1. The durable foundation liquid composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:

liquid oil: 10 to 35 percent;

film-forming agent: 0.5-10%;

emulsifier: 0.5-10%;

thickening agent: 0.2-4%;

2. The durable liquid foundation composition of claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass:

liquid oil: 20 to 35 percent;

film-forming agent: 5 to 8 percent;

emulsifier: 4 to 7 percent;

thickening agent: 0.5-2%;

colorant: 10 to 15 percent.

3. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 2, wherein: the liquid oil is one or more of cyclopentadimethyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl polytrimethylsiloxane, C20-24 alkyl polydimethylsiloxane and stearyl polydimethylsiloxane.

4. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 2, wherein: the film forming agent is silicone resin with a film forming effect.

5. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 4, wherein: the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxy silicate.

6. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 2, wherein: the emulsifier is polyether modified organosilicon emulsifier.

7. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 6, wherein: the emulsifier is PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane.

8. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 2, wherein: the thickening agent is organically treated bentonite.

9. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 8, wherein: the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite.

10. The permanent foundation fluid composition of claim 2, wherein: the colorant is compounded by triethoxyoctyl silane and titanium dioxide.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a durable foundation liquid composition.

Background

Currently, consumer performance requirements for liquid foundation compositions include, but are not limited to, providing sun protection, good color intensity, good color retention, water resistance, and/or perspiration resistance, and emulsifiers are typically used to provide that good skin feel of the liquid foundation composition. The colorants in prior liquid foundation compositions are easily transferred to clothes or towels. In order to solve the technical problems, the prior art is to add a film-forming agent into the foundation liquid composition, but the addition of the film-forming agent can cause high viscosity of the foundation liquid composition and make the foundation liquid composition difficult to spread when being applied, thus damaging good skin feel. If a film former is added to the foundation composition to achieve good skin feel, the film former will not successfully retain the actives or color of the foundation composition on the skin after contact with moisture or oil. It is therefore a technical challenge how to make a liquid foundation composition that provides good color strength and good color retention even after contact with moisture or oil.

In addition to the above-mentioned technical problems, the existing liquid foundation compositions have the following drawbacks:

1. the makeup effect is not lasting, the makeup is easy to remove, and the condition of makeup or removal is easily caused after oil or sweat appears on the face;

2. the foundation liquid composition which is declared to be moisturizing and rich in color on the market at present has a weak effect on resisting darkness.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a durable foundation liquid composition.

"durable", "improved durability", and similar terms refer to the ability of a composition to remain on an applied surface for an extended period of time. As used herein, the term refers to the ability of the present foundation composition to remain on the application surface for a longer period of time than prior foundation compositions.

The term "makeup-on-hold" is defined as the duration of the foundation composition, and when used in the present invention, the specific evaluation criteria for "makeup-on-hold" are: immediately before sample loading, 3h, 5h and 8h, shooting by using Visia 7 (a skin detector), and after self evaluation by experts and consumers, scoring the makeup removal severity degree by 0-9 (0: completely none; 9: very severe), and after 8h, scoring the makeup removal severity degree by less than 4 (4: slightly obvious), so that the foundation fluid composition is considered to have a good makeup holding effect.

The term "anti-darkening" is defined as the color maintenance time of a liquid foundation composition, and when used in the present invention, the specific evaluation criteria for "anti-darkening" are: before sample loading, instant, 3h, 5h and 8h, using Visia 7 to shoot, and analyzing the variation values of skin brightness difference (delta L) and skin color Individual Type Angle (ITA) of the photos corresponding to the sample loading, instant, 3h, 5h and 8h before sample loading

The present invention relates to a long-lasting liquid foundation composition comprising an oil-dispersible film former component; a liquid oil component; an emulsifier component; thickener component: and one or more colorants.

More specifically, the durable liquid foundation composition consists of the following components in percentage by mass:

liquid oil: 10 to 35 percent;

film-forming agent: 0.5-10%;

emulsifier: 0.5-10%;

thickening agent: 0.2-4%;

colorant: 5 to 20 percent.

Preferably, the durable foundation fluid composition consists of the following components in percentage by mass:

liquid oil: 20 to 35 percent;

film-forming agent: 5 to 8 percent;

emulsifier: 4 to 7 percent;

thickening agent: 0.5-2%;

colorant: 10 to 15 percent.

Wherein the liquid oil is one or more of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl trimethicone, C20-24 alkyl polydimethylsiloxane and stearyl polydimethylsiloxane.

