the long hair is easy to wind on a massager and a manipulator to cause the head of a hair washer to be injured.

Technical problem to be solved

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a manual-automatic dual-purpose dry type hair washing machine, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, has reasonable design and compact structure and aims to solve the problems that the manual hair washing mode is inconvenient in the self-care process, and the clothes and the face are easily polluted due to spraying and splashing generated in the rubbing and washing processes.

Preferably, the handheld nozzle assembly comprises a handheld nozzle shell arranged on the end head of the water collecting hose, the handheld nozzle shell is of a large-opening furling structure, and a water outlet pipe communicated with the water inlet pipe, a liquid shampoo outlet pipe communicated with the liquid shampoo inlet pipe, a peristaltic massage head for massaging the head during hair washing and a miniature electric cylinder for driving the peristaltic massage head to reciprocate are arranged in the handheld nozzle shell.

Preferably, the water storage device comprises a container I for loading purified water, a heating rod arranged in the container I and a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of water in the container I.

Preferably, the shampoo group comprises a container II for containing shampoo and hair conditioner, and a peristaltic pump which is arranged on the container II and is used for driving the shampoo to enter a shampoo inlet pipe.

Preferably, a plurality of universal wheels for moving the machine body are mounted on the lower end face of the equipment rack.

Preferably, the top wall of the equipment rack is provided with a control panel, the upper layer of the equipment rack is provided with an electric control board, and the control panel is connected with the electric control board through an electric control line.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the hand-held nozzle assembly 17 includes a hand-held nozzle housing 4 mounted on an end of the water collecting hose 16, the hand-held nozzle housing 4 is of a large opening furled structure, and the hand-held nozzle housing 4 is internally provided with a water outlet pipe 1 communicated with a water inlet pipe 9, a shampoo outlet pipe 3 communicated with a shampoo inlet pipe 15, a peristaltic massage head 2 for massaging the head during hair washing, and a micro electric cylinder 5 for driving the peristaltic massage head 2 to reciprocate, it can be understood that the micro electric cylinder 5 is fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the hand-held nozzle housing 4, when hair washing is performed, the water outlet pipe 1 outputs raw water to moisten the hair, the shampoo outlet pipe 3 outputs shampoo to the moistened hair, and the shampoo is sprayed on the moistened hair to generate a 'scratching action' in cooperation with the reciprocating motion of the peristaltic massage head 2 and the movement of the hand-held nozzle housing 4, so as to perform good hair washing and cleaning effects on one hand, on the other hand, the scalp massage device gives a comfortable feeling to the human scalp massage.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the shampoo group 14 includes a container ii for containing shampoo and hair conditioner, and a peristaltic pump installed on the container ii for driving the shampoo into the shampoo inlet pipe 15, so as to effectively supply the shampoo or hair conditioner to the hand-held spray head assembly 17 during hair washing, and spray the shampoo or hair conditioner onto the hair with a proper washing amount, thereby ensuring the hair washing effect.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, a control panel 7 is disposed on the top wall of the equipment rack 6, an electric control board 8 is disposed on the upper layer, the control panel 7 is connected to the electric control board 8 through an electric control line, and the electric control board 8 is connected to the electric components such as the micro electric cylinder 5, the water pump, and the vacuum pump, in this embodiment, the control panel 7 includes buttons such as "start", "stop", "auto/manual", "water volume adjusting knob", "shampoo adjusting knob", etc., so that on one hand, manual cleaning can be realized through button control of the control panel 7, and on the other hand, when automatic cleaning is selected, the electric control board 8 controls the electric components such as the micro electric cylinder 5, the water pump, the vacuum pump and the like to automatically realize the quantitative and timed output of raw water and shampoo for cleaning, and the delivery of water after hair washing washes hair and sucks back washing wastewater generated at the front end.

specifically, when hair is washed, the holding part of the hand-held nozzle shell 4 is held, raw water is output from the water outlet pipe 1 in the hand-held nozzle assembly 17 to moisten hair, the liquid shampoo is output from the liquid shampoo outlet pipe 3 to be sprayed onto the moistened hair, and the reciprocating motion of the peristaltic massage head 2 and the movement of the hand-held nozzle shell 4 are matched to generate scratching motion on the hair and the scalp, so that on one hand, the hair washing and cleaning effect is good, and on the other hand, the comfortable feeling of scalp massage is given to people.
