Background

With the change of the eating habits and the life styles of people and the insufficient attention on the oral hygiene, the teeth deformity is common, and the occurrence of the teeth deformity causes great adverse effect on the life quality of patients. The orthodontics in oral clinical medicine refers to the orthodontics of the originally irregular teeth of a patient by a tooth appliance, so that the teeth are arranged in order. The traditional tooth orthodontic mode is orthodontic bracket, each bracket is fixed on the surface of the tooth through adhesive, and an arch wire passes through the groove of each bracket to exert various types of orthodontic force on the tooth, so that the tooth is straightened.

In recent years, with the development of digitalization, more and more digitalization technologies are applied to oral clinics, bracket-free invisible appliances appear on the market, the bracket-free invisible appliances are tooth sheath structures which are attached to orthopedic structures and obtained by combining a computer-aided printing design and a 3D scanning technology, and are customized by taking high polymer plastics as raw materials, so that the material is high in transparency, safe, sanitary, moderate in strength and elasticity, and capable of controlling the magnitude of orthodontic force and controlling the time of orthodontic force action. Compared with the traditional orthodontic bracket correction, the bracket-free transparent tooth socket can be automatically taken off and worn, does not influence food intake, does not influence the cleanness and sanitation of the oral cavity, pays attention to the attractive appearance of the teeth, does not contain foreign matters such as brackets, steel wires and the like, and does not cause wound to the oral cavity, thereby being widely applied.

the tooth socket body is provided with a convex part formed on the tooth socket body, the convex part is projected towards the inner side and the outer side of the tooth socket body, an orthopedic groove is formed in the orthopedic seat, the orthopedic groove is larger than the size of the deformed tooth to be orthopedic, positioning grooves with inner necks are formed in the orthopedic groove and corresponding to the tooth surface side and the tooth back side, orthopedic patches are attached to the inner sides of the positioning grooves, the orthopedic patches are arranged in pairs, a clamping part is formed on the back side of each orthopedic patch and used for clamping in the positioning grooves, and a guide part for guiding the deformed tooth to be orthopedic is formed on the surface side of each orthopedic patch;

the orthopedic patch is of a disposable structure in the positioning groove, and can be replaced by a new orthopedic patch for replacement or further orthopedic after being broken and detached by a special tool;

the tooth sheath body and the orthopedic patch are both made of biocompatible thermoplastic multi-molecular materials through molding, and the elastic modulus of the orthopedic patch is greater than that of the tooth sheath body.

As a further limitation, the lower shell and the upper shell can be used independently to individually correct malformed teeth on the upper socket or the lower socket.

By way of further limitation, the orthopedic support is formed with smooth cambered surfaces on the inner convex part and the outer convex part of the corresponding tooth socket body and is in smooth and continuous transition with the lateral tooth socket body surface, so that discomfort of the inner convex part and the outer convex part on the tongue side and the lip side during wearing is reduced.

As a further limitation, the glove body and the orthopedic patch are made of transparent PEEK, PEKK or POM of medical prosthesis grade.

Considering that the patient only needs to correct one tooth, the lower tooth socket can be not prepared or can be selectively worn after being prepared so as to improve the aesthetic degree; the upper tooth socket comprising the teeth to be corrected can be directly prepared, and the upper tooth socket can be worn to correct the teeth after being prepared and can also be taken down automatically according to the situation.

The upper tooth socket and the lower tooth socket of the tooth socket body are obtained by scanning the jaw part of a patient through optical equipment 3D to obtain a tooth jaw model of the patient, performing inversion according to the tooth jaw model and formulating an orthopedic scheme, wherein transparent polyether ketone (PEKK) with relatively small elastic modulus is used as a material for performing hot press molding on an inverted mold body of the tooth jaw model according to the orthopedic scheme, spaces are reserved on two sides of the position of a tooth 2 to be orthopedic during molding, an orthopedic seat 3 with a bulging convex part in the front and the rear is obtained, and a cavity with the size larger than the tooth 2 to be orthopedic is molded on the inner side of the orthopedic seat 3 to serve as an orthopedic groove.