Wherein the film forming agent is silicone resin with film forming effect. The requirements of the foundation fluid composition for the film forming agent at least comprise the following steps: has good skin feel; film-forming agents contact moisture or oil after film formation requires successful retention of the actives or color of the foundation composition on the skin, while silicone resins having a film-forming effect are selected as film-forming agents based on cost considerations. Since the film-forming agent is required to be uniformly dispersed in the foundation composition, the mass percentage of the liquid oil in the foundation composition is determined based on the mass percentage of the film-forming agent in the foundation composition. The inventor finds out through experiments that: if the mass percentage of the film forming agent in the foundation liquid composition is less than 0.5%, the film forming effect of the foundation liquid composition is poor; if the mass percentage of the liquid oil in the liquid foundation composition is lower than 10%, the corresponding film forming agent and the corresponding coloring agent are unevenly dispersed in the liquid foundation composition; if the mass percentage of the film forming agent in the foundation liquid composition is higher than 10%, the problems of poor smearing, heavy stuffiness and the like of the foundation liquid composition are easily caused; if the mass percentage of the liquid oil in the liquid foundation composition is higher than 35 percent, the viscous feeling of the liquid foundation composition is easily too strong; if the mass percent of the film forming agent in the foundation liquid composition and the mass percent of the liquid oil in the foundation liquid composition are not reasonably matched, the foundation liquid composition system is easy to be unstable.

Preferably, the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxysilicate, the trimethylsiloxysilicate is an oil-soluble film forming agent with strong hydrophobicity and strong adhesion to powder, and the film forming agent has good water resistance and friction resistance when used in the foundation fluid composition and can effectively reduce toner migration; when the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxy silicate, the silicon alkoxy silicate is preferably dispersed in high-volatility liquid oil such as cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, so that the film forming speed can be increased in the coating process, and the effect of quick makeup can be achieved.

Wherein the emulsifier is polyether modified organosilicon emulsifier. The foundation liquid composition is compounded by adding the polyether modified organic silicon emulsifier and the silicon resin, and the polyether modified organic silicon emulsifier and the silicon resin have a synergistic effect, so that a film formed by the foundation liquid composition can tightly lock a coloring agent, and simultaneously has double effects of water resistance and oil resistance, thereby improving the migration resistance of the foundation liquid composition. The inventor finds out through experiments that: the mass percentage of the emulsifier in the foundation liquid composition and the mass percentage of the film-forming agent in the foundation liquid composition have a large influence on the makeup-holding effect, the mass percentage range of the film-forming agent in the foundation liquid composition is 0.5-10%, so that the mass percentage range of the emulsifier in the foundation liquid composition needs to be controlled to be 0.5-10%, and when the film-forming agent and the emulsifier are in the proportion and the addition amount, a water-resistant and oil-resistant double-layer protective film is better formed, so that the makeup-holding effect is greatly improved.

Preferably, the emulsifier is PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane. The PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane has a certain thickening effect and improves the stability of the foundation fluid composition to a certain extent. In addition, during the smearing process of the foundation liquid composition, the PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane can form a dense and skin-attached reticular film to firmly lock the coloring agent on the film, and the PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane has the hydrophobic characteristic, so that the formed film has a good water-resistant effect, and the removal of makeup caused by contact with moisture is reduced.

Wherein the thickening agent is organically treated bentonite. The organically treated bentonite can improve the stability of a foundation liquid composition system, and the organically treated bentonite can enable the coloring agent to be better attached to the skin to fill fine lines, and meanwhile, the skin attaching performance during smearing can be improved, the floating powder phenomenon is avoided, good concealing force is kept, and the natural naked makeup effect is not lost.

Preferably, the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite.

Wherein the colorant is compounded by triethoxycaprylylsilane and titanium dioxide, and the mass percent of the titanium dioxide is not less than 90%. Titanium dioxide is a toner, triethoxyoctylsilane can modify a titanium dioxide coating, the titanium dioxide is dispersed in a liquid composition system of the foundation, the triethoxyoctylsilane is added, and the triethoxyoctylsilane is attached to the surface of the titanium dioxide to form a layer of organic film through heterogeneous surface film forming effect and surface chemical bonding effect, so that the titanium dioxide obtains hydrophobic property. And after the triethoxyoctylsilane and the titanium dioxide are compounded, the skin-sticking property and the skin feeling of the titanium dioxide can be improved. In actual use, the foundation liquid composition provided by the invention can also select other pigments according to specific color requirements.

