The disguising device adapted to various natural backgrounds according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 9, wherein the basic camouflage patch unit comprises at least camouflage color blocks coated with earth color, camouflage color blocks coated with green color and camouflage color blocks coated with white color.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of camouflage painting devices, and particularly relates to a camouflage painting device suitable for various natural backgrounds.

Background

At present, camouflage net surfaces, camouflage clothing surfaces and camouflage paint have similar color and spectral reflection characteristics with the background, so that weapons or personnel can be blended into the background, and therefore, enemies can hardly find the camouflage net surfaces, the camouflage clothing surfaces and the camouflage paint.

However, after the season or the battle area changes, the camouflage surface needs to be changed correspondingly, for example, when military vehicles move from the northwest gobi area to the southeast coast of China, the desert camouflage color on the surface needs to be changed into the forest type camouflage color. Traditionally, it has been necessary to re-spray camouflage coatings on military vehicle surfaces and to replace desert type camouflage nets with forest land type camouflage nets. The traditional method is high in cost, and the spraying operation influences the fighting timeliness of equipment.

Various techniques have been developed to improve the background adaptability of camouflage surfaces. The more mature technology is double-sided camouflage net. The decorative cloth of the double-sided camouflage net has different colors on the front and the back, usually the front faces are outwards designed forest land patterns, and the back faces are used as desert patterns, but the scheme is only suitable for 2 kinds of backgrounds, and the number of the suitable backgrounds is small.

In order to enable the camouflage surface to adapt to more backgrounds, the skilled person develops a color-changing material with the help of the material, but the color-changing material cannot cover all backgrounds, cannot realize multiband compatible camouflage, cannot meet the requirements of hyperspectral camouflage, and is difficult to accurately control colors and color differences.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a camouflage device suitable for various natural backgrounds.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the camouflage pattern covering layer covers and is fixed on the camouflage pattern base layer, and the currently displayed camouflage color blocks are switched by the camouflage color block switching mechanism on each basic camouflage spot unit, so that the current camouflage pattern formed by the currently displayed camouflage color blocks of all the basic camouflage spot units on the camouflage pattern covering layer is matched with the current natural background to be camouflage.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the camouflage pattern base layer comprises a base and a support, wherein the base is used for being fixedly installed on a target surface to be camouflage, and the support is used for fixedly supporting the camouflage pattern cover layer.

As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the camouflage color block switching mechanism on the basic camouflage spot unit is a reel switching mechanism, the reel switching mechanism includes a first reel, a second reel, and a flexible fake cloth whose two ends are wound on the first reel and the second reel, the flexible fake cloth is sequentially provided with more than one camouflage color block with different colors in the length direction, the camouflage color block displayed between the first reel and the second reel is the camouflage color block currently displayed by the basic camouflage spot unit, and the switching of the camouflage color block currently displayed by the basic camouflage spot unit can be realized by driving the first reel and the second reel to rotate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flexible false clothing is a coated fabric, a polymer film coated with a camouflage coating, or a polymer film mixed with a pigment.

acquiring color information of each image block unit in a natural background image to be disguised currently;

and determining the camouflage color blocks to be displayed by the basic camouflage speckle units corresponding to the image block units according to the color information of the image block units in the current natural background image to be camouflage, and controlling the action of a reel motor on each basic camouflage speckle unit to enable each basic camouflage speckle unit to display the corresponding camouflage color block, so that the automatic switching of the current camouflage pattern of the camouflage pattern covering layer is realized, and the camouflage pattern covering layer is matched with the current natural background to be camouflage.

