Specifically, the main body forms a three-dimensional stable frame main body through vertical beams, cross beams 11 and longitudinal beams, and the support beams 2 are uniformly and fixedly connected to the main body cross beams 11 at intervals. The movable assembly comprises a movable member 311, a fixed plate 312, a movable rod 314, a fixed seat 313, a connecting seat 321, a first slide rail 316, a first slide block 322 and a support plate 4, wherein the support plate 4 is disposed on the lower side of the support beam 2. The movable member 311 is connected to the side wall of the support beam 2 through the fixing plate 312, the support beam 2 connected to the movable member 311 is located at an intermediate position, the movable member 311 may be an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric motor or a linear motor, and preferably, the movable member 311 is an electric motor. More specifically, in the using process, the motor of the movable member 311 rotates to drive the movable rod 314 to move synchronously through the gear 315, under the screw-thread fit of the connecting seat 321, the movable rod 314 drives the main body on the supporting beam 2 to move horizontally on the supporting plate 4, and the supporting beam 2 moves on the first sliding block 322 of the supporting plate 4 along the direction of the first sliding rail 316 through the first sliding rail 316, so that the main body of the device can move to perform seamless production transmission.

As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the displacement assembly includes a bottom plate 6, a displacement member 521, a mounting seat 522, a limit block 523, a second slide rail 524, a first fixing hole 527, a second fixing hole 528, a supporting seat 525, a roller 526, a fixing member 511, a mounting plate 512, a first stopper 513, a second stopper 514, and a second slider 515. Specifically, the bottom plate 6 is disposed below the supporting plate 4, two ends of the lower side surface of the supporting plate 4 are provided with second sliding blocks 515, the second sliding blocks 515 are disposed corresponding to the second sliding rails 524, the second sliding rails 524 are parallel to the displacement members 521 disposed at two ends of the upper side of the bottom plate 6, and the second sliding rails 524 are perpendicular to the direction of the first sliding rails 316. The fixing member 511 is connected to the supporting plate 4 and perpendicular to the plate surface of the supporting plate 4, the fixing member 511 maintains a fixed state of the displacement assembly by being engaged with the first fixing hole 527 and the second fixing hole 528, the fixing member 511 may be a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric motor, or a linear motor, and preferably, the fixing member 511 is a cylinder. The first stopper 513 and the second stopper 514 are disposed at the lower side of the support plate 4 in parallel with the displacement member 521.

More specifically, the displacement member 521 is fixed to the middle position of the bottom plate 6 through the mounting seat 522, one end of the moving member is fixedly connected to a mounting plate 512, the upper side of the mounting plate 512 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the support plate 4, the displacement member 521 may be an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, an electric motor or a linear motor, and preferably, the displacement member 521 is an air cylinder. The limiting block 523 is disposed on one side of the displacement member 521 and between the first stopper 513 and the second stopper 514, and is configured to limit a moving distance of the support plate 4 on the bottom plate 6, so as to avoid that the center of gravity of the main body on the support plate 4 is shifted due to an excessive displacement, which affects stability of the device. When the supporting plate 4 is not moved, the limiting block 523 contacts the second stopper 514, and at this time, the lower end of the fixing part 511 is provided with a first fixing hole 527 corresponding to the bottom plate 6; when the supporting plate 4 is displaced to the maximum, the limiting block 523 contacts the first stopper 513, and at this time, the lower end of the fixing member 511 is provided with a second fixing hole 528 corresponding to the bottom plate 6. The first fixing holes 527 and the second fixing holes 528 are arranged on the bottom plate 6 in parallel with the displacement piece 521, and the first fixing holes 527 and the second fixing holes 528 are matched and locked with the fixing pieces 511 on the movable supporting plate 4, so that the overall stability of the transmission device is ensured, and the transmission device is prevented from moving due to machine vibration and other reasons in the production process.
