Background

The ball valve is widely applied to industries such as petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemical industry, papermaking, pharmacy, water conservancy, electric power, municipal administration, steel and the like, and plays a significant role in national economy. The ball valve has the action of rotating 90 degrees, the closing member is a ball body, a circular through hole or a channel passes through the axis of the ball valve, the ball valve is mainly used for cutting off, distributing and changing the flowing direction of a medium in a pipeline, and the ball valve can be closed tightly only by rotating 90 degrees and a small rotating moment;

the existing ball valve has the following defects:

1. when the valve is opened slightly, a crescent through hole is formed between the ball body and the valve seat of the existing ball valve, and when a medium with high flow rate and containing particles flows through the area, the ball body and the valve seat are easily scoured and abraded;

2. under the working condition that the existing ball valve contains granular media, the granular media easily block a gap between a valve seat and a side valve body groove, the friction force between the valve seat and the side valve body is increased, the valve seat is clamped, the medium force and the spring compression force cannot overcome the friction force to push the valve seat to press on a ball body, and the valve seat piston effect disappears;

3. the gap between the bearing of the valve rod and the valve rod of the existing ball valve is easy to enter granular media, so that the opening and closing moments of the valve are large, and the forced opening and closing can cause the deformation of the contact position of the lower end of the valve rod and a ball body, thereby influencing the service life and the use effect of the ball valve;

4. the granular medium flowing at high speed can erode the flow channel of the existing ball valve, so that the flow channel inside the ball valve is corroded and rusted;

5. in the working process of the existing ball valve, leakage is easily generated at the position of a valve rod packing because of pressure alternation;

6. the coaxiality of a valve rod and a support of the existing ball valve is not good, the verticality of the valve rod is not good during assembly, and the ball valve is easy to leak.

In view of the above, there is a need for a ball valve that can effectively cope with the circulation of high-flow-rate medium containing particles, and does not cause erosion, abrasion, blockage, corrosion, rusting and leakage in the ball valve, so as to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the problems that when the opening degree of a ball body of a traditional ball valve is small, the ball body and a valve seat are easily scoured and abraded by a medium containing particles and flowing at a high flow rate in the valve body, and further discloses a scouring-resistant ball valve.
