The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.

The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent fire-fighting early warning system which can be used in a factory building, such as a factory building for placing cloth, so as to prevent a fire disaster in the factory building.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the above-mentioned intelligent fire-fighting early warning system includes a thermal imaging camera 1, a monitoring console 2, a driving device, a laser range finder 4, a first controller and a spraying device, wherein the thermal imaging camera 1 is fixedly installed on the top of the factory building 7 for measuring the temperature distribution of each area in the factory building 7, when a partial area of the factory building 7 catches fire or the temperature is too high and the phenomenon of catching fire is about to occur, the temperature of the area is necessarily relatively high, and thus the thermal imaging camera 1 can detect that the temperature is too high, so as to determine that some situations may occur in the area.

Go up monitoring station 2 and drive arrangement and set up in the top of factory building 7, fixed mounting has smoke to feel sensor 21 and infrared flame detector 22 on monitoring station 2, and drive arrangement is connected with monitoring station 2, can drive monitoring station 2 and move towards each region through going drive arrangement, when utilizing thermal imaging camera 1 to detect the temperature in certain region higher like this, usable drive arrangement drive monitoring station 2 removes and is close to the higher region of temperature relatively, later utilize smoke to feel sensor 21 and detect whether this region has the cigarette, utilize infrared flame sensor to detect whether this region has flame simultaneously, thereby further confirm whether this region phenomenon that catches fire appears.

The laser range finder 4 is fixedly installed on the monitoring station 2 to detect the linear distance between the monitoring station 2 and each region, the first controller is electrically connected with the thermal imaging camera 1, the laser range finder 4 and the driving device respectively, and the spraying device is arranged on the detection station.

In practical use, when a certain area in the plant 7 catches fire, the thermal imaging camera 1 can detect that the temperature at the position is too high, so that the signal is transmitted to the first controller, at the moment, the first controller can control the driving device to drive the monitoring platform 2 to move to the position, then the laser range finder 4 can detect the vertical distance information of the inspection platform from the position and transmit the information to the first controller, then the first controller can control the driving device to drive the monitoring platform 2 to be close to the position, and the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector are used for detecting the position, so as to further determine whether the position catches fire or not. If the fire is determined to occur, the spraying device can be directly used for spraying water to extinguish the fire, so that the fire source can be conveniently and directly extinguished, a serious fire can be prevented, and meanwhile, the spraying device only sprays water to the position of the fire area, so that commodities 71 in other areas cannot be influenced.

In addition, by using the thermal imaging camera 1 and the infrared flame detector 22 on the monitor console 2, the area where fire may occur can be detected comprehensively to prevent fire, for example, the commodities 71 in the area may not be on fire, but only smoke is generated, and at this time, the smoke sensor 21 can detect this information, so that the sprinkler sprays water to prevent the occurrence of the fire, and accordingly, when the commodities 71 in the area are on fire but not smoke is generated, the infrared flame detector can detect the fire in the area, and at this time, the sprinkler is also controlled to spray water to extinguish fire. Therefore, by using the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22, when any one of the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22 detects a problem, the sprinkler is required to spray water to comprehensively prevent a possible fire. Of course, when the thermal imaging camera 1 detects that the temperature in the area is too high, the staff needs to go to the area immediately to check to determine whether a problem occurs, and only during the process that the staff goes to the area, the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22 need to be used to detect the area, so as to further avoid the occurrence of fire.

It should be noted that, this intelligent fire-fighting early warning system can set up according to the size of factory building 7, if to relatively great factory building 7, it can divide a plurality of regions with factory building 7 to all set up this intelligent fire-fighting early warning system in every region. In addition, for the arrangement of the thermal imaging camera 1, it is also arranged according to the area to be monitored, if the area to be monitored is relatively large, it can correspondingly arrange a plurality of thermal imaging cameras 1 to monitor different areas.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent fire-fighting early warning system may further include a first control component disposed on the monitoring station 2, the infrared flame detector 22 is rotatably connected to a side wall of the monitoring station 2, and the first control component is connected to the infrared flame detector 22 to control the rotation of the infrared flame detector 22. In this way, when the infrared flame detector 22 is used for detecting the designated area and the two sides of the commodity 71 are respectively detected, the first regulating and controlling component can control the infrared flame detector 22 to generate certain deviation so as to relatively accurately detect the two sides of the commodity 71,

