Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a screw binding machine, which includes at least one screw receiving seat 1, where the screw receiving seat 1 includes a positioning magnetic seat 2 for adsorbing and positioning a screw, a first clamping block 3, a second clamping block 4, and a driving mechanism 5 for driving the first clamping block 3 and the second clamping block 4 to move apart or close together; the first clamping block 3 and the second clamping block 4 comprise accommodating grooves 6 for clamping screws when being folded.

Therefore, the binding screw machine solves the problems that: firstly, a head smooth screw is placed into a positioning magnetic seat 2 of a screw accommodating seat 1, the positioning magnetic seat 2 performs pre-positioning and fixing on the head smooth screw by magnetic force, then a driving mechanism 5 is used for driving a first clamping block 3 and a second clamping block 4 to be relatively folded, the screw is tightly clamped in an accommodating groove 6 matched with the shape of the screw to prevent the screw from moving, the screw head part of the head smooth screw is clamped by the accommodating groove 6, the bolt part faces upwards, the bolt penetrates into the screw hole of a notebook or paper, and the other head smooth screw is screwed with the screw hole to complete screw binding of the notebook or paper. And after binding is finished, the driving mechanism 5 is operated to drive the first clamping block 3 and the second clamping block 4 to be separated relatively, fixed clamping of a head smooth surface screw is cancelled, and a production cycle is finished. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning mechanism 7 includes a slide rail 710, a slide seat 720, a screw 730, a support seat 740, and an adjusting handwheel 750; the movable screw receiving seat 120 is mounted on the sliding seat 720 and slidably connected with the sliding rail 710; the adjusting handwheel 750 is connected with a lead screw 730 passing through the sliding seat 720 and the supporting seat 740, and adjusts the distance between the movable screw accommodating seat 120 and the fixed screw accommodating seat 110. The supporting seat 740 provides a support for the screw 730, the adjusting handwheel 750 is rotated to drive the screw 730 to rotate, the screw nut threads are arranged in the sliding seat 720, suspension is avoided, the screw 730 stably runs, the feeding direction is guided by the sliding rail 710, and then the sliding seat 720 is formed to drive the movable screw accommodating seat 120 to move relative to the fixed screw accommodating seat 110, so that screw binding is correspondingly performed on a notebook or paper.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the screw positioning device includes a mounting table 9, and the screw receiving seat 1, the positioning mechanism 7, and the supporting platform 8 are mounted on the mounting table 9. The mounting table 9 is a screw accommodating seat 1, a positioning mechanism 7 and a supporting platform 8 base, so that all components are combined together, the use is convenient, and the structure is reasonable.

Preferably, the material of the first clamping block 3 and the second clamping block 4 is copper.