The lasting foundation liquid composition provided by the invention has good makeup holding effect and anti-darkness effect, has strong texture and high fineness, does not have the phenomena of makeup removal, oil bleeding, toner aggregation and the like after being smeared, and has excellent makeup effect. The film formed by coating the foundation liquid composition can tightly lock the colorant and has double effects of water resistance and oil resistance, thereby improving the migration resistance of the foundation liquid composition.

The following description is made with reference to specific embodiments.

Detailed Description

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The embodiment provides a durable foundation fluid composition, which is composed of the following components in percentage by mass:

liquid oil: 30 percent;

film-forming agent: 6 percent;

emulsifier: 6 percent;

thickening agent: 1 percent;

colorant: 14 percent;

the balance being solvents and other additives.

Wherein the solvent is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, butanediol, polyethylene glycol, ethylhexyl glycerol, sorbitol, hexanediol, and pentanediol.

Wherein the liquid oil is cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane and polydimethylsiloxane according to the mass ratio of 1: 2, compounding; the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxy silicate; the emulsifier is PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane; the thickener is disteardimonium hectorite; the colorant is triethoxyoctylsilane and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 1: 85 compounding

The liquid foundation compositions provided in this example can be prepared using techniques and methods well known in the art. Generally, all the adjunct ingredients such as thickeners, chelating agents, hydrophilic skin adhesion promoters and/or oil soluble actives are placed in the main vessel, added to the solvent, mixed until homogeneous and heated to about 80 ℃. Oil soluble ingredients such as solvents, emollients, emulsifiers, emulsion stabilizers, preservatives, hydrophobic skin adhesion promoters, and/or oil soluble actives are mixed in separate containers until homogeneous and heated to about 80 ℃. The oil soluble ingredients were added to the adjuvant ingredients and homogenized for 5 minutes until homogeneous and the resulting mixture was cooled to room temperature. During the cooling period, the remaining ingredients are blended into it.

The foundation composition of the present invention may then be formulated and packaged as an emulsion, or other acceptable carrier for foundation compositions. Tests conducted on the foundation composition provided in this example unexpectedly showed that the film-forming agent, emulsifier, and liquid oil work together to improve the synergistic effect of make-up retention and color retention of the foundation composition, and that the foundation composition has a non-greasy skin feel and appearance. The inventor also unexpectedly finds that the foundation composition has excellent makeup holding effect and excellent anti-darkness effect, and the inventor believes that the foundation composition has excellent anti-darkness effect due to the following reasons:

1. the coloring agent is compounded by triethoxycaprylylsilane and titanium dioxide, the triethoxycaprylylsilane can modify the titanium dioxide coating, and the coloring agent is dispersed in liquid oil compounded by cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and polydimethylsiloxane, so that the color does not change obviously when the coloring agent contacts air for a long time;

2. the film forming agent is trimethylsiloxy silicate, and the trimethylsiloxy silicate brings luster after forming a film through the synergistic effect of the film forming agent and the colorant, which is beneficial to the product to be lasting and not dull; the film-forming agent and the emulsifier have the synergistic effect to prevent the trimethylsiloxy silicate from forming a film which is too hard and brings a tight uncomfortable feeling, and the film-forming agent and the liquid oil have the synergistic effect to prevent the trimethylsiloxy silicate from forming a film which is too soft and can not fix the colorant on the face, so that the makeup and the card powder are easy to remove;

3. the emulsifier is PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane, and the synergistic effect of the emulsifier and the colorant ensures that the appearance color of the foundation fluid composition is as close as possible to the painting color;

4. the thickening agent is disteardimonium hectorite, and the mass percentage range of the disteardimonium hectorite in the foundation fluid composition can be controlled to ensure that the colorant is dispersed in the foundation fluid composition more uniformly, thereby reducing the phenomenon of darkening and sinking caused by nonuniform dispersion of the colorant.

5. The liquid oil is compounded by cyclopentadecyldimethyl siloxane and polydimethylsiloxane, and the liquid oil has a high refraction value and can maintain the high refraction value for a long time, so that the liquid oil is beneficial to the foundation fluid composition to achieve the effect of resisting darkness.

The foundation composition may also contain any other additives commonly used in such compositions, including but not limited to dispersion promoters, oily gelling agents, humectants, softeners, UV-sunscreens, antioxidants, fragrances, defoamers, humectants, chelating agents, preservatives, cosmetic actives, water proofing agent additives, vitamins, vitamin derivatives, conditioning agents, botanical extracts, pharmaceutical actives, binders, essential fatty acids, sphingolipids, sunscreens, fat soluble polymers, polyacrylates, and silicone polymers compatible with fatty materials. One skilled in the art will be careful to select these other compounds and/or the amounts thereof which are useful so that the additives under consideration do not, or do not substantially, adversely affect the advantages of the compositions of the present invention. One skilled in the art can select these materials for use in order to prepare a composition having the desired characteristics, such as consistency or texture.