the first adjusting and controlling component may be a first electric push rod 5, the first electric push rod 5 is hinged to the side wall of the monitoring platform 2, and the movable end of the first electric push rod 5 is hinged to the infrared flame detector 22, so that the infrared flame detector 22 can be pushed by the first electric push rod 5 to drive the infrared flame detector 22 to rotate, thereby realizing the angular offset of the infrared flame detector 22. For example, after detecting whether one side of the commodity 71 in the designated area is on fire by the infrared flame detector 22, when detecting the opposite side of the commodity 71, the driving device can drive the detection table to move to the other side of the commodity 71, and the first electric push rod 5 can control the infrared flame detector 22 to rotate so as to detect the other side of the commodity 71.

The first electric push rod 5 is electrically connected with the first controller, and after one side of the commodity 71 is detected by the infrared flame detector 22, the first controller can control the first electric push rod 5 to drive the infrared flame detector 22 to move, namely, when the infrared flame detector 22 is used for detecting flame, the signal can be transmitted to the first controller, so that the first controller can control the first electric push rod 5 to drive the infrared flame detector 22 to shift, and the region can be fully detected.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the driving device includes a transverse rail 31, a longitudinal rail 33, and a multi-stage lifting cylinder 35, wherein the transverse rail 31 is fixedly connected to the top of the plant 7, a transverse guide block 32 is cooperatively connected to the transverse rail 31, and the longitudinal rail 33 is fixedly connected to the transverse guide block 32, so that the transverse guide block 32 can drive the longitudinal rail 33 to move during the movement process. The longitudinal guide rail 33 is connected with a longitudinal guide block 34 in a matching mode, the multi-stage lifting cylinder 35 is fixedly connected onto the longitudinal guide block 34, and the movable end of the multi-stage lifting cylinder 35 is fixedly connected onto the monitoring platform 2, so that the movement of the longitudinal guide block 34 can drive the multi-stage lifting cylinder 35 to move, the multi-stage lifting cylinder 35 can drive the monitoring platform 2 to vertically move, and therefore the monitoring platform 2 can be moved to any position in the space.

Control components for driving the transverse guide blocks 32 and the longitudinal guide blocks 34 are further arranged on the transverse guide rails 31 and the longitudinal guide rails 33 respectively, so as to control the movement of the transverse guide blocks 32 and the longitudinal guide blocks 34 respectively. As shown in fig. 5, the control assembly may include a motor 361, a lead screw 362, and a lead screw nut 363 cooperatively connected to the lead screw 362, the lead screw 362 is rotatably connected to the horizontal rail 31 and the vertical rail, the motor 361 is fixedly mounted at the ends of the horizontal rail 31 and the vertical rail, the output end of the motor 361 is connected to the lead screw 362, the horizontal guide block 32 is fixedly connected to the lead screw nut 363 on the horizontal rail 31, and the vertical guide block 34 is fixedly connected to the lead screw nut 363 of the vertical rail 33, so that when the motor 361 rotates to drive the lead screw 362 to rotate, the horizontal guide block 32 and the vertical guide block 34 can be driven to move.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the spraying device comprises a water spraying hard pipe 61, a spraying head 62 and a soft wall, wherein the water spraying hard pipe 61 is connected to the monitoring station 2, a control valve is arranged on the water spraying hard pipe 61, the spraying head 62 is fixedly arranged on the water spraying end of the water spraying hard pipe 61, a hose 63 is connected to the water inlet end of the water spraying hard pipe 61, and the hose 63 can be laid on the top of the plant 7 and connected to a water source, so that the water source can enter the water spraying hard pipe 61 through the hose 63 and then be sprayed out of the spraying head 62 when spraying water.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the spraying device further comprises a rotating roller 64 and an actuating member 65, wherein the rotating roller 64 is rotatably connected to the top of the plant 7, the hose 63 is wound on the rotating roller 64, and the actuating member 65 is connected to the top of the plant 7 and connected to the rotating roller 64 to drive the rotating roller 64 to rotate. So that the rotating roller 64 can rotate a certain amount during the relative movement of the monitoring station 2 to gradually remove the hose 63 wound on the rotating roller 64, thereby preventing the hose 63 from affecting the movement of the monitoring station 2, and at a later time when the hose 63 needs to be retracted onto the rotating roller 64, the actuating member 65 can be used to drive the rotating roller 64 to rotate reversely so as to rewind the hose 63 onto the rotating roller 64.

