Specifically, the bottom of the inner side of the feeding assembly 2 is also provided with a circular baffle 15, the setting effect of the circular baffle 15 in the crushing mechanism 1 is the same, and the feeding assembly 2 is of a wide-mouth structure, so that feeding from the upper part is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as an embodiment of the wet material pulverizing apparatus provided by the present invention, a material guiding plate 16 is disposed at an upper portion of the casing 12, a height of the material guiding plate 16 disposed in the casing 12 is equal to a height of the upper connecting portion 13 disposed on the casing 12, the material guiding plate 16 is used for guiding the wet material flowing out from a gap at the bottom of the upper casing 12 to the lower pulverizing assembly 11, and the wet material is crushed by the pressing force between the pulverizing assembly 11 and the driving mechanism 4. The wet material can be smoothly guided to the area between the crushing assembly 11 and the crushing part 43 of the driving mechanism 4 through the material guide plate 16, so that the material is prevented from entering the middle part of the shell 12 and being prevented from being crushed.

Specifically, the material guiding plates 16 are obliquely arranged to guide the material, and annularly surround the upper portion of the casing 12, the middle or center of an area surrounded by the plurality of material guiding plates 16 is closed, and the material cannot leak into the casing 12 from the area.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the driving mechanism 4 includes a power portion 41, a driving shaft 42 and a crushing portion 43, the power portion 41 is disposed above the feeding assembly 2 for generating power; the driving shaft 42 is vertically arranged, the upper end of the driving shaft is connected with the power output end of the power part 41, the lower end of the driving shaft is rotatably arranged at the center of the bottom of the inner side of the bottom crushing mechanism 1, and the driving shaft 42 rotates in the circumferential direction by means of the power part 41; the crushing parts 43 are uniformly distributed on the driving shaft 42 along the axial direction of the driving shaft 42, the crushing parts 43 rotate by means of the driving shaft 42 and are used for being matched and extruded with the crushing assemblies 11 simultaneously in rotation, and extrusion force is generated between the crushing parts 43 and the crushing assemblies 11 and is used for extruding crushed wet materials. The driving shaft 42 is rotatably connected with the circular baffles 15, or the driving shaft 42 can be rotatably connected with the circular baffles 15 through a bearing member, that is, the driving shaft 42 penetrates through the circular baffles 15 and cannot drive the circular baffles 15 to rotate. On the contrary, if the circular baffle 15 is fixed on the driving shaft 42, the blocking and guiding functions for the wet material can be realized, so that the driving shaft 42 and the circular baffle 15 can be connected with each other in a rotating way or not, and the functions of the invention can be realized.

As a specific embodiment of the wet material pulverizing apparatus provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, the pulverizing part 43 includes a circular disc 431, a second stud 432 and a second nut 433, the circular disc 431 is ring-shaped, and the middle part is sleeved on the driving shaft 42 and is coaxially arranged with the driving shaft 42; the plurality of second studs 432 are uniformly distributed on the disc 431 along the circumferential direction of the disc 431 and vertically penetrate through the disc 431; the second nut 433 is screwed on the second stud 432, the lower end of the second stud 432 is locked and fixed on the disc 431 through the second nut 433, the upper portion of the second stud 432 is arranged above the disc 431, the second studs 432 are matched with the crushing assemblies 11 in rotation to extrude wet materials, a gasket can be arranged between the disc 431 and the second nut 433, and the distance between the crushing portions 43 and the crushing assemblies 11 from top to bottom or the extruding crushing granularity of the wet materials are gradually reduced. The upper half part of the second stud 432 is in an optical axis form, and the outer surface of the second stud is not provided with threads, so that wet materials can be extruded. The second studs 432 and the first bolts are arranged in a staggered mode in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the horizontal distance between each crushing part 43 and the corresponding crushing assembly 11 is different, namely, the crushing granularity of wet materials can be different.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a specific embodiment of the wet material pulverizing apparatus provided by the present invention, the power portion 41 includes a driving motor and a speed reducer, a power input end of the speed reducer is connected to a power output end of the driving motor, a power output end of the speed reducer after speed reduction is connected to an upper end of the driving shaft 42, and a lower end of the driving shaft 42 is rotatably connected to an inner center of the pulverizing mechanism 1 at a bottom end thereof through a bearing.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as an embodiment of the wet material pulverizing apparatus provided by the present invention, the discs 431 and the driving shaft 42 are locked and fixed on the driving shaft 42 through a locking member and are detachably connected, the driving shaft 42 is an optical axis, and a crushing space for pressing the wet material against the plurality of pulverizing assemblies 11 is formed between the plurality of discs 431 and the plurality of pulverizing assemblies 11 during rotation.

As a specific embodiment of the wet material pulverizing apparatus provided by the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 to 3, a plurality of lifting lugs 17 are arranged on an outer wall of a housing 12, a driving mechanism 4 is coaxially arranged with the housing 12, a pulverizing mechanism 1 at a bottom end is a hollow and cylindrical structure, a discharging assembly 3 is a discharging chute arranged in a middle portion of an outer circumference of the pulverizing mechanism 1 at the bottom end, the discharging chute is obliquely arranged and used for guiding pulverized wet material in the pulverizing mechanism 1, and an inner end of the discharging assembly 3 is arranged below the pulverizing assembly 11.