In addition, the foundation composition can be converted by changing the solvent to an oily gel, an oily liquid, an oil, a paste, a stick, or an aerosol form, or in the form of a carrier dispersion comprising an ionic or nonionic lipid. These pharmaceutical forms can be prepared according to the usual methods of the field under consideration. These topically applied compositions may be cosmetics for protecting, treating or caring for the face, neck, hands or body.

To further evaluate the permanent foundation composition provided in this example, the evaluation was conducted by the consumer using a home test for a two week period. A total of 200 consumers, over 90% of the interviewees agreed that the permanent liquid foundation composition enhanced its appearance, such as imparting a beautiful sheen, natural appearance color, and streak-free color to the skin. At least 85% of the interviewees agreed that the color was not rubbed off onto their clothing. More than 80% of the interviewees agreed that the long-lasting liquid foundation composition felt good on the skin, did not make the skin feel greasy and helped the skin tone uniform. No local erythema, papules, wheal, edema, or other adverse effects occurred during the use of the permanent liquid foundation composition by 100% of the interviewees.

In order to further evaluate the make-up holding effect and the anti-darkening effect of the lasting foundation composition provided by the embodiment, in order to further improve the precision of the test, the inventor sets exclusion criteria, wherein the exclusion criteria comprise that skin diseases or flaws exist at a test part and possibly influence a judgment person of a test result; those with high allergic constitution; a woman pregnant, lactating or intended to be pregnant during the test; patients with severe center of gravity, liver and kidney function damage and severe immunologic hypofunction, or patients using immunosuppressants within a month; those with mental disorders, severe endocrine disorders, and oral contraceptives; the clinical testers or other testers of the medicine are involved in the 30d period, or the testers who systematically use the medicine which has influence on the test result in about 1 week; those who had oral and topical cosmetic products within 2 weeks that may have an effect on the outcome of the test; it is not suitable for the testers. Through screening, the inventors selected 33 healthy women in the age range of 25-35 years, and these 33 women also needed to meet the following requirements during the trial: the device can be well matched with testers, and the regularity of life can be kept during the research period; all contents in the informed consent can be read and understood, and the informed consent can be voluntarily signed; no further participation in any other study center clinical trials during the trial period; during the test period, the consent was not to use any cosmetics, drugs and nutraceuticals that have an impact on the outcome.

Screening qualified 33 healthy women, cleaning the whole face with facial cleanser, sitting still for at least 20min in a constant temperature and humidity room, during which no water or beverage can be drunk, exposing the whole face and keeping relaxed, then uniformly smearing the lasting foundation liquid composition on the face, carrying out daily activities with the testee, and taking pictures of the face of the testee by the experimenter at the five time points of 3h, 5h and 8h before and immediately using the experimenter respectively. The ambient temperature during the whole test was 21 + -1 deg.C and the relative humidity was 50 + -5%. The instrument used for photographing is a CANFIELDGeneration 7VISIA professional skin Image analysis system in the United states, and the software for analyzing the pictures is Image-Pro skin comprehensive analysis software. The results of the leave-on effect for the long-lasting liquid foundation composition are shown in Table 1, where the severity of the removal was scored from 0 to 9 (0: none at all; 1: very slight; 2: slight; 3: slight; 4: somewhat apparent; 5: apparent; 6: very apparent; 7: more severe; 8: severe; 9: very severe). According to the results shown in table 1, the degree of makeup removal severity of the subject after applying the permanent foundation composition for 8 hours was judged to be 3.4 points by expert scoring, and the degree of makeup removal severity was between slight and slightly obvious. The test result shows that the durable foundation liquid composition has good makeup-holding effect.

The evaluation results of the makeup-holding effect of the lasting makeup base liquid composition are shown in table 2, according to the results shown in table 2, after the subject applies the lasting makeup base liquid composition for 8 hours, through analysis of IPP software, compared with the use in real time, the L value is only reduced by 38.17%, the ITA ° is only reduced by 22.26%, and it can be considered that after 8 hours, the reduction of the brightness of the makeup-holding skin and the individual type angle of the skin color is less, which indicates that the lasting makeup base liquid composition has a good anti-darkness effect.
