The base station then transmits the RTT compensation to the UE. The UE is thus allowed to synchronize with the clock of the base station with high accuracy. UEs may be configured with different resolutions or granularities in timing correction so that some UEs may achieve high accuracy timing correction while other UEs may adjust their clocks with less accuracy.)