As a preferred scheme of the present invention, a camouflage color block to be displayed in a basic camouflage speckle unit corresponding to each image block unit is determined according to color information of each image block unit in a current natural background image to be camouflaged, and the method is as follows:

if all the camouflage color blocks on the basic camouflage color spot unit have the camouflage color blocks with the same color information as the corresponding image block units, setting the camouflage color blocks as the currently displayed camouflage color blocks; and if the camouflage color blocks in all the camouflage color blocks on the basic camouflage color spot unit do not have the camouflage color blocks with the same color information as the corresponding image block units, selecting the camouflage color block with the highest color information similarity with the corresponding image block units from all the camouflage color blocks on the basic camouflage color spot unit as the currently displayed camouflage color block.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the basic camouflage spot unit at least includes a camouflage color block coated with earth color, a camouflage color block coated with green color, and a camouflage color block coated with white color.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

the method can conveniently transform the camouflage pattern on the surface of the target, and is suitable for more natural backgrounds.

Furthermore, more than one camouflage color block with different colors on each basic camouflage spot unit can be manufactured by combining mature materials such as the existing decorative cloth and camouflage paint, so that the invention can meet the requirements of color difference, hyperspectral camouflage and multiband compatibility on the premise of adapting to more natural backgrounds.

Furthermore, the camouflage color block switching mechanism on each basic camouflage speckle unit is electrically driven, and the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by each basic camouflage speckle unit are electrically controlled, so that the camouflage color patterns on the surface of the target can be quickly and automatically converted.

Further, not in generality, the camouflage device can present camouflage patterns including various typical backgrounds such as woodland, grassland, desert, snowfield and the like through the design of colors on various camouflage color blocks on the basic camouflage spot unit.

the camouflage pattern base layer 100 is arranged on the surface of a target to be camouflaged;

the camouflage pattern cover layer 200 comprises a plurality of rectangular or square basic camouflage patch units 201, and all the basic camouflage patch units 201 on the camouflage pattern cover layer 200 are arranged in an array to form a matrix-shaped camouflage pattern cover layer 200. Each basic camouflage speckle unit 201 is provided with a camouflage color block switching mechanism and more than one camouflage color block with different colors, and the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by each basic camouflage speckle unit 201 are adjusted through the camouflage color block switching mechanism;

the camouflage pattern covering layer 200 covers and is fixed on the camouflage pattern base layer 100, and the currently displayed camouflage color blocks are switched by the camouflage color block switching mechanism on each basic camouflage spot unit 201, so that the current camouflage pattern formed by the currently displayed camouflage color blocks of all the basic camouflage spot units 201 on the camouflage pattern covering layer 200 is matched with the current natural background to be camouflage.

Referring to fig. 1, the camouflage pattern substrate comprises a base 101 and a support 102, the base 101 is used for being fixedly mounted on a target surface to be camouflaged, and the support 102 is used for fixedly supporting the camouflage pattern cover layer 200.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the camouflage color patch switching mechanism on the basic camouflage patch unit 201 is a reel switching mechanism. The reel switching mechanism comprises a first reel 202, a second reel 203 and a flexible pseudo-cloth 204, wherein two ends of the flexible pseudo-cloth 204 are wound on the first reel 202 and the second reel 203, more than one camouflage color block with different colors is sequentially arranged in the length direction of the flexible pseudo-cloth 204, the camouflage color block displayed between the first reel 202 and the second reel 203 is the camouflage color block currently displayed by the basic camouflage color spot unit, and the switching of the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by the basic camouflage color spot unit can be realized by driving the first reel 202 and the second reel 203 to rotate.

The flexible fake cloth 204 is coated cloth, a polymer film coated with a camouflage coating and a polymer film mixed with pigment.

The first scroll 202 and the second scroll 203 are respectively driven by corresponding scroll motors, and the current camouflage color blocks displayed by the basic camouflage spot units are controlled by controlling the scroll motors on the basic camouflage spot units, so that the switching of the current camouflage pattern of the camouflage pattern covering layer can be realized, and the current camouflage pattern covering layer is matched with the current natural background to be camouflaged.

