1. An air purification method for reflecting ultraviolet laser by using an unstable resonator comprises the following steps:

(1) providing an ultraviolet laser generating device, wherein the ultraviolet laser generating device is used for generating an ultraviolet laser beam to kill pathogenic microorganisms in the air rapidly in real time, microorganisms which can invade the human body and cause infection and even infectious diseases are contained in the air, and the cross-sectional area of the ultraviolet laser beam is S;

(2) providing an unstable cavity reflecting device, and reflecting the ultraviolet laser beam emitted into the unstable cavity for a sufficient number of times;

(3) the ultraviolet laser generating device emits the ultraviolet laser beam to irradiate into the unstable cavity reflecting device, a compact ultraviolet laser beam net is formed after enough multiple reflections in the unstable cavity, and meanwhile, pathogenic microorganisms in the air are killed through the compact ultraviolet laser beam net formed by the ultraviolet laser beam in the unstable cavity.

The air purification method using the unstable resonator to reflect the ultraviolet laser according to claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet laser generating device comprises an ultraviolet laser light source, a light beam shaper and a light beam deflection adjusting sheet; the ultraviolet laser light source generates ultraviolet laser, the ultraviolet laser is changed into ultraviolet laser beams through the beam shaper, and the ultraviolet laser beams are emitted into the unstable resonator reflecting device through the beam deflection adjusting sheet.

The air purification method using the unstable resonator to reflect the ultraviolet laser according to claim 2, wherein: the beam deflection adjusting sheet adjusts the incident angle of the ultraviolet laser beam entering the unstable resonator reflecting device so as to achieve the purpose that the ultraviolet laser beam can be reflected in the unstable resonator for a plurality of times.

The air purification method using the unstable resonator to reflect the ultraviolet laser according to claim 1, wherein: after the energy of the ultraviolet laser beam in unit area is larger than a specific value, the efficiency of killing pathogenic microorganisms by the ultraviolet laser beam can achieve the expected effect.

The air purification method using the unstable resonator to reflect the ultraviolet laser according to claim 1, wherein: the unstable cavity reflection device comprises an upper reflection cavity and a lower reflection cavity, and the reflection surfaces of the unstable cavities are plated with total reflection films aiming at the wavelength range of ultraviolet laser.

Background

Traditional air sterilization usually adopts ultraviolet lamps or sprays disinfectant, but the methods are usually carried out after people leave, and the existing device for purifying air in real time usually adopts activated carbon adsorption, however, the method has the disadvantages that the adsorption capacity of pathogenic microorganisms is limited, the pathogenic microorganisms are still remained on the activated carbon, and once people or animals contact the activated carbon, the risk of infection also exists.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects or improvement requirements in the prior art, the invention provides an air purification method by utilizing an unstable cavity to reflect ultraviolet laser, which is based on the advantages of high energy per unit area and high efficiency of killing pathogenic microorganisms of the ultraviolet laser beam.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air purification method using an unstable resonator to reflect ultraviolet laser, comprising the steps of:

(1) providing an ultraviolet laser generating device, wherein the ultraviolet laser generating device is used for generating an ultraviolet laser beam to kill pathogenic microorganisms in the air rapidly in real time, microorganisms which can invade the human body and cause infection and even infectious diseases are contained in the air, and the cross-sectional area of the ultraviolet laser beam is S;

(2) providing an unstable cavity reflecting device, and reflecting the ultraviolet laser beam emitted into the unstable cavity for a sufficient number of times;

(3) the ultraviolet laser generating device emits the ultraviolet laser beam to irradiate into the unstable cavity reflecting device, a compact ultraviolet laser beam net is formed after enough multiple reflections in the unstable cavity, and meanwhile, pathogenic microorganisms in the air are killed through the compact ultraviolet laser beam net formed by the ultraviolet laser beam in the unstable cavity.

Further, the ultraviolet laser generating device comprises an ultraviolet laser light source, a light beam shaper and a light beam deflection adjusting sheet; the ultraviolet laser light source generates ultraviolet laser, the ultraviolet laser is changed into ultraviolet laser beams through the beam shaper, and the ultraviolet laser beams are emitted into the unstable resonator reflecting device through the beam deflection adjusting sheet.

Further, the beam deflection adjusting sheet adjusts the incident angle of the ultraviolet laser beam entering the unstable resonator reflecting device so as to achieve sufficient multiple reflection of the ultraviolet laser beam in the unstable resonator.

Furthermore, after the energy per unit area of the ultraviolet laser beam is larger than a specific value, the efficiency of killing pathogenic microorganisms by the ultraviolet laser beam can achieve the expected effect.

Furthermore, the unstable resonator reflection device comprises an upper reflection cavity and a lower reflection cavity, and the reflection surfaces of the unstable resonators are plated with total reflection films aiming at the wavelength range of ultraviolet laser.

Further, the unstable resonator reflection device comprises an unstable resonator formed by a double convex cavity, a flat concave cavity, a double concave cavity and a concave-convex cavity;

compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention adopts an unstable cavity structure, has simple and reliable structure, high energy per unit area of the ultraviolet laser beam in the unstable cavity and strong capability of killing pathogenic microorganisms;

2. the unstable cavity adopted in the invention can select different types according to different air duct working conditions, wherein the unstable cavity comprises a double convex cavity, a flat concave cavity, a double concave cavity and a concave-convex cavity, and the incident angle of the ultraviolet laser beam can be adjusted until the ultraviolet laser beam is reflected in the unstable cavity for a plurality of times.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an air purification method using an unstable resonator to reflect ultraviolet laser, which includes the following steps:

firstly, providing an ultraviolet laser generating device, wherein the ultraviolet laser generating device is used for generating an ultraviolet laser beam 4 to kill pathogenic microorganisms in air 6 rapidly in real time, the air 6 contains microorganisms which can invade human bodies and cause infection and even infectious diseases, and the cross-sectional area of the ultraviolet laser beam 4 is S; secondly, providing an unstable resonator reflecting device, and reflecting the ultraviolet laser beam 4 which enters the unstable resonator for enough times; the ultraviolet laser generating device emits ultraviolet laser beams 4 to the unstable cavity reflecting device, a compact ultraviolet laser beam net is formed after enough multiple reflections in the unstable cavity, meanwhile, the air 6 passes through the compact ultraviolet laser beam net formed by the ultraviolet laser beams 4 in the unstable cavity, and pathogenic microorganisms in the air 6 are killed.

The ultraviolet laser generating device comprises an ultraviolet laser light source 1, a light beam shaper 2 and a light beam deflection adjusting sheet 3; the ultraviolet laser light source 1 generates ultraviolet laser, the ultraviolet laser is changed into ultraviolet laser beams 4 through the beam shaper 2, and the ultraviolet laser beams are emitted into the unstable resonator reflecting device through the beam deflection adjusting sheet 3.

The beam deflection adjusting sheet 3 adjusts the incident angle of the ultraviolet laser beam 4 entering the unstable resonator reflecting device so as to achieve sufficient multiple reflection of the ultraviolet laser beam 4 in the unstable resonator.

After the energy of the ultraviolet laser beam 4 per unit area is larger than a specific value, the efficiency of killing pathogenic microorganisms by the ultraviolet laser beam can achieve the expected effect.

The unstable cavity reflection device comprises an upper reflection cavity 5 and a lower reflection cavity 7, and the reflection surfaces of the unstable cavities are plated with total reflection films aiming at the wavelength range of ultraviolet laser.

The unstable resonator reflection device shown in fig. 1-5 includes an unstable resonator formed by a double convex cavity, a flat concave cavity, a double concave cavity and a concave-convex cavity.