It should be noted that the wall of the hose 63 can be relatively thick, so that the hose 63 is not easily crushed to affect the water transportation during the process of winding the hose 63 on the rotating roller 64. In addition, the actuator 65 may be an actuator motor 361, and an output end of the actuator motor 361 is connected to the rotating roller 64 to rotate the rotating roller 64. Furthermore, the rotating rollers 64 are disposed in the corner regions of the factory building 7 to prevent the rotating rollers 64 from affecting the movement of the monitoring station 2.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the spraying device further comprises a second regulating component, the spraying hard pipe 61 is rotatably connected to the other side of the monitoring station 2, i.e. the infrared flame detector 22 is installed on the side opposite to one side of the monitoring station 2, and the second regulating component is connected with the spraying hard pipe 61 to control the rotation of the spraying hard pipe 61. Therefore, in the process of spraying water, the second regulating and controlling component can be used for controlling the water spraying hard pipe 61 to carry out certain angle transformation so as to fully spray water to the fire area.

The second adjusting and controlling component may be a second electric push rod 66, the second electric push rod 66 is hinged to the side wall of the monitoring platform 2, and the movable end of the second electric push rod 66 is hinged to the water spraying hard tube 61, so that the second electric push rod 66 can be used to push the water spraying hard tube 61 to rotate, thereby realizing the change of the angle thereof.

When the smoke sensor 21 senses a signal of smoke or the infrared flame detector 22 detects a signal of flame, the information can be transmitted to the second controller, so that the second controller can control the electromagnetic valve to be opened to spray water.

The second controller can also be electrically connected with the second electric push rod 66, so that the second electric push rod 66 can be controlled by the second controller to drive the water spraying hard tube 61 to rotate.

In one embodiment, as shown in the figure, the intelligent fire-fighting early warning system further comprises an alarm element, wherein the alarm element can be fixedly installed outside the plant, and is electrically connected with the second controller, and when the second controller receives a signal transmitted by the smoke sensor 21 or the infrared flame detector 22, the alarm element can be controlled to give an alarm, so that a worker can timely handle the alarm.

In an embodiment, the above-mentioned intelligent fire-fighting early warning system further includes a monitor terminal, the monitor terminal is respectively electrically connected with the thermal imaging camera 1, the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22, so that the situation in the plant 7 can be monitored at any time through the terminal, for example, when the thermal imaging camera 1 detects that the temperature of a certain area is too high, the signal can be transmitted to the monitor terminal, so that the monitor terminal can know the situation that the temperature is too high in the specific area, and the situation can be processed in time. When the smoke sensor 21 or the infrared flame detector 22 detects the sign of fire, the signal can be transmitted to the monitoring terminal, so that the monitoring terminal can give an indication. The monitoring terminal can be a computer.

According to the invention, through the arrangement of the thermal imaging camera 1, the smoke sensor 21, the infrared flame detector 22 and the driving device for driving the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22, when a part of areas in the factory building 7 show a fire source or a fire sign, the thermal imaging camera 1, the smoke sensor 21 and the infrared flame detector 22 can detect the fire sign in time, and then the fire sign can be extinguished in time by using the spraying device, so that a serious fire can be avoided to a certain extent, meanwhile, the thermal imaging camera only has some influence on the commodities 71 at the water spraying position, and does not damage the commodities 71 at other positions, and the loss of manufacturers can be relatively reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