and determining the camouflage color blocks to be displayed by the basic camouflage speckle units corresponding to the image block units according to the color information of the image block units in the current natural background image to be camouflage, and controlling the action of a reel motor on each basic camouflage speckle unit to enable each basic camouflage speckle unit to display the corresponding camouflage color block, so that the automatic switching of the current camouflage pattern of the camouflage pattern covering layer is realized, and the camouflage pattern covering layer is matched with the current natural background to be camouflage. The method comprises the following steps of determining the camouflage color blocks to be displayed in the basic camouflage speckle units corresponding to the image block units according to the color information of the image block units in the current natural background image to be camouflage, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

The setting mode of the basic camouflage color block on the basic camouflage color spot unit is not limited, and the basic camouflage color block can be designed according to actual conditions. In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for setting a camouflage color block on a basic camouflage spot unit comprises the following steps:

acquiring a plurality of natural background images to be disguised;

acquiring color information in a plurality of natural background images to be disguised, determining colors existing in the various natural background images to be disguised and the occupied area of each color in the various natural background images to be disguised, sequencing the occupied area ratio of each color in all the natural background images to be disguised to obtain an appearance frequency sequence of each color, determining n high-frequency colors with the occupied area ratio in front of that in the various natural background images to be disguised, wherein n is more than or equal to 5;

the distribution of high-frequency colors in the basic camouflage speckle cell array is arranged in the following order: n camouflage color blocks are arranged in each basic camouflage color spot unit; firstly, arranging the highest-frequency color with the highest frequency of appearance, wherein the distribution of the highest-frequency color in the basic camouflage speckle unit array meets the requirement of the maximum area ratio, and camouflage speckles are formed by scattered configuration; arranging second high-frequency secondary colors, wherein the distribution of the second high-frequency secondary colors in the basic camouflage speckle unit array meets the corresponding area ratio requirement, and the second high-frequency secondary colors and the highest-frequency secondary colors are not arranged in the same basic camouflage speckle unit; arranging a third high-frequency color, wherein the distribution of the third high-frequency color in the basic camouflage speckle unit array meets the corresponding area ratio requirement, and the third high-frequency color and the second high-frequency color are not arranged in the same basic camouflage speckle unit; and by analogy, arranging various colors according to the appearance frequency sequence until the camouflage color blocks in all the basic camouflage speckle units in the basic camouflage speckle unit array have the set colors.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the camouflage color blocks to be displayed in the basic camouflage spot units corresponding to the respective image block units are determined according to the color information of the respective image block units in the current natural background image to be camouflaged, and the movement of the reel motors on the respective basic camouflage spot units is controlled to cause the respective basic camouflage spot units to display the corresponding camouflage color blocks, thereby realizing the automatic switching of the current camouflage pattern of the camouflage pattern covering layer, and causing the camouflage pattern covering layer to be matched with the current natural background to be camouflaged. The method comprises the following steps of determining the camouflage color blocks to be displayed in the basic camouflage speckle units corresponding to the image block units according to the color information of the image block units in the current natural background image to be camouflage, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

The basic camouflage speckle units 201 form an array, and the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by each basic camouflage speckle unit 201 are controlled to form the current camouflage pattern. The basic camouflage patch unit 201 at least includes camouflage color blocks coated with earth color, camouflage color blocks coated with green color, and camouflage color blocks coated with white color. The camouflage device can present camouflage patterns including various typical backgrounds of woodland, grassland, desert, snowfield and the like.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a camouflage color block displaying loess YE2344, a camouflage color block displaying sandy soil SE2635, a camouflage color block displaying sandy soil SE3948, a camouflage color block displaying emerald EG1456, a camouflage color block displaying dark green DG0730, a camouflage color block displaying yellow green YE1247, and a camouflage color block displaying white WN8384, that is, camouflage color blocks having 7 colors, are sequentially disposed in the length direction of the flexible camouflage clothing 204.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the basic camouflage spot unit 201 at least includes a camouflage color block coated with dark soil, a camouflage color block coated with light soil, a camouflage color block coated with dark green, a camouflage color block coated with yellow green or emerald green, and a camouflage color block coated with white, so as to adapt to the backgrounds of the southern forest, northern forest, grassland, desert, and snow, where the color types and area ratios in the camouflage pattern corresponding to the backgrounds of the southern forest, northern forest, grassland, desert, and snow are shown in table 1.

Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a disguising device adapted to various natural backgrounds, which is capable of adapting to disguising of more than 4 natural backgrounds.

Comprises a camouflage pattern base layer 100 and a camouflage pattern cover layer 200; the camouflage pattern substrate 100 is intended to be placed on a target surface to be camouflaged. The camouflage pattern overlay 200 of fig. 5 is formed by 20 square basic camouflage patch cells arranged in an array to form a 5 x 5 basic camouflage patch cell array.

The structures of the camouflage pattern base layer 100 and the camouflage pattern cover layer 200 are the same as those shown in fig. 1 to 4.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the camouflage color patch switching mechanism on the basic camouflage patch unit 201 is a reel switching mechanism. The reel switching mechanism comprises a first reel 202, a second reel 203 and a flexible pseudo-cloth 204, wherein two ends of the flexible pseudo-cloth 204 are wound on the first reel 202 and the second reel 203, and the flexible pseudo-cloth 204 is a coating cloth. More than one camouflage color block with different colors is sequentially arranged in the length direction of the flexible fake cloth 204. The camouflage color blocks displayed between the first scroll 202 and the second scroll 203 are the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by the basic camouflage spot unit. Each camouflage color block has a length of about 100mm and a width of 100 mm. The width of each camouflage color block is the width of the flexible camouflage fabric 204. The sum of the lengths of all the camouflage color blocks is the length of the flexible camouflage fabric 204. The first and second reels 202, 203 rotate in the same direction, for example, both rotate clockwise or both rotate counterclockwise. Through the same-direction rotation of the first scroll 202 and the second scroll 203, the camouflage color blocks currently displayed by the basic camouflage spot unit can be controlled, and further, the color types currently displayed by the basic camouflage spot unit can be controlled. By controlling the color currently displayed by each basic camouflage speckle unit, the 5 multiplied by 5 basic camouflage speckle unit array displays different camouflage patterns so as to adapt to different natural backgrounds.

The length and the width of the basic camouflage speckle units are all 100mm, each basic camouflage speckle unit can display 2-3 colors, and the detailed description is shown in the following table:

When the 5 × 5 basic camouflage patch cell array displays the desert type camouflage pattern, the display condition of each basic camouflage patch cell is as shown in table 4, and the schematic diagram is shown in fig. 5. Wherein, the earth color (SE3948) has 12 units, which account for about 12/25-48%; the earth color (SE2635) has 4 units, which accounts for about 4/25 to 16 percent; green (DG0730) units are 5, accounting for about 5/25-20%.

When the 5 × 5 basic camouflage patch cell array displays the snowfield type camouflage pattern, the display condition of each basic camouflage patch cell is as shown in table 5, and the schematic diagram is shown in fig. 6. Wherein, white (WN8384) units are 18, and account for 18/25-76%; the earth color (SE2635) has 7 units, which accounts for about 7/25-28%; green (YG1247) cells are 2, accounting for about 2/25-8%.

When the 5 × 5 basic camouflage patch cell array displays the forest type camouflage pattern, the display condition of each basic camouflage patch cell is as shown in table 6, and the schematic diagram is shown in fig. 7. Wherein, the green (DG0730) units are 8, and account for about 8/25 to 32 percent; the earth color (SE2635) has 7 units, which accounts for about 7/25-28%; green (YG1247) cells are 10, accounting for about 10/25-40%.

When the 5 × 5 basic camouflage patch cell array displays the grassland type camouflage pattern, the display condition of each basic camouflage patch cell is as shown in table 7, and the schematic diagram is shown in fig. 8. Wherein, the green (DG0730) units are 4, and account for about 4/25 to 16 percent; the earth color (SE2635) has 6 units, which accounts for about 6/25-24%; green (YG1247) cells are 15, accounting for about 15/25-60%.
